Electronic-based Government System (SPBE) is the government's effort in developing an electronic-based government organization, so that there is an increase in the quality of public services. The system that runs in Sukabungah which is still manual and the lack of providing information to the community related to village services is an obstacle in improving the quality of the organization. Therefore the use of organizational development strategy analysis is very necessary for the Sukabungah village office to achieve maximum organizational strategy. In this study the method used in improving the quality of service is the SWOT analysis, which is used to develop the potential of the organization and to find out internal and external factors of the organization. In the SWOT analysis that has been carried out on Sukabungah village office it can be seen that Sukabungah village office is included in the quadrant I strategy which means supporting an aggressive strategy, therefore in developing an organization that will be achieved has a huge opportunity, so this can be a good development for Sukabungah sub-district. Implementation in the development of this SWOT analysis is by designing a village service information system where this system will assist the government in improving the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) as well as assisting the urban village in improving the quality of the organization and facilitating the existing service system.

To facilitate control of lights in a home with a remote control so they invented a system of utilization of GSM Module Based Arduino Uno For Home Lighting Remote Control. The whole tool is divided into several parts, which consist of a Mobile, GSM SIM 800L module, arduino uno microcontroller, relay module, and lights. This tool works when Mobile sends an SMS (Short Message Service) containing commands to GSM SIM 800L, from GSM SIM 800L then to the microcontroller to process commands, from the microcontroller then to the relay module that works as a substitute for a switch that functions to turn on or turn off the lights which are desired.

Puskesmas merupakan ujung tombak dalam merealisasikan visi dan misi Departemen Kesehatan yang diantaranya adalah meningkatkan kinerja Puskesmas, dengan cara meningkatkan akses masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas, monitoring dan sistem informasi kesehatan. Pada Puskesmas di Harapan Raya, proses-proses tersebut dilakukan secara manual tentunya akan memerlukan waktu yang lebih lama serta memiliki resiko kesalahan dapat terjadi pada proses tersebut sehingga pada akhirnya akan berdampak pada kinerja Puskesmas yang bersangkutan. Model proses yang akan digunakan dalam Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Status Gizi Pada Balita ini berdasarkan paradigma waterfall yang terdiri dari Systems Engineering, Requirements Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Implementation dan Maintenance. Dalam pembangunan Sistem Informasi ini, penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil penelitian ini berupa aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Status Gizi Pada Balita di UPTD Puskemas Harapan Raya yang lebih efektif dan akurat untuk membantu petugas gizi dalam mengolah data status gizi balita di Puskesmas.

The research aims to identify the fundamental potential information of internal and external factors that determinant strategies that can be used in strategy development. The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Rumah Sayur impresses slowly, because of the missed in e-commerce technology in its business. Cause a lack of opportunities to be able to compete in the business world. There needs to be a system development strategy to run and develop well. One of the ways that can be done to help determine an e-commerce technology system development strategy is to conduct a SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is necessary to know the strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats to the company or business to face strict competition as well as to give competitiveness among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM. The development of website technology is currently very rapidly developing. In general, the use of websites in government agencies is not new and has become common in government agencies, one of which is in the realm of the ministry. The website is used for various purposes, ranging from information for the public to operational activities. Website about Jaringan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum (JDIH) is a form of implementation of regulations that state that all things about law are public information, so the public must be able to access information related to legal products from the ministry. For this reason, we are trying to identify the framework of each Ministry’s JDIH website using Wappalyzer to analyze how the website distributes its legal products in terms of appearance and features. From this analysis, there is no standardization used on the Ministry's JDIH website.

The development of technology in the digital era is now very fast along with the growth of industries from all sectors. The 4.0 industrial revolution has begun to enter its era, which emphasizes the pattern of the digital economy, artificial intelligence, big data, robotic, or known as the phenomenon of disruptive innovation. Education in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 or known as Education 4.0 is a phenomenon that responds to the need for the emergence of the industrial revolution 4.0 where humans and machines are aligned to get solutions, solve problems and of course discover new possibilities of innovation. The Era of Education 4.0 is very influential for the world of education, as it also experiences an increase in quality, speed and practicality. Online exams can be said to belong to the era of Education 4.0 because conventional exams (manual) have shifted towards computerization. Online test (Online Test) is one of the methods of evaluating learning outcomes or measuring a person's ability level using a computer. Therefore, the authors researched the web-based online exam system at SMK PGRI Cikampek. Currently the Midterm Examination (UTS) and Graduation Examination (UKK) systems that are implemented at the school are still conventional (manual). So that teachers often experience technical obstacles in processing questions and exam results, such as broken answer sheets, uneven distribution of questions, leakage of questions caused during distribution, and so on. With the online examination system the school can reduce or even minimize the problems that occur in the implementation of conventional exams (manual) because with a computerized system everything can be managed and monitored more neatly easily and centrally.

The problem of poverty is one of the fundamental problems that is the center of attention of the government in any country. Government programs used to tackle poverty are Raskin (Rice for poor families) organized by BULOG. The Raskin program (distribution program for poor families) is a program from the Government. The program is an effort to reduce the burden of disbursement from poor households as a form of support in improving food security by providing social protection of cheap rice with a maximum of 15kg / poor household / month with each price Rp.1.600,00 per kg (net ) at the distribution point. In this case the distribution mechanism of poor rice distribution in the village of Kosar there are still many processes that have problems such as data collection recipients of rice raskin are still classified as less effective as in the recording of recipients RASKIN, still conventional. This causes the vulnerable data to be lost or corrupted. As well as data processing using Microsoft Excel, if the device used damaged data lost and no data backup, data processing must be repeated again. the information system of Raskin rice distribution effectively and efficiently and make it easier for the staff so that they can achieve the competitive advantage. Dengan adanya kamus istilah komputer, maka akan memudahkan mahasiswa, pelajar dan masyarakat dalam memahami istilah dalam dunia komputer. Kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap layanan teknologi berbasis teknologi sangat bervariatif. Salah satu kebutuhan tersebut adalah kebutuhan akan ketersediaan kamus komputer. Kamus komputer merupakan salah satu kamus yang diperlukan oleh masyarakat. Kamus istilah komputer yang banyak beredar saat ini masih dalam bentuk buku, sehingga banyak menyulitkan penggunanya karena harus mencari arti dan istilah komputer secara manual. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya kamus istilah komputer, agar dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam memahami arti-arti dan dan istilah komputer dalam bentuk aplikasi mobile khususnya berbasis android yang saat ini banyak sekali digunakan di masyarakat.

Academic Information System is the name of an information system used for academic activities at Abdurrab University and also known as SIMAK. Abdurrab University has been implementing Academic Information Systems since 2016, but in the application of this system there are still some obstacles so that it will affect what is to be achieved, one of which is user satisfaction. In this study the method used is the Service Quality method with measurements based on dimensions of service quality which include Tangible, Reliability, Responsibility, Assurance and Empathy. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the quality of Academic Information Systems on user satisfaction using the Servqual method with the IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 tool. This research is a quantitative research using survey method. The technique in sampling in this study is to use non-probability techniques or using the Quota Sampling Technique. In this case the formula used in sampling is the Slovin formula, so this study obtained a sample size of 96 respondents. Based on the evaluation results it can be concluded that the Empathy variable significantly influences user satisfaction by 44.8%, while simultaneously Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy variables together have a significant influence on user satisfaction at the significance level α = 10% .

Universities must graduate students according to the curriculum that has been prepared, no later than 14 semesters, if they cannot be fulfilled, students must drop out. Based on graduation data for the last 3 years data on the number of graduations on time was found to be 60%. This means that this will reduce the achievements set out in the 2015-2020 Strategic Plan. If there is no structured and systematic effort, then there is the potential for graduation with an uncontrolled study period. Unfortunately, until now the system that has been built by PT has not been optimal can encourage students to graduate on time. Attempts to achieve timely graduation can be done by involving all lecturers, students, and academic implementing elements to monitor the academic track record of students since being registered as students. Monitoring of the student's academic track record includes attendance, independent assignments, structured assignments, practical assignments, library visits, consultations with PA, IP, and GPA lecturers. The results of supervision are measured at the minimum standard that must be achieved, by connecting all existing variables it can be concluded that the student can pass on time. The purpose of this study is to identify student track records, to connect with minimum standards that must be achieved, to conduct systems-based analysis so that an estimate of graduation performance is generated. Applications that will be generated are based on Framework for Application of System Thinking (FAST) that is good enough to provide early warning to students to graduate on time, and can monitor and monitor the value of discipline so as to prevent academic violations that affect the study period. FAST can analyze existing problems and can design the system. FAST has eight stages, where the first five stages are the stages of system analysis and the next three stages are the design stages. Applications are supported by means to disseminate information quickly and precisely, to fulfill it, use SMS and e-mail as a medium to transmit information from the system to students and academic advisers. If this application is implemented, it can give a warning to students before academic sanctions are issued.
