Abstract

Many things can destabilize a computer network connections, both with regard to hardware and software. Therefore, we need a technique for network security, one of them is firewall. The problems that arise in this final project is to build a linux based firewall automation application via web service by using REST (Representational State Transfer) architecture and IDS (Intrusion Detection System). The system buid firewall rules using linux operating system with the help o f 2 pieces o f IDS to detect theactivities of traffic data between the intruder and the server that will be recorded in the IDS database. The system will compare the server with IDS on the router to get the IP address o f the actual intruders, so it will be blocked by the firewall. The applications is used to prevents the ping o f death attack usingweb service and REST protocol so that firewall rules will run automatically.

Abstract

Chatting application is an application which used for communication through local network or internet. It can use to make communication to be effective and easy to use but there are several shortage in delivery information process is data security when communication is going on. Using chrypthography with modification Rivest Shamir adleman (RSA) algorithm in encryption process and decryption on packet data which transmited is one of security system which can used in this application then the security of data packet secured. Result from implementation of chatting application which apply chrypthography with modification Rivest Shamir adleman (RSA) algorithm have done in local network and internet able to run smoothly and have done by several testing cases based on certain scenario.  Whereas process testing encryption  and decryption using tools wireshark.

Abstract

Social media analytics, especially Twitter, has experienced significant growth over the last few years. The data generated by Twitter provides valuable information to many stakeholders regarding user behavior, preferences, tastes, and characteristics. The presence of influencers on social media can invite interaction with other users. An influencer can affect the speed of spreading information on social media. This study looks at the influence of influencers and information dissemination channels on Twitter data related to COVID-19 vaccination in Indonesia as one of the hot Twitter discussion trends. This study applies Social Network Analysis (SNA) as a theoretical and methodological framework to show that interactions between users have differences on the network when the analyzed tweets are divided into mention and retweet networks. This study found that the key accounts in disseminating information related to Covid-19 vaccination were dominated by official accounts of government organizations and online news portals. The official Twitter account of government organizations turns out to have an essential role in disseminating information related to COVID-19 vaccination, namely the @KemenkesRI account belonging to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and the @Puspen_TNI account belonging to the TNI Information Center.

Abstract

Flight simulation games are generally played on a smartphone or desktop computer. But still there is rarely flight simulation game that combines these two devices simultaneously with each other in a game. Software on a desktop computer that was developed in this research is to fly a plane from take off to landing at controlled by android smartphones using the accelerometer and touch sensors. The aircraft used for flight simulation games are made by PT. Digantara Indonesia, N219. The result of this design is only intended as a study course.

Abstract

Technological developments in the field of computers getting faster requires the ability of each person to be able to follow the progress of computer development. Computer vision applications is an application that allows the computer to have the ability to be able to capture and understand the data, such as image and make decisions based on the data from the real object movement that was in front of the webcam and then the data obtained is processed in accordance with user needs. Digital image of a real object is captured by a webcam can be done in various ways making objects. In this research, object retrieval by utilizing activity in this object is that caught on webcam pen is through the form and motion of objects. Once an object is detected then the object is to move the cursor on a computer. To be able to perform image processing, this application uses OpenCV components. Meanwhile, to be able to perform tracking of the cursor object using optical flow method. Cursor moves when the pen has a rectangular sides and parallel to the pen position frame of grabber.

Abstract

Modified Distribution (MODI) method of the operation research’s in Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Adisutjipto Informatic Engineering is one of method which optimal solution low cost in the transportation model. MODI is using Northwest Corner method to determine the initial allocation, which will be processed to obtain a more optimal solution. MODI method is aplied to a desktop-based application that aims to help lecturer on presentation material. The results of 2 test on 1 primary user respondent 85,81% for 30 questions, test of 30 secondary user respondent with, Display/Graphical User Interface (GUI) (74,67%), Speed/Conveniences Of Access to information (80,92%), Accuracy Of Information (82,89%), and User Satisfaction (81,90%). Low cost application of Transportation Model with MODI method is very good.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries which the numbers of mobile phone number users exceed its population. Most of them choose mobile phones with android operating system. This fact opens opportunities for application developers to develop applications for a variety of purposes by using android as their platform. This research aims to make Physics educational application especially for Planet material for Senior High School. Learning process which previously using material from a textbook is converted to an android application form so anyone who has android phone can access this material and be able to learn wherever and whenever they want. This educational application displays material using text and picture and contents inside it are tailored to the applicable senior high school curriculum and at the end, there are some multiple choice evaluation questions that can directly provide feedback to users who have answered the question. Test results from this educational application indicate that this application has been well received, both in the aspect of ease of use and conformity with the curriculum and otherwise useful to enrich the learning experience of physics, especially about the Planet.

Abstract

Advances in technology are increasing rapidly, especially in the field of information and communication technology provides convenience in exchanging information. One widely used communication tool today is the mobile phones which have facilities sending messages or SMS (Short Message Service). With the mobile phone application development, application technology of short message or SMS widely used for more general purposes, one of which is in the academic field. To facilitate the exchange of academic information, including financial data, grades, and exam schedules, distributed systems into tools that are able to provide and process information dynamically.To facilitate the exchange of academic information between the school and students, they invented a system that is distributed for the dissemination of academic information that can be accessed via SMS.Academic information dissemination system based on short message or SMS can enhance the effectiveness of the dissemination of information between the school and students. With a system of information exchange is expected to be faster and more controlled because the cost for all messages can be recorded.

Abstract

The Admissions  in the College of Technology Adisutjipto Yogyakarta, the committee has had PMB Computer Based Test (CBT) to test new students since 2010. However, CBT is owned by STTA not support randomization and answer questions about each exam so issued, the order of questions and answers will remain the same. Of the many random algorithm, algorithm Congruential Linear Generators (LCG) is an algorithm suitable for use in scrambling about in CBT because of the rapid process of generating random numbers and the algorithm is easy to learn and implement. By giving feedback LCG a current value of the length of time it will produce a different value in each random from the first randomization. With randomness about the cheating in the exam PMB can be resolved.

Abstract

The business restaurant is growing. In this fast business is need application mobile for customer satisfaction. This system his many applications. They are customer, manager, web kitchen and deliveryapplication. This application is using android Operating System. Using that application by maps for knowing the places o f customer. The results are 100% fo r delivery service, 93% to level o f effective and efficient, 97% to time service system and 97% o f delivery order system.
