Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the application of citizen's charter principle to the Department of Investment and One Stop Service of Gowa Regency. The research method used is qualitative method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and document review. The research informants are 12 people, consisting of Head of Service 1 person, Head of Division 2 persons, Head of Section 4 person, and Service Licensing and Non Licensee 6 people. Processing and data analysis is a qualitative analysis conducted through five stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, data verification, and conclusion. The results show that DPM PTSP Gowa Regency has not fully applied the principle of citizen's charter as the theory of Oliver and Drewry, namely higher service standard, service openness, service information, non-discrimination service, service responsiveness, service grievances, as there is no cooperation with independent oversight agencies and charter signatures (directions) of service; there is no publication of the complete organizational structure with the names of authorized officials and the publication of the cost of services in a munual and online manner; no publication of performance target information and performance performance achievements online; does not yet have a regulation on guarantee of equal rights for the beneficiaries; the absence of requests for service recipient response by the employee for the services provided; the absence of cooperation with independent institutions as mediator between the DPM-PTSP Gowa District with the recipient of service in the event of no agreement on the settlement of complaints or complaints.

Abstract

Abstract The current era of globalization requires companies to always adjust their strategies to changes that occur in order to survive or guarantee the continuity of the company. Human resources are the main role in every company activity. Despite many facilities and infrastructures, without the support of human resources, the company's activities will not run well. To achieve company goals, employees are required to maximize their performance. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how employee performance appraisal at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Cendrawasih Makassar Branch, with a qualitative approach, and using instruments through interviews, observation and document review. While data collectiotechniques are through interviews, observation and document review. Data processing technique is descriptive analysis. The result of the study shows that most employees finish their work based on the estimated targets and are capable to increase the demand of loan credit. Judging the aspect of the quality of the work, the level of error in completing the work is still low and besides that, each employee complete the work according to the specified objectives. Judging from the timeliness aspect, employees have the ability to complete each job in a timely manner. Judging the aspect of attendance, that employee attendance is relatively high because employees attend the office on time. While in terms of the ability to cooperate, this study found that employees in doing work always establish cooperation with other colleagues and collaborate in a teamwork and maintain good relationship between superiors and subordinates.

Abstract

Abstract This study’s focus on service quality of Accident and Emergency (A & E) department at regional public hospital in Makassar City and analyzied service quality dimensions such as time service, 1) Service accuracy, 3) Courtesy and guidance in providing services; 4) Responsibility; 5) Completeness; 6) Ease in getting services. This study is using qualitative descriptive method. Sources of the data were informants as Head of Space, Director/Deputy of Medical Services, Patient of ER (Emergency Room), nurses/midwives and Doctor in Charge of Patients. The data collection techniques were from interviews, observation and document review. The data validity was check using triangulation technique. The results showed in service timeliness dimension was already appropriate according to the 24 hours shift schedule of all of the staff. The accuracy service indicator was in a certain quality category. The staff were always strive to afford mistakes while handling the patients. The politeness and sociability indicators was good enough, according to how they treat the patuents with 5S principle. Eventhough the communication technique still needs to be fixed. The responsibility indicator assesment was in a good category due to assurance of patient safety. The completeness indicators was in a good category due to the clean hospital area and the facilities were already complete but employees needs to maintain the facilities. In the ease in getting services indicator which has a certain quality due to the complete supporting facilities that made service easier and convenient serve services also not convoluted.

Abstract

The aim of the reasearch in the area of Madiun River Basin is to make and to analyze the Intensity Duration Curve (IDC) i.e. the curve describing graphically the relation between rainfall intensity and rainfall duration in a certain frequent period. Formulation used in the research was Talbot Formula and Ishiguro’s. In the drafting of Intensity Duration Curve it was used specific coefficient i.e by using the rainfall data of fifteen and sixty duration for both applied formulations. The IDC recorded has not mean difference because in both formulation was used coefficient of the same value. The pattern of the rainfall intensity occured directed toward Nort East. It was happened because of the moving clouds directed toward that course. Depression occured at the backward of Mount Lawu, exactly toward East.

Abstract

Keberadaan NPC (Non Player Character) dalam suatu game merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menentukan game itu menarik atau tidak. Jika tidak ada penciptaan NPC yang cerdas dimana NPC tidak bersifat adaptif, dan reaktif, maka jika dilihat dari sisi game  dapat dikatakan tidak menarik dan cenderung membosankan, sehingga penulis bertujuan membuat penelitian yaitu perancangan dan pembuatan Game Survival Shooter 3D dengan studi kasus Random jumlah objek menggunakan algoritma LCM (Linear Congruent Method). Kejadian acakan tersebut terjadi pada acakan kemunculan musuh setelah berburu. permainan ditugaskan untuk berfokus menghindari, dan menembak NPC untuk terus bertahan hidup selama mungkin dengan alat seadanya dan melanjutkan misi hingga sampai ke akhir permainan.  sehingga menciptakan game AI tiga dimensi (3d) yang mampu menguji kecepatan, reaksi dari pemainnya, dan meningkatkan intelektual bagi penggunanya.

Abstract

Chatting application is an application which used for communication through local network or internet. It can use to make communication to be effective and easy to use but there are several shortage in delivery information process is data security when communication is going on. Using chrypthography with modification Rivest Shamir adleman (RSA) algorithm in encryption process and decryption on packet data which transmited is one of security system which can used in this application then the security of data packet secured. Result from implementation of chatting application which apply chrypthography with modification Rivest Shamir adleman (RSA) algorithm have done in local network and internet able to run smoothly and have done by several testing cases based on certain scenario.  Whereas process testing encryption  and decryption using tools wireshark.

Abstract

Abstrak— Pendataan dari Penyebaran alumni kurang terdata dengan baik, pihak manajemen belum menyediakan suatu sistemyang dapat mewadahi interaksi antara Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (FIKOM) Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia (UUI) denganalumninya. Alumni merupakan salah satu dari indikator dalam penilaian akreditasi sebuah lembaga pendidikan, makadipandang perlu untuk melakukan pemetaan terhadap sebaran alumni. Sehingga banyak alumni berdasarkan kelompoksebarannya mulai dari tingkat kecamatan, kabupaten serta tingkat propinsi masih belum terpetakan dengan baik, denganadanya sebaran pemetaan ini nantinya terlihat jelas sejauh mana alumni dari FIKOM tersebar. Berangkat dari permasalahanini penulis ingin membuat suatu Sistem Informasi Geografis Berbasis Web untuk Pemetaan Sebaran Alumni Fakultas IlmuKomputer Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia dengan harapan nantinya dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk silaturahmi sertamengetahui posisi dari setiap alumni berada. Sistem mampu memberikan informasi tentang Pemetaan Sebaran AlumniFakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Ubudiyah Indonesia persebaran alumni, hal ini terlihat dalam aplikasi yang ditampilakanmelalui SIG. Sistem dapat digunakan untuk menganalisa dari sebaran alumni dengan catatan seluruh data terinput denganlengkap. Hasil yang dikeluarkan dari sistem adalah berupa peta lokasi dari setiap sebaran para alumni yang dapat dilihatberdasarkan kategori yang hendak diketahui diataranya, provinsi, kabupaten/kota, persentase tahun lulusan, profesi darialumni tersebut. Jumlah total alumni yang telah dilahirkan oleh FIKOM dari lulusan mulai dari tahun 2010 sampai dengantahun 2015 adalah sebanyak 374 orang.Kata kunci: Pemetaan, SIG, FIKOM, alumni,UUI

Abstract

Development of multimedia makes the delivery of information becomesmore practical. Banda Aceh is a city that has tourism potential which is arelic of history. The problem is the media to promote the tourist attractionsand historic sites is not maximized. For that created an interactiveapplication that contains information on tourism in the city of Banda Aceh.In scientific writing, create interactive applications Banda Aceh tourismusing Adobe Flash CS6. This application is interactive in which the usercan choose the location where you want to know. The interactiveapplication is also accompanied by a minimalist travel map containingtourist sites. It also added amenities of the town and a glimpse ofinformation contains the address of the tourist attractions. Output is later isa file-based application exe (Execute) file and swf (Small Web Format)files which contains information on tourism sites in Banda Aceh. Output ofthe file will be saved in the long term and more practical. This application isexpected to be used by the people of Banda Aceh to promote touristplaces in the city. Abstract

Besides carefulness factor, the time required to evaluate the best lecturers also influence the policy making. Especially with the large number of participants lecturers, would require a long time to make decisions and human resources needed to evaluate the best lecturers in taking decisions cepatr, precise and objective. Decision support systems research the best lecturer at the University of Indonesia Ubudiyah (UUI) is using the weighted product method. The process of the weighted product methodis to determine the weight values for each criterion, then do the process rank to select an alternative from a number of alternatives exist. The system is made in this study is a dynamic system, according to the type of existing needs. Abstract

The appropriateness of a location to be selected as a seminar location is affected by many supporting factors, so that the location is suitable as a single choice. Hence, there should be made a process to decide a location whether it is proper or not to match some assessment criteria conceived before. There are 8 assessment criteria with 22 sub-criteria each. The result of the assessment forms as a total values which has limited values, determined by equal intensity (degree of assessment), which are low, medium, and high. Once the assessment process is done, then the next step is verifying comparison between one criteria with others, as well as comparison between one sub-criteria and other sub-criteria to acquire alternative ranking value. Decision-making support system which is developed in this study uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is used as a decision-making process tool by the decision maker to exercise a decision which faces several problems from a range of criteria. While Geographical Information System (GIS) is used to handle geography-reference data, which are input, output, data management (data storage and retrieval), and analysis and data manipulation which resulted on a map. The combination of both processes would create a new system which its mathematic calculation uses AHP but the result is outputted on an interactive map, generated by the GIS. Keywords: AHP, GIS, Decision maker, seminar location
