Abstract

ABSTRACTObjective: This research purposed to identify the influence of Attraction and Service Facilities on Tourist Satisfaction in Tajung Pejuang Desa Tuada Beach. This research type is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. Data were collected by using questionnaires distributed to the 100 tourists who have visited to Tanjun Pejuang Desa Tuada Beach by simple random sampling technique.Methodology: Data analysis are used consist of descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linier regression analysis, F test and t test. Finding: H1 and H2 accepted at the 5% 10% confidence level.Conclusion: The result of this study showed that Attraction and Service Facilities simultanously have a significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction, Attraction  has a significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction, and Service Facilities has a significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTObjective: The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze: (1) the effect of Job Satisfaction affects the quality of service; (2) the effect of Job Satisfaction affects patient satisfaction; (3) the effect of employee performance affects the quality of service; (4) the effect of Service Quality influences patient satisfaction; (5) Service Quality mediates the effect between Job Satisfaction and Patient Satisfaction; and (6) the influence of Service Quality mediates the effect between employee performance and patient satisfaction. The number of research samples are 90 employees. Methodology: The test instrument used was a structural equation model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS) as a statistical test tool. Finding: H1, H2, no accepted, while H3, and H4 are accepted at the 5% confidence level. Hypothesis 5 no mediates, but H6 fully mediated the effect between nurse performance.Conclusion: The results showed that: (1) Job satisfaction did not have a positive and significant effect on service quality; (2) Job satisfaction does not have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction; (3) Employee / Nurse Performance has positive and significant effect on the quality of services; (4) Service Quality has positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction; (5) Service quality does not mediate the effect between job satisfaction and patient satisfaction; and (6) Quality of service mediates the effect between employee / nurse performance and patient satisfaction at the Inpatient Health Center in Ternate City.

Abstract

Objective: The objectives of this study are: (1) To identify and analyze the effect of learning organization on innovative behavior; (2) Knowing and analyzing the effect of work involvement on innovative behavior; (3) Knowing and analyzing the influence of learning organization and work involvement simultaneously on innovative. Indonesian Credit Guarantee Limited The number of research samples was 33 employees. Methodology: The test tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as a statistical test tool. Finding: H1, H2, and H3 accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results showed that: (1) Learning organization has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior at Indonesian Credit Guarantee Limited North Maluku Branch .; (2) Job involvement has a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior at Indonesian Credit Guarantee Limited North Maluku Branch; (3) Learning organization and work involvement have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on innovative behavior at Indonesian Credit Guarantee Limited North Maluku Branch

Abstract

ABSTRACTObjective: This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on corporate social responsibility. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) of 45 companies. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling. The samples used in this study were 21 companies with 105 observations. Methodology: The analytical model used to test hypotheses is multiple linear regression analysis and uses SPSS as a statistical test tool.Finding: H1, H2, and H3  accepted at the 5% confidence level.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that company size (X1) has a negative and significant effect on corporate social responsibility. The bigger the size the company then the existence of assets owned by the company is unemployed, forcing the company to spend more costs, thereby reducing the allocation of costs used to disclose broader social information. Profitability (X2) has a positive and significant effect on corporate social responsibility. the greater the level of profits owned by the company, the wider the company discloses social information. While leverage (X3) does not affect corporate social responsibility. The higher or lower level ofleverage owned by a company will not influence the company in disclosing its social information.

Abstract

ABSTRACTObjective: This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable in mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange, with a research sample of 10 companies.  Methodology: The analytical method used is path analysis. The observation time was 6 years and the research data was secondary data using purposive sampling method. In this study capital structure is measured by DER, DAR, and long term debt, profitability is measured by ROE, and company value is measured by tobins q.Finding: H1, H2, H3, H5 and H6  accepted, but H6 H7 no accepted, and Y1 unable to mediate the relationship between X1, X2, and X3 to Y2 at the 5% 10% confidence level.Conclusion: Results of this study, (1) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a positive effect on profitability; (2) Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) has a negative effect on profitability; (3) Long term debt has a negative effect on profitability; (4) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a positive effect on Tobin's Q; (5) Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) has a negative effect on Tobin's Q; (6) Long term debt has no effect on Tobin's Q; (7) Return On Equity (ROE) has a negative effect on Tobin's Q. This means that there is no impact between ROE on firm value. Profitability is not able to mediate the relations of DER, DAR, and long term debt to the firm value.
