Abstract

The corporate crisis is still considered a scary specter. Not a few companies are desperately avoiding a crisis without them realizing that could happen to anyone and anytime. Crisis can not absorb the feathers that will come to the company which one with which management system. Even companies that already have a big name, can still be hit by the crisis. Moreover, some preventive measures to cure the crisis, is also very important to enter the fall of the company to avoid bankruptcy. At this stage the role of Public Relations holds a very important position. Public Relations talks about strategic functions that are expected to position itself as a golden stone both from internal and external companies. The ideal spirit, crisis management of a company that made the public Public Relations is expected to be able to muffle and cure the crisis as bad as any condition that befall. The writing of this article aims to find out how the management of the company "First Travel" in the face of corporate crises by using descriptive qualitative analysis method found that "First Travel" should provide a role to Public Relations specifically because the crisis can not be handled quickly and easily.

Abstract

This paper aims to explain the problem is getting the massive influx of foreign tourists to Indonesia. Massive foreign tourists to Indonesia appeared to have an impact on the potential threat of non-traditional Indonesia. The number of foreign travelers resulted by the government to capitalize on the object of the tourism industry as one of the country's foreign exchange objects. With the method of qualitative analysis supported by data collection techniques secondary and primary then produced the conclusion that the massive rating aving to Indonesia because of a) policies shaft maritime Jokowi as one of orientation is the development of the tourism industry, b) bilateral relations between Indonesia and a number of countries is getting more intense including in the field of pariwisatwa, trade, investment, energy, etc., c) the geopolitical posture especially Indonesian mainly sea access easier for foreign tourists to visit Indonesia, including the illegal way. The result is a policy response one BVK make many visits to Indonesia. The impact potentially against illegal behavior in the form of non tradisionaal threat of the emergence of illegal labor. This is related to the inability of the state to provide employment for its citizens but to take the labor of other countries. Thus, the policy of rating mobilization efforts should be supervised by all sides because of the potential not only to the emergence of foreign workers but other illegal behavior such as drug dealers.

Abstract

The European Union is a successful common market role model through regional economic integration. The formation of common market by several countries within a country brings widespread implications not only in economic and legal aspects but also socially and culturally. There are four basic principles in the formation of a common European Union market of freedom of movement of goods, freedom of movement of services, freedom of movement of capital, freedom of movement of people. The application of the four principles within the framework of economic integration is strongly influenced by the social and cultural interactions taking place within the market structure. The part of culture is an essential element in doing economic interaction is the language. Multilingualism in the EU affects common market dynamics and policy patterns in trade facilitation.

Abstract

Under Law 23 of 2014 on Regional Government, there is a change in the distribution of functions in the management of education. High education previously managed by district / municipality governments turned to the provincial government. This article aims to analyze teachers management before and After the transition of the high education authority of the Regency / City government to the Provincial Government of Central Java using political perspective. Decentralization system has basically opened wide opportunity for each region to play a bigger role, including in the management of teachers in the District / City. Domination of the Head of Region is very visible in the process of recruitment, selection, payroll, career development, placement, mutation and Evaluation Performance Teacher District / City. The recentralization of high education authority, especially the management of teachers at the Provincial Government level, is expected to minimize the occurrence of education politicization at the district / municipality level.

Abstract

Since the terrorist attacks of September 11th 2001 in World Trade Centre (WTC), terrorism becomes a hot issue trough out the world. Almost all states agree to counter terrorism, because terrorism is against humanitarianism, and it has caused losses in economy, politics, and psychology.This research is aimed to describe and analyze Indonesia’s multi pronged approach to counter terrorism by using qualitative research method. Based on the data and information provided could be concluded that Indonesia’s role in countering terrorism is seen through three aspects, Government has made a legal frame work on anti-terrorism, form an institution which focus on cooperate with ASEAN. Meanwhile in international level, Indonesia has signed an agreement made by the United Nation, and cooperated with other non-ASEAN countries.Based on the result of this research, researcher’s suggestions for strengthening Indonesia counter terrorism efforts over the next decade are: intensifying coordination and communication between the central government and local government in the domestic level in order to implement what has been written in the legal framework. In the regional level, ASEAN needs to increase cooperation related to information and defense. Lastly, in the international level, there
