Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (SME) is one of the main forms thriving business in Indonesia. The use of electrical energy is a decisive component of cost of products. Stimulus by the government through the Indonesian Government Regulation on conservation of energy is a systematic attempt, planned and integrated in order to conserve resources and increase domestic energy utilization efficiency. Such efforts positively impact the business performance of SMEs in Java Timur. Evaluation of energy conservation policies among SMEs, is done through building the concept of government policy as a stimulus to encourage changes in the behavior of individual workers and business systems, which are plotted in organsasi work culture, and impact on organizational performance. The study of 150 SME entrepreneurs in the city of Surabaya and Sidoarjo district shows that there was a positive influence on the energy conservation policy work behavior of individuals and organizations working system, both of which impact positively on the quality of the work culture of the organization and then a positive impact on performance.

Abstract

Customer relationship management (CRM) is part of a marketing strategy to satisfy and maintain customer loyalty. CRM can be a stimulus to customer satisfaction and loyalty, that the right CRM impact on satisfaction and will affect customer loyalty. The study population is the whole wheat flour SME customers in East Java, and a sample of 139 SME owners were selected by convenience sampling technique, and the analysis technique used is model of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research proves that CRM has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. CRM does not have a direct influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The study aimed to clarify the influence of corporate social marketing programs on consumer knowledge and reputation of the company in creating green behavior Consumerism. The study was conducted to consumers of Starbucks Coffee, in an explanatory study with a sample size of 200 respondents. The analysis was performed descriptively and kausalistik in the form of structural equation models. The findings of this study is that the implementation of corporate social marketing program has a positive impact on consumer knowledge and the company's reputation as a green company. CSM program can create and educate consumers and then engaged consume products more responsibly towards the environment, and ultimately promote the creation of green Consumerism.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the evaluation of perceived quality and perceived value to PT. Pos Indonesia customers satisfaction and to examine the customers satisfaction based on trust, customers loyalty and switching barriers. Research data are collected through survey method with interview method straight to 400 respondents who use PT. Pos Indonesia. The technique of collecting sample is using Non probablity sampling. Methodology that is used are CHAID, Suharjo, Split, Penalty-Rewards. Based on several tolls we can collcect almost evaluation result about PT. Pos Indonesia performance.

Abstract

This research analyzes the simultaneous effects of Learning Organization (LO), Job Satisfaction, Effectiveness of ISO Implementation, Organizational Commitment on Organizational Performanace as perceived by the staff of administrative supporting units. The result of data processing shows that there is not any direct effect of LO on Orgnizational Performace. However, there is a strong positive effect of LO toward Organizational Performance through Job Satisfaction. LO does not have a direct effect on Organizational Commitment, however, the strong positive effect of LO toward Organizational Performance is formed through Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. This research also found that there is a negative effect of Effectiveness of ISO Implementation on Job Satisfaction, which simultaneously weakens the effect of LO on Organizational Performance through Job Satisfaction.
