Abstract

Currently, Customer Relationship Management underwent a paradigm shift from a single channel relationship (organizational-to-customer relationship) to multi channels of relationships (customer-organization-organization customer- machines) with an emphasis on integration and collaboration. The relatively recent development of Information and Communication Technology, particularly in smartphones and big data applications, has been a key driver of this paradigm shift. Mobile Customer Relationship Management (mCRM) system is one of the latest advances in this CRM system. Mobile CRM promotes customer satisfaction through mobile media, especially in banking. In the context of mCRM, the presence of m-banking applications, contributes to improving and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study aims to determine whether the use of mobile banking is an easy and effective way as a strategic tool mobile CRM system to communicate with customers. This research uses quantitative research approach and literature study from previous research. A self-administered questionnaire using Likert scale was developed and tested. The results prove that the use of mBanking on mCRM is an effective strategy that will improve customer satisfaction and improve the level of trust and customer satisfaction through the provision of mobile communications marketing services better. Keywords: mobile banking, customer relationship management, mobile CRM

Abstract

University databases such as technology and computer department at Harapan university of Medan keeps academic, administrative and students’ data in large volume. If the data is mined properly then it has been known the pattern or knowledge to make a decision. By having the data of Informatics Department graduated students, the information that obtained is the decision tree with the rules to predict the studying period of the informatics Department students at Harapan University of Medan. The data used for designing the decision tree consists of 6 predictor attributes (Gender, Region, Specialization, School, Parrents’  occupation and GPA) and 2 target attributes (Passed “On Time” and “Late”). Data analysis used C4.5 algorithm, it used 30 samples taken randomly from alumni data. The research results show the decision tree model with the rules of the students who pass “On Time” is students who have a high GPA and students who have a medium GPA with the focus robotics. Keywords : Data Mining,  C4.5 Algorithm, Decision Tree.

Abstract

Determination of the committee position an event during this time has been determined by the authorities in an organization. However, the positioning sometimes falls to the same person with the same position. This is certainly a form of injustice in the positioning. Linear Congruential Generator or LCG is one of the methods of Random Number Generator. With this Algorithm the position can be randomized so that the same person does not occupy the same position for the second time so justice can be realized.Keywords:  Algorithm, Position, Organization, LCG, Justice.

Abstract

Designing test items manually done by the teachers of SMA Harapan I Medan isn’t effective and effeciency. It is proved by the teachers who collected answering  test late.  It is happened because a teacher in the certain field makes test items with various types in a short time. Beside an uneffective and unefficient time, it is seen many papers’ distribution not only for test items with various types but also students’ answering which is prepared by the school and there is students’ amnipulating in doing examination. In solving this problems in the school and developing technology, the school comitee wants to change test system manually to be computerized. It means that the students do  using computer (computer based test) by using  wondershare quiz creator application. Wondershare Quiz Creator is an aplication which is used in making online test (electronic test) by upload test in a website and the users are able to do test in web by using computer connected by the internet

Abstract

Catering Ummi Nisa is a business that runs its business in the field of food services in Medan. From a manual sales system by distributing flyers on the street, in community homes look less effective. With development of technology that is growing rapidly, internet technology has reliable every community, especially in sales and information. So much-needed changes to improve the ordering and sales system are communicative and informative. With this change researches have a goal to creat Ummi Nisa Catering website so that this business can grow more widely. With the customer website will be easier to find the information needed. Any product information and menu offered on Catering Ummi Nisa would be obtained on the website. In addition to customer information is also able to order Catering Online, so that sales Catering Ummi Nisa more effective and efficient in business. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to monitor the sentiments of a brand and classify it into positive,  negative or neutral sentiments. The steps of research have started from collecting data, indexing, searching and weighting process. Data are collected by crawling data from social media, such as Facebook and Twitter. After collecting data, then weighting process is done with a fuzzy logic method, where the fuzzy set is determined based on the highest number of positive and negative words in a sentence. Weighting process is calculated from TF (Term Frequency) which is the number of words that sought in the document. From the results, TF can be used to find the fuzzy set value and the number of positive or negative sentiments in a document. Mamdani method used to calculate the value of the final sentiment. From the calculation results, it can be shown that the average of sentiment analysis is 63.15%. Keywords:  Information, Sentiment analysis, brand, fuzzy logic, social media.

Abstract

Separating of inheritance according in sciences of faroidh each heir does not get the same part depending on their relationship to the inheritance recipient. This is because the needs of each heir are different, such as heirs of boys and girls differ the reason boys have a big responsibility and if already married  should have been obliged to offer for his family while the daughter if already have family responsible for the necessities of life. In addition, in sciences of faroidh also there is a hijab or a barrier where heir can get a share can also not get a part depending on whether the heirs prevented it causing its own complexity in the calculations. Nowadays it is very difficult to meet people who understand about this division of inheritance. Just little of people are experts distribute inheritance based on faroidh. So created a web-based application to aid in the calculation and distribution of inheritance properly and managed computerized that can ease people in solving this problem.

Abstract

Data processing system of inpatient medical records is one of the functions of the administration in providing services to patients to meet the demands, both for management of the hospital, patients, and paramedics. Hospitals in small urban areas are generally still doing manual processing (simple still be processing data in the handwritten form printed in report form archives). Based on these problems, we need solutions to make medical record information system using web services technology. Web service technology have used to synchronize data between the subunits in the hospital. Systems built using services more than one database that could be accessed via WSDL service and the data format used is XML. Abstract

Submission of academic information to students, parents / guardians conducted at private high school SMA Harapan I Medan are still very ineffective and efficient both in terms of delivery time and in terms of finance. This is because the academic delivery is still manual in oral, written or via phone or SMS one by one. The impact of the process is the slow process of delivering academic information and the amount of expenditure in the delivery of information. To overcome these problems, then the academic community wants to improve the delivery of academic information systems using computerized technology. The purpose of the change is by building a School of Academic Information System (SISFO) Web-based SCRUM model. The system is built to produce academic information such as value and achievement of students in web-based schools that can be utilized by the academic staff to make it easier in conveying academic information to students, parents / guardians. This system includes and through several aspects of functionality, reliability, efficiency, and usability. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how teaching learning Islamic education by using computer and to know students’ motivation in learning Islamic education by using komputer. The Islamic education teaching material  has been used in teaching-learning and it can be used Microsoft Office Powerpoint as a media presentation and digital material using SOM application. The use Microsoft Office Powerpoint in Teaching-learning Islamic education and digital material will reach the goal of teaching-learning Islamic education and it can motivate students so the teaching-learning can be more efficient.
