<![CDATA[Decision Support System or DSS is a system that helps managers in solving the problems of semi-structured. Many techniques are used to make the Decision Support System, one with Fuzzy Logic. Fuzzy logic is one of problem-solving techniques where the degree of membership which are typically represented by values 0 and 1, with Fuzzy Logic is the degree of membership can be represented with a value between 0 and 1 so that it can be more balanced. KPPN Yogyakarta in determining an employee on leave not yet have an application, and is still done manually. Therefore, to further assist in making the determination of the employee on leave should be made DSS. DSS will use fuzzy logic techniques MADM applying TOPSIS method in the calculation process. SPK expected this may be an alternative in the determination of an employee on leave in KPPN Yogyakarta later. Decision Support System determination of an employee on leave with TOPSIS method is to obtain results that are not much different from the calculations manually, so it can be applied to support the decision in the determination of employee leave.]]>

<![CDATA[Practicum registration systems that exist on campus STTA previously done manually, where students will sign up to the admin to bring proof of payment practicum. Students are free to choose his own class, this often resulted in unbalanced number of students in the classroom lab that is consideredless effective way. This makes the emergence of the idea to establish an MM algorithm is applied to a practical application o f automation systems. MM algorithm works by determining many lab classes based on students who took the KRS. Furthermore, students who have paid practicum will be immediately incorporated into the classes that are available with regard to the number of students and GPA o f students per class, so it will obtain practical classes by the number o f students and the average GPA o f each class balanced.Concept application using client-server database, where the database is on the Local Area Network (LAN) STTA. To facilitate the management admin, then the application will be tested on the LAN network and VPN (Virtual Private Network) network. LAN is a computers network that are connected to a computer server by using specific topologies, typically used in areas of the building or area a distance o f not more than 1 km (local area). While VPN is a secure way to access the Local Area Network that is in range, using the Internet or other public network to perform packet data transmission in private. By using a VPN, users can access the computer that is on the LAN even though the user is not in the same location with a LAN.]]>

<![CDATA[The geographical position of Indonesia is located in an earthquake-prone area that is potentially most earthquake-tsunami, it takes a transmission medium to connect the cameramonitoring results between the sender and receiver of information or data that may provide information to the natural disasters. The transmission media can be a media streaming seawater and alarm monitoring that is connected with vibration sensor that functions as a medium for early warning of natural disasters. From the test results it can be concluded that the alarm system warning of earthquakes, able to work well as vibration sensor detects vibration. As well as video streaming process can run well on a LAN network using HTTP protocol 8080. Society as a client can access the video streaming server via the address specified by the application server.]]>

<![CDATA[Trust is a key factor in online communication, a hosting that can be accessed quickly and almost never had an error would indicate that the hosting has managed seriously in serving consumers. Therefore a hosting requires regular maintenance and handling of error as soon as possible before consumers feel the effects. On the other side hosting providers need to protect their systems to provide access to others who don’t have the right and protect it using a firewall. Those two things became very difficult to do simultaneously considering the speed and ease of access contrary to the security of the hosting. There are many ways in which the administrators to handling this case.One of many ways is create a private network that can only be accessed from within the network, during time for treatments this private hosting use SMS as medium, this media have been chosen because it can directly installed within the private network.By using this sms media, administrator can make application that can do the repair server directly without being worried with the danger of the public internet network, because application running on a private network. Applications can also be built more complex so that application will help administrator to monitor condition of the server and repair errors on the server, administrators can do it anywhere without being dependent on a stable internet connection.]]>

<![CDATA[Presence is the most important activity, because it is related to productivity of employees and one part of human resources control indicator which aim to improve the potential of human resources itself. The function of presence programme is for knowing presence of employees by used android smartphone. The employees can entry their presence data by use the presence programme, they just need to touch the attendance button, check out from office button and also take a leave button, the result of entry data will be entered into database system in the form of an admin web. The function of the web is to determine the employees data entry and add employees data. The employees should used android smartphone with same wifi local area of the company that used also by the admin web because it became the benefits of local wifi. In this case we need three days for trial, with a wide range of trials from 10 users testing, 10 smartphones testing, access point testing, blackbox testing and also white box testing. The aim of user testing is done by employees with android smartphone is to know does the time result of entry data equal with the time result of admin in web. Smartphone trial by the employees is done by view notification alerts presence was accepted by the admin, the result show if the average is less than 20 seconds. Access point trial done by the admin, is to show the speed of access point received by androind smartphone is less than 10 seconds. Black box trial and white box trial done by admin, the flow of the web, and also the flow of android smartphone program get the 100%. The result of three days trial finds that everything in presence program is going well.]]>

<![CDATA[E-commerce or electronic commerce is an activity related to the purchase, sale, marketing of goods or services by using electronic systems such as the Internet or a computer network as a medium. In its development, e-commerce website has a lot of models and concepts, one of which is a replica website. Replica website is a reflection of the website host website itself. Website replica would be obtained if it had been making purchases on the website o f the parent (stta.name:8000) or web replica owned by a member (stta.name:8000/ sponsor=namaanggota). If you already have a replica website then the owner can sell online using the web replica, and can change the prices ofgoods as well as web background replicas. Besides being able to change the price and the background, a replica web owners are also entitled to a bonus from the purchase o f its products downline level 1. For the award is the excess of the price that has been modified with an initial price of a web master or web links above. From the calculation o f the questionnaire that was distributed to 30 respondents, the result of testing knowledge of web replica of 42.7% based on the assessment interval is Enough and application usage by 78.5%, which means Good.]]>

<![CDATA[One way to take advantage of current technological developments is to utilize the smartphone as a means of accessing the Internet network. Open Journal System Application (OJS) Application Design Concept (OJS) In Mobile / Android Covered For Readers and Author (OJS based on android) is where the application system will access the existing OJS database on the server then the data will be transferred into the application , So that OJS data on the server can be retrieved and can be entered into OJS Based Application android. Thus users / readers no longer need to access the browser, because in the Android-based OJS application will display the pdf-shaped article files.From the analysis of comparative function and viewing of OJS application that opened with browser, with OJS android based application, in essence has the same function that is displaying the work of ilmia from an institution from a researcher, but there are some deficiencies in OJS Application Based Android , Such as in the application can not display data that resides in OJS database as a whole.]]>

<![CDATA[So far, there are coaches who are less precise in determining the ideal position of the player as it only relies on instinct and the ego of the players so that there is still a coach who has not been able to objectively assess the players.By utilizing the method of Genetic Algorithm as Decision Support System (DSS) in the process of determining the ideal position of a player who uses several criteria (multicriteria) to choose a proper player. DSS is helping coach in making the right decisions and Genetic Algorithm is used as a model for multicriteria weighting in the selection process. This application was built with tools Borland Delphi (7.0) as the user interface design and media processing PostgreSQL as its database. Based on these results we can conclude that this application expected to assist the coaches in the decision making process and can change the appraisal of which are subjective to more objective, to determine the ideal position for a player, can determine the best position of each position of a number of players and the expected results of the Genetic Algorithm on the system constructed in accordance with the results of manual calculations.]]>

<![CDATA[The increasing number o f passengers Trans Jogja bus stops can result in the existing capacity can not accommodate the number of passengers comfortably. Problems that often arise include delays resulting bus passenger waiting time is longer and there is a buildup of the number of passengers at stops. As a result of these problems, the capacity o f passenger stops can be full so that prospective passengers waiting outside the bus stop. Forecasting is one very important element in the decision. In this study using stationary and trend forecasting the data because the data are not significant changes between time and swell in certain periods and a normal in periods others. Time series methods for forecasting the number o f passengers on the Trans Jogja stop using exponential smoothing calculation and least square. From these calculations the value sought MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation) or least square error is exponential smoothing and forecasting results with small error. Forecasting will be better if it contains fewer possible errors.]]>
