Abstract

STMIK Amik Riau memiliki portal pada website http://www.sar.ac.id difungsikan sebagai media penyebaran informasi bagi sivitas akademika dan stakeholder. Rerata pengunjung setiap hari dalam 3 bulan terakhir adalah 150 kunjungan, namun terjadi peningkatan pada saat penerimaan mahasiswa di setiap tahun akademik. Hal ini mengindikasikan terjadinya peningkatan minat masyarakat untuk mengetahui informasi STMIK Amik Riau. Sayangnya, sampai saat ini pemanfaatan portal web site masih satu arah, dari STMIK Amik Riau ke stakeholder dan masyarakat, tidak terjadi sebaliknya. Komunikasi stakeholder dengan PT sehubungan dengan muatan yang ada di dalam portal menggunakan media sosial dan tidak terintegrasi dengan web. Begitu juga dengan masukan, koreksi, tanggapan, maupun komunikasi lain menggunakan media sosial. Sampai saat ini, masyarakat yang mengunjungi portal website baik masyarakat luas, maupun stakeholder tidak dapat dideteksi waktu berkunjung sehingga tidak dapat disapa dengan filosofi “3S”, padahal masyarakat luas yang telah berkunjung merupakan pasar potensial untuk di edukasi. Masyarakat yang berkunjung ke portal website, dengan sopan di sapa oleh sistem, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan komunikasi langsung, tersedia mesin yang siap memberikan salam dan melayani setiap pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat chatbot yang mampu berkomunikasi dengan pengunjung website. Chatbot yang telah dibuat diberi nama STMIK Amik Riau Intelligence Virtual Information disingkat SILVI. Chatbot dibuat berdasarkan Question Answering Systems (QAS), bekerja dengan algoritma kemiripan antara dua teks. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi yang siap digunakan, diberi nama SILVI, mampu berkomunikasi dengan pengunjung website. Chatbot mengoptimalkan komunikasi seolah tidak menyadari, tetap menganggap lawan bicara adalah pegawai yang tepat dalam tugas pokok dan fungsi.

Abstract

The school is one of the many sectors that have experience the development of information technology. Because one of the conditions for raising grades in certain schools is technology based facilities. In this case, SMPN 6 Singingi Hilir require a financial information system that can process student payments, convey information about student finances and can process reports. To overcome these problems need to be made a computerized information system. The research method used is the method of data collection by means of interviews and observations. While the system development methodology uses SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Analysis and design tools used are structured data, like use case diagram, sequence diagram, Activity diagram and class diagram. The appilication program used is Java Netbeans IDE and database used is MySQL. The research is expected to produce a financial information system for students who can help optimally.

Abstract

Today's face is something that is very much considered by both women and men. Women and men do facial treatments so often because the face is the first thing to see when meeting someone. However, there are those that often interfere with the face, one of which is a skin disease that is very diverse ranging from acne, dullness, blackheads to cancer. In fact, to overcome this, many people always consult with doctors, especially face problems. One thing that can be done is to diagnose facial skin diseases using the decession tree method and the c 4.5 algorithm. The existence of this system is expected to be a solution in conducting consultations for women and men for facial problems. By using the decession tree method and the c 4.5 algorithm and by using a number of data mining, it will give results that can be used as guidelines in treating facial skin diseases. In addition, the existence of this system will also be very helpful in the field of services to consumers, both women and men, especially for facial care to avoid facial skin diseases, which has been a problem so far.

Abstract

The employee system at the Golden Jaya Star Pekanbaru Shop is currently based on the store's personal opinion, so its assessment of employee performance is not believed to be valid. This study aims to determine the employee performance appraisal system that is right used as the basis for awarding employee rewards. This research is expected to be able to help or facilitate the Golde Jaya Star Pekanbaru shop leader in providing rewards based on employee performance appraisal, among others, with the existence of this application can help leaders in giving rewards based on employee performance appraisal at the Golden Jaya Star Pekanbaru store. With this application, it can help leaders in giving rewards based on employee performance appraisals can reduce the occurrence of errors in the provision of employee rewards. With the application of the system of giving rewards based on employee performance evaluation can reduce the occurrence of errors in the awarding of employee rewards. This system application is only applied to determine the employee reward amount.

Abstract

Dalam era perkembangan Industri 4.o kita diharapkan mampu menerapkan proses-proses yang menggunakan teknologi digital dan transparansi, dalam era ini yang disebut era kaum milenial, system informasi bukan lagi sebuah kebutuhan pelengkap tapi kebutuhan yang utama yang hampir digunakan setiap hari dan setiap saat, kita selalu menggunakan handphone dimanapun kita berada. Penggunaan layanan SMS pada Handphone memudahkan kita sebagai penggunanya untuk memberi dan bertukar informasi secara realtime kapanpu, dimanapun dan tepat sasaran bagi penggunanya. Seiring perkembangannya teknologi sms munculah teknologi baru yang kini banyak digunakan untuk promosi, memberikan informasi secara masal bahkan melakukan polling atau votting berupa teks yang di sebut teknologi SMS Gateway. Dengan adanya teknologi SMS Gateway kita dapat memanfaatkannya dalam melakukan proses pemilihan Presiden Mahasiswa. Rancang Bangun Pengembangan Aplikasi Pemilihan Presiden Mahasiswa Melalui SMS Gatway ini adalah untuk memudahkan Mahasiswa dalam memilih Presiden Mahasiswa atau Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) untuk menggunakan Hak suaranya sehingga peran partisipasi aktif mahasiswa semakin meningkat, mengingat tempat pemungutan suara dapat dilakukan dimana saja tanpa mahasiswa hadir dikampus dalam melaksanakan Pemungutan Suara serta memudahkan dan menghemat biaya dan waktu dalam pengelolaan data pemungutan suara pemilihan presiden mahasiswa sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Abstrak Penyakit tiroid merupakan gangguan pada kelenjer tiroid yang terletak dibagian leher tepatnya dibawah jakun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini membantu dalam mendiagnosa penyakit tiroid yang dialami oleh pasien dengan menggunakan sistem pakar. Sistem pakar akan mengelola data penyakit dan gejala penyakit pada pasien yang diperoleh melalui hasil wawancara bersama dokter spesialis. Dari data tersebut dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan metode Dempster Shafer. Hasil dari pengujian metode ini adalah dihasilkan sebuah diagnosa terhadap suatu penyakit tiroid dengan nilai densitas sebesar 97,6%. Maka metode ini dapat digunakan untuk mendiagnosa penyakit tiroid yang dialami oleh pasien sehingga membantu dokter spesialis mengambil keputusan dalam penanganan penyakit lebih lanjut. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Buatan, Sistem Pakar, Diagnosa, Tiroid, Dempster Shafer Abstract Thyroid disease is a disorder of the thyroid gland which is located in the neck precisely below the Adam's apple. The purpose of this study helps in diagnosing thyroid disease experienced by patients using an expert system. The expert system will manage disease data and disease symptoms in patients obtained through interviews with specialist doctors. From these data, testing was carried out using the Dempster Shafer method. The result of the testing method is a diagnosis of a thyroid disease with a density value of 97,6%. So this method can be used to diagnose thyroid disease experienced by patients so as to help specialist doctors make decisions in handling further diseases.. Abstract

Traffic light is a beacon used to arrange the traffic regularity of 4- way intersection by giving the road users some opportunities to take turn alternately. The density of vehicles in each 4-way intersection has difference level while the recent traffic lights uses the same waiting time at each intersection. It makes less effective. Ideally, the traffic lights as possible should be controlled easily and utilized efficiently to facilitate the flow of traffic at 4-way intersection. Solving the problem, the solution of traffic light optimization was provided in the form of a prototype by using the ATMEGA8535 microcontroller with two infrared laser modules and two photodiodes as a detection of the received reflection light in each intersection recently. These sensors served to determine the range of congestion levels based on the density of the vehicle. It made the waiting time be more efficient. The tools of setting programed by using Visual Basic. The results of this study were the optimizing traffic light that makes the waiting time at each intersection becomes more effective based on the density of the vehicle.

Abstract

Marriage is something that is highly desirable for every potential partner in life. Marriage is considered a sacred activity so it needs to be well planned and mature. The growing development of a business in Batam city makes this business mushrooming because it is definitely needed by every couple who will get married. The availability of a wedding package helps each couple to choose an existing package, both in terms of price, type of tent to be used, number of clothes, and wedding photographer services. In this study, researchers conducted a determination of the problem in the form of a wedding package selection, looking for literature in accordance with the problems in the form of books and journals, analysis with fuzzy logic with the Mamdani method to complete the exact calculations so that prospective brides who will choose the aids package can choose the package that in accordance with the wishes and budget provided. The use of fuzzy logic and the Mamdani method will be assisted by Finite State Automata in making the rule design of fuzzy logic. Output targets achieved in the form of analysis of the determination of the package in the form of fuzzy logic calculations, system design from the analysis stage, retrieval of real data from each aisle in the city of Batam, and the target in the first year in the form of a determination package relevant to every wedding in the city of Batam.

Abstract

Education is one aspect of life that should be owned by every human being. The most crucial times for education is during school. During school, students will start from kindergarten until finally graduating at the high school level. One aspect that is highly considered during school is the level of intelligence. Intelligence levels are often associated with IQ levels. According to research, a person's IQ level becomes a benchmark on the level of intelligence of that person. The level of intelligence can affect the lives of students in receiving lessons so well that the school should properly classify students. Grouping students based on IQ level aims that students can receive more appropriate and effective learning methods so that students can receive lessons well. At Yos Sudarso Highschool at Batam, there are a lot of students who enroll and grouping students will take a lot of time and is not efficient if done manually. Grouping students can be done quickly and precisely by utilizing data mining. One method in data mining is clustering by using K-means. The stages of this method begin with random selection K, K here is the number of clusters that you want to form. Then set K values ​​randomly, while the value becomes the center of the cluster or commonly referred to as centroid, mean or "means". Calculating the distance of each existing data on each centroid using the Euclidian formula to find the closest distance from each data with the centroid after the manual calculation is run on the data mining software, RapidMiner. The use of the K-means method for grouping is one of the right methods when viewed from the variables to be used, namely the value of the student's IQ level. This ¬K-means method will form clusters that classify students based on IQ levels. By applying data mining clustering with the K-means method it is hoped that it can help the school in classifying students appropriately so as to facilitate the school in ensuring students get the right learning method.

Abstract

Raffa Photocopy is a shop that started its business in 2016. This business not only provides photocopy services, but also provides office stationery and school supplies. Every day there are sales transactions where the recording of goods sold has a relationship between one another, because in recording sometimes consumers do not just buy one item, but two items even more as when buying a book, it is likely that consumers also buy a pen. This recording is only stored as an archive by Raffa Photocopy, even though the number of sales transactions that occur every day can lead to a pile of data. One effort to increase sales at Raffa Photocopy can be done by processing transaction data that overlaps by using data mining association techniques. This association rule technique uses the Apriori algorithm which deals with the study of 'what is with what' or discovers the association pattern of items that are often bought. The results of this study in the form of rules include the first, if you buy an eraser, it is likely that consumers also buy notebooks simultaneously. Second, if you buy Tipex, then consumers also buy a double folio. The results of the Apriori algorithm process are based on a minimum support value of 35% and a minimum confidence value of 80%.
