Abstract

Single parent women experience the role change not only as a housewife; nurturing, protecting and educating children but also as a head of family. This research aims to: 1) Analyse financial literacy of single parent women in RW 08 Kelurahan Abadijaya Depok 2 Timur; and 2) Investigate the differences of financial literacy among single parent women based on age, educational background, marital status, work experience and income. Kuantitative descriptive method is employed and 50 samples are taken. Data are collected by observation, questionnaire, interview and library research. The results are: 1) Financial literacy of single parent women in RW 08 Kelurahan Abadijaya Depok 2 Timur are less literate; and 2) financial literacy of single parent women are different based on age, educational background, work experience and income while marital status remains the same.

Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of the accounting system, staff competence and internal control on the quality of financial statements of transport companies that have go public in Indonesia listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange. This study uses a sample of ten transportation companies listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange. While the research method uses research descriptive quantitative analyzed using multiple linear analysis with SPSS 19.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that accounting system variables (0.209), accounting staff competencies (0.776), and internal control (0.268) have a positive effect on the quality of financial statements made by companies .

Abstract

Problems faced by PT. Pos Indonesia is the number of private competitors engaged in logistics, making it difficult to compete in the industry. By implementing company performance measurement using the Malcolm Balridge Performance Excellence model, it is expected that PT. Pos Indonesia can find out its advantages and can improve it. Based on the results of research to 88 respondents using quantitative verification methods, obtained an overview of the company's performance is in the very good category but the measurement of company performance has not been fully measured using the Malcolm Balridge method, and a picture of competitive advantage in either category. From the data analysis test results obtained by the company's performance with the Malcolm Balridge model has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage at PT. Pos Indonesia.

Abstract

Seskoal (Naval Command and Staff College) as a Center of Excellence on Naval and Maritime has made a commitment to make the innovations in quality and development as a centre of Navy officers of Maritime and Navy qualificationa in shaped the research,inspection, and serving to the society through the applied magister navy operation strategis study program.This research is about educations components in Seskoal reguler educations that for enhancing the quality Seskoal especially for the accreditation from B to A.It explains about the parts of components of educations; the curricullum,internet, and librarian Seskoal.The methode using the qulitatitive way, the data processor using the Software Nvivo 12 Plus, and the Trianggulasi for the analizer.The results of this research are the implementations ef components educations giving the impact of the excercise Seskoal reguler educations which keep on moving in 10 months or in 44 weeks, 55 sks loads,and 2,330 lessons hours @ 50 minutes. Onthe other hand, this educations component is also for the requirements of BAN-PT regardings Seskoal accreditaions.

Abstract

Nasionalism is a transcendent value of Pancasila and students must have fill independence as a next generation to give the contributions  for our country. So it can come true of students character can competitives and tough in the middle of globalization. The purpose of this study is to find the PPKN teacher for developing the nasionalism character of students in SMK Ganesa Satria 2 Depok. Methodology research is descriptive. Technique data collection was carried out by interviews, observations and documentation. Technique data analysis in this research using reduction data, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusion. The results of this research are 1) PPKn teacher in SMK Ganesa Satria 2 Depok have very large role in developing an attitude of nationalism and the formation of the students character are implement through subjects PPKn, 2)through PPKn training teacher, the organization of  OSIS in this school can growing the nationalism attitude and form students character appropiate transcendet value of Pancasila, 3)Growing attitude of nationalism student character not only job for the PPKn teacher but its job for the other teacher in the school and specially for their parents, 4) PPKn teacher have high quality to growing the nasionalism students character  at SMK Ganesa Satria 2 Depok, its can show from his job performance as a teacher have good quality and his profesionalism as a teacher did obligations and excercise right will be models for the students in formation of students character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya pelayanan terbaik bagi pelanggan dalam mempertahankan keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan. Pelayanan terbaik bagi pelanggan adalah hal utama yang harus dipertahankan bahkan ditingkatkan, karena pelayanan yang disediakan memberi kesan tersendiri bagi para pelanggan lalu akan mempengaruhi keputusannya untuk membeli atau tidak membeli produk/jasa tertentu, yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak pada keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan tersebut.. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif yang bersifat survey langsung pada kelompok-kelompok tertentu, studi perpustakaan dan literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pelayanan terbaik bagi pelanggan mampu menjamin kontinuitas perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of how much the cost control of production to operating profit. The method used in this research is the survey method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The data used is the cost of production data and profit data from CV Insan Lestari. with sample pick up used purposive sampling. The Data analysis method in this research is a regression test, correlation test, determination coefficient, and signification test. The result from a statistic test, there known about a positive correlation from cost control to the production with an operating profit, with determination coefficient are 75,1% and 24.9% are factors outside this research. With the signification test, the conclusion is, the cost control had affected the operating profit.

Abstract

Petumbuhan ekonomi daerah yang dicerminkan oleh laju produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB) yang diharapkan bisa menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru ternyata tidak mampu merealisasikan harapan. Tambahan penyerapan tenaga kerja masih relatif kecil. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai hal diantaranya investasi asing dan domestik yang tersendat sehingga lapangan pekerjaan baru minim, faktor serikat pekerja, faktor penentuan upah minimum, ataupun faktor tenaga kerja pada tingkat pendidikan tertentu tidak sesuai kualifikasinya dengan tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan oleh pasar kerja.Kondisi ideal dari pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi mampu mempengaruhi pertumbuhan penyerapan tenaga kerja lebih besar. Begitu pula dengan investasi, kondisi ideal investasi mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan penyerpan tenaga kerja melalui pembukaan kesempatan kerja baru bagi angkatan kerja yang ada.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the compensation and working discipline besaranya on employee performance. Methods The study is a survey research. Subjects of this study as many as 50 employees were taken randomly at PT. Lifes Good in Jakarta. Data was collected by questionnaires using Likert skla. The validity of the data obtained with the validity and reliability, all data has a normal distribution. The results showed that the compensation to give a significant influence on employee performance. Likewise, work discipline gives a significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R) 2 is the compensation and working discipline has a strong relationship to employee performance.

Abstract

 Jakarta's economic growth plays an important role in the national economy. For this reason, it is necessary to identify the factors that influence the Jakarta’s economic growth. The purpose of this study is to describe the development of economic growth, investment, the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar and the allocation of regional spending and analyze the effect of regional spending, investment, exchange rates, economic crisis on the Jakarta’s economic growth period 1987-2017. The analysis method is quantitative and descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the analysis, the coefficient of determination (R2) reaches 0.912. The ratio of goods, services and capital expenditure to total expenditure and investment has a positive and significant effect on economic growth while the depreciation of the rupiah against the United States dollar and the economic crisis have a negative impact.
