Abstract

Abstrak: The results of this study is to Know: 1) Is there any effect of work motivation on professionalcompetence of teachers in Air Joman MIN and MIS MPI Binjai district Serbangan Asahan.2). Whetherthere is influence of teachers to the welfare of professional competence of teachers in Air Joman MINand MIS MPI Binjai district Serbangan Asahan.3). Whether there is significant influence between motivationand welfare of teachers to the professional competence of teachers in Air Joman MIN and MISMPI Binjai Serbangan Asahan district.Based on research and data processing found that: There is asignificant influence work motivation of teachers to the professional competence of teachers in AirJoman MIN and MIS MPI Binjai Serbangan Asahan district is 83.2%. There is a significant influence onthe Teachers’ Welfare professional competence of teachers in Air Joman MIN and MIS MPI BinjaiSerbangan Asahan district is 75.3%. There is a significant effect simultaneously between motivationand welfare of teachers to the professional competence of teachers in the MIN and MIS Air JomanAsahan district is 79.3%.Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui: 1) Apakah terdapat pengaruh Motivasi kerjaterhadap kompetensi profesional guru pada MIN Air Joman dan MIS MPI Binjai Serbangan kabupatenAsahan.2). Apakah terdapat pengaruh kesejahteraan guru terhadap kompetensi profesional gurupada MIN Air Joman dan MIS MPI Binjai Serbangan kabupaten Asahan.3). Apakah terdapat pengaruhyang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan kesejahteraan guru terhadap kompetensi profesional gurupada MIN Air Joman dan MIS MPI Binjai Serbangan kabupaten Asahan.Berdasarkan penelitian danpengolahan data diperoleh bahwa : Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Motivasi kerja guru terhadapkompetensi profesional guru pada MIN Air Joman dan MIS MPI Binjai Serbangan kabupaten Asahanyaitu 83,2%. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Kesejahteraan Guru terhadap kompetensi profesionalguru pada MIN Air Joman dan MIS MPI Binjai Serbangan kabupaten Asahan yaitu 75,3%. Terdapatpengaruh yang signifikan secara bersamaan antara motivasi kerja dan kesejahteraan guru terhadapkompetensi profesional guru pada MIN dan MIS Air Joman kabupaten Asahan yaitu 79,3%.Kata kunci : Motivasi kerja, Kesejahteraan guru dan Kompetensi Profesional guru

Abstract

Abstrak: This research used qualitative approach in terms of naturalistic. It was conductedtSMP IT Siti Hajar Medan. The source of this research was data and documents. The data wascollected through observation, interview and document analysis. The data used data reductiontechnique, data presentation and conclusion in the school environment and in the classrooms.Subjects of this research were headmaster, teachers, students, parents and students.The object of research was the implementation of character building which stated as the superiorschool programme, rules, condition of school, extra-curricular and intra-curricular activities.The instrument of research was interview guidance, observation sheets and field notes.The data was analysed withh qualitative descriptive method.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui implementasi pendidikan karakter di SMP IslamTerpadu Siti Hajar Medan (2) mengetahui peran kepala sekolah, guru dan orang tuadalam pendidikan karakter siswa (3) mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi programimplementasi pendidikan karakter (4) hasil dari implementasi pendidikan karakter.Penelitianini menggunakan

Abstract

Abstrak: The purpose of this research is to determine the formulation of educational programsdormitory, to find out the programs education dormitory, and find out the program education evaluationdormitory to improving students spiritual intelligence Hubbul Arabic Wathan Medan. Thefindings of this research are three, namely: (1) Formulation of Dormitory Education Program inImproving Santriwati Spiritual Intelligence in Arabic Dormitory Hubbul Wathan Medan is to planpositive and useful activities for santriwati, in formulating a program, Conduct deliberation. One ofthem is with education programs such as learning Arabic, learning the Qur’an and tajwid, praying incongregation on time, dhikr, reading yasin, learning discipline and responsible with obligations,muhadharah, qasam and rihlah. (2) Implementation of Dormitory Education Program in ImprovingSantriwati Spiritual Intelligence in Arabic Dormitory Hubbul Wathan Medan by arranging all schedulesof santriwati, regularly. In addition, the implementation of all activities in the dormitory closelysupervised by the chairman of the board members and guided by the ustadzah. (3) Evaluation ofDormitory Education Program in Improving the Spiritual Intelligence of Santriwati in Arabic DormitoryHubbul Wathan Medan applied by dormitory can be known based on the absence of all santriwatiactivities every month, through the absence will be easy to know whether santriwati discipline isgetting better or earlier and evaluation of education program Dormitories can also be known fromthe final exam results santriwati every year.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perumusan program pendidikan asrama, mengetahui pelaksanaanprogram pendidikan asrama, dan mengetahui evaluasi program pendidikan asrama dalam meningkatkankecerdasan spiritual santriwati di asrama bahasa arab Hubbul Wathan Medan.Temuan penelitian iniada tiga, yaitu: (1) Perumusan Program Pendidikan Asrama dalam Meningkatkan Kecerdasan SpiritualSantriwati di Asrama Bahasa Arab Hubbul Wathan Medan adalah dengan merencanakan kegiatankegiatanyang bermanfaat dan bernilai positif bagi santriwati, dalam merumuskan sebuah program,pihak pengurus asrama sebelumnya melakukan musyawarah. Salah satunya ialah dengan programpendidikan seperti belajar berbahasa arab, belajar alquran serta tajwid, shalat berjamaah tepat waktu,berdzikir, membaca yasin, belajar disiplin dan bertanggung jawab dengan kewajiban, muhadharah,DELIMA ASTRI PERTIWI: IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM ASRAMA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL3AT-TAZAKKI: Vol. 1 No. 1 Juli - Desember 2017102qasam dan rihlah. (2) Pelaksanaan Program Pendidikan Asrama dalam Meningkatkan KecerdasanSpiritual Santriwati di Asrama Bahasa Arab Hubbul Wathan Medan dengan cara mengatur semuajadwal para santriwati, dengan teratur. Selain itu pelaksanaan semua kegiatan di asrama diawasi denganketat oleh ketua dari anggota pengurus dan dipandu oleh para ustadzah. (3) Evaluasi Program PendidikanAsrama dalam Meningkatkan Kecerdasan Spiritual Santriwati di Asrama Bahasa Arab Hubbul WathanMedan yang diterapkan asrama dapat diketahui berdasarkan absensi semua kegiatan santriwati setiapbulannya, melalui absensi akan mudah diketahui apakah disipilin santriwati semakin hari semakinbaik ataukah sebelumnya dan evaluasi program pendidikan asrama juga dapat diketahui dari hasilujian akhir santriwati setiap tahunnya.Kata Kunci: Program Pendidikan Asrama, Kecerdasan Spiritual

Abstract

ABSTRAK: The purpose of the research is to determine the procedure, strategies, methods, evaluations,media and the obstacles of application of the Islamic religious teaching for the special educationneed students, particularly the retarded ones, at the state school of the special education needstudents namely SMPLB PTP Sumatera Utara. Their inability to proceed the lesson, resulting fromtheir below average intellectual capacity, has become an attention. Therefore, they need to have adifferent approach compared with the normal ones.The research implements a qualitative descriptive analysis. The resources of the research are theteacher of the Islamic subject, the administration staff and the parents while the data collectiontechnique is done through observation, interview and the document review. Using Miles’ and Huberman’squalitative data analysis interactive model, the data analysis technique conducted simultaneouslywith the process of data collection. It covers the reduction of the data, the display of the data and thedrawing of the conclusion or verification.The findings of the study or research are six: (1) The procedure of the Islamic religion teaching ( PAI) isdone by materialpreparation, presentation of prayer material, connecting material with daily life, summarizingthe material, and applying prayer in the daily life of the students. (2) Learning strategy of PAI is expositoryand contextual strategy on cognitive aspect, VCT strategy (value clarification technique) on affectiveaspect, and direct learning strategy on psychomotor aspect. (3) PAI learning method is lecture method,question-answer method, method of demonstration and exemplary method. (4) The media of PAIlearning is the praying equipment, namely sarong (sheath), the veil, and prayer mats. (5) The evaluationof PAI learning is by test and non-test techniques. The test technique is written test and oral test. Whilenontes technique that is with observation. (6) The learning obstacles of PAI are the limitations ofstudents in remembering the lesson, the limited ability of students’ language, the lack of discipline ofstudents in the school entrance, and the absence of companion teachers.Kata kunci: Strategi pembelajaran, Pendidikan Agama Islam, siswa tunagrahita.

The problem raisedin this research is the influence of Role playing method on the motivation and student learning outcomesin Private Junior high school cottage of modern boarding Babussalam district Langkat Regency.This study aims to determine whether the Role playing method has a positive and significant influencewith the Motivational Learning Jurisprudence in MTs. Abstract

Abstrak: The background of this research is because it is still found that a number of Islamiceducation in Indonesia has not applied yet the values that exist in the source of the teachings ofIslam itself that is the Quran. So this study aims to analyze the values of Islamic education containedin the surah al-Fatihah and connect the values of Islamic education with Islamic education. The resultof this study is expected to add a new perspective in order to apply the values of Islamic educationcontained in the Quran.This research is a library research using a philosophical approach which seeks to see the values ofIslamic education contained in skrah al-Fati%ah. The sources of data used are books of tafs+r Quranas primary data sources and other supporting books relating to research objects as secondary datasources. Technique of collecting data using is method of documentation. The data collected is thenanalyzed by using tahlily method, comparison, and interpretation.The results of this study indicate that: 1) There are values of Islamic education in skrah al-Fat%ah,namely: First, the value of faith education includes faith in God through His grace, faith in Godthrough the unity of His deeds, faith in God through His name and Character (ar-Rahmn and ar-Rh+m), and faith in the last day (retaliation). Second, the value of worship education in a broadsense, that is every activity of goodness done with purpose because Allah Swt and surrender to Godin running worship or deed which cannot be finished. Third, the value of sharia education in a broadsense, is that religion with all the laws contained therein. Fourth, the educational value of the storyincludes the stories of the people who get the favors, the stories of the people who get wrath and thelost. 2) There is a very close relevance between the values of Islamic education with Islamic education,namely: First, the Value of Faith serves as the basis of Islamic education covering all components ofeducation, ranging from educational goals, educational curriculum, methods of education, educationevaluation and so on which should be based on faith, because faith is the foundation in doing variousgood deeds. Second, the value of worship education serves as an educational goal, because one of thegoals of Islamic education is to make man as servant of Allah who is assigned only to worship Him.Third, the value of sharia education is used as the educational objective and educational curriculumso that people will keep the commandments and regulations of religion (syar+‘ah) that Allah hasassigned to His servants. Fourth, the value of education is used as the method of education in whichthe method of education is used in the learning process supported by the material of moral teachingsso that the purpose of Islamic education is manifested, that is to create a plenary man (whole) bornand inner (insn al-kmil), as well as good morality act.

Abstract

Abstrak: This study aims to determine the knowledge and understanding of teachers on the CurriculumLevel of Education Unit, the implementation of Education Unit Level Curriculum in the learningprogram, the implementation of the learning evaluation of Education Unit Level Curriculum, the constraintsfaced by teachers in the implementation of Education Unit Level Curriculum, and efforts toovercome the obstacles of curriculum implementation Level of Education Unit on learning in MadrasahAliyah Medan Sunggal District.This research uses qualitative research methods in order to reveal indepth data and facts about the application. Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP) in MadrasahAliyah Medan Sunggal District. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, documentationstudy. Data analysis technique used is to process and analyze research data using qualitative researchprocedure, that is by explaining or explaining result of this research as it is and draw conclusion byusing deductive method.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru tentang KurikulumTingkat Satuan Pendidikan, pelaksanaan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan dalam program pembelajaran,pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan, kendala yang dihadapioleh guru dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan, dan upaya mengatasi kendalapelaksanaan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan pada pembelajaran di Madrasah Aliyah KecamatanMedan Sunggal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dalam rangka mengungkapkansecara mendalam data dan fakta tentang aplikasi.Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) diMadrasah Aliyah Kecamatan Medan Sunggal. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara,studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah mengolah dan menganalisa datapenelitian menggunakan prosedur penelitian kualitatif, yakni dengan menjelaskan atau memaparkanhasil penelitian ini apa adanya serta menarik kesimpulan dengan menggunakan metode deduktif.Kata Kunci : Aplikasi, Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan

Abstrak: This research was aimed to(1) knowing how the mental health perspective ZakiahDaradjat (2) determine how healthy mental health perspective Zakiah Daradjat (3) to find outhow the efforts made for development of a mental health perspective Zakiah Daradjat.Thisstudy is a Library (Library Research) means pure literature (search for books and books thatare relevant) with the title of the thesis. Using the techniques of content analysis means analyzingthe content of books that are relevant to the title and sourced from the data collectingliterature. Critical Analysis with descriptive method mendeskripsikangagasan human means.In this case, tracing the theme associated with this peneliian the concept of Islamic Education.The research data were analyzed by using deductive and inductive approach.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) mengetahui bagaimana kesehatan mental menurutperspektif Zakiah Daradjat (2) mengetahui bagaimana kesehatan mental yang sehat menurutperspektif Zakiah Daradjat (3) untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan untukpembinaan kesehatan mental menurut perspektif Zakiah Daradjat.Penelitian ini bersifat Kepustakaan(Library Research) artinya kepustakaan murni (mencari buku dan kitab-kitab yang relevan)dengan judul tesis. Menggunakan teknik Content Analysis artinya menganalisa isi buku yangrelevan dengan judul dan bersumber dari hasil pengumpulan data kepustakaan. Dengan metodeDeskriptif Analisis Kritis artinya mendeskripsikangagasan manusia. Dalam hal ini, menelusuritema yang diangkat yang terkait dengan peneliian ini yaitu konsep Pendidikan Islam. Datapenelitian yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan deduktif dan induktif.Kata Kunci : Kesehatan Mental, Pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Abstrak. Research on “the implementation of extracurricular activities in fostering the personality ofStudents In Agricultural and vocational boarding school (PPK) Salman Al-Farisi Subdistrict SerbaJadi” was substantially aims to find out about the personality of students through the implementationof extracurricular activities in PPK Salman Al-Farisi. Research conducted is an effort of digging thedata form the view of the respondent in the form of detailed stories or original data and observationsin the field related extracurricular implementation in fostering the personality of students in PPKSalman Al-Farisi Subdistrict Paced So. From some of the descriptions contained in this study, someconclusions can be taken, among other things:First, the planning of the implementation of extracurricular activities in fostering the personality of studentsin PPK Salman Al-Farisi Subdistrict Serba Jadi. Second, the implementation of extracurricular activities infostering the personality of students in PPK Salman Al-Farisi Subdistrict Serba Jadi. Third, supportingFactors and the factors restricting implementation of extracurricular activities in fostering students in PPKSalman Al-Farisi Subdistrict Serba Jadi. Fourth, the rate of success of implementation of extracurricularactivities in fostering the personality of students in PPK Salman Al-Farisi Subdistrict Serba Jadi.Penelitian tentang “Implementasi Ekstrakurikuler Dalam Membina Kepribadian Santri Di PesantrenPertanian dan Kejuruan (PPK) Salman Al-Farisi Kecamatan Serba Jadi” secara substansi bertujuanuntuk mengetahui tentang kepribadian santri melalui pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler di PPK Salman Al-Farisi. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan upaya menggali data berupa pandangan respondendalam bentuk cerita rinci atau asli dan data hasil observasi di lapangan terkait implementasi ekstrakurikulerdalam membina kepribadian santri di PPK Salman Al-Farisi Kecamatan Serba Jadi Dari beberapauraian yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini, dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan, antara lain:Pertama, perencanaan implementasi ekstrakurikuler dalam membina kepribadian santri di PPK SalmanAl-Farisi Kecamatan Serba Jadi. Kedua, bentuk-bentuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam membina kepribadiansantri di PPK Salman Al-Farisi Kecamatan Serba Jadi . Ketiga, pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikulerdalam membina kepribadian santri di PPK Salman Al-Farisi Kecamatan Serba Jadi. Keempat, Faktorpendukung dan faktor penghambat implementasi ekstrakurikuler dalam membina santri di PPK SalmanAl-Farisi Kecamatan Serba Jadi. Abstract

Abstrak: This research uses qualitative method. The process of collecting data using observationtechniques, interviews and document studies related to research. This research uses qualitativeanalysis technique to analyze research with data exposure steps, reduction and conclusion.This research aims to: 1) know the execution model riyadhah and exemplary in moralguidance in SMP IT Al-Kaffah, technically can be seen starting from its planning, its implementationand also evaluation to moral coaching. 2) to know the positive impact of moral characterbuilding in SMP Al-Kaffah Binjai towards the moral development of students. 3) to know whetherthe formation of morals through the model of riyadhah and exemplary that is implemented inSMP Al-Kaffah Binjai has reached the expected goal.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi,wawancara dan studi dokumen yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknikanalisis kualitatif untuk menganalisis data penelitian dengan langkah-langkah pemaparan data, reduksidata dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui pelaksanaan modelriyadhah dan keteladanan dalam pembinaan akhlak di SMP IT Al-Kaffah, secara teknis dapat dilihatmulai dari perencanaannya, pelaksanaannya dan juga evaluasi terhadap pembinaan akhlak. 2) mengetahuidampak positif dari pembinaan akhlak di SMP Al-Kaffah Binjai terhadap perkembangan akhlak siswa.3) mengetahui apakah pembinaan akhlak melalui model riyadhah dan keteladanan yang dilaksanakandi SMP Al-Kaffah Binjai sudah mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan.Kata Kunci: Riyadhah, Keteladanan, dan Akhlak
