Abstract

SMKN 2 Teluk Kuantan has 4 (four) main lines of internet network. Of the four networks have their own configuration. Static routing applied in SMKN 2 Teluk kuantan for the four modems of the network has their own area, because it is not under one control of the modem to the Router. Static Routing in SMKN 2 Teluk Kuantan is very possible to be damaged or trouble itself on the network of each modem. Static routing problems are so complex in the form of routing information into the routing table that is set manually by the network administrator. Dynamic Routing is very possible to be implemented in SMKN 2 Teluk Kuantan. where dynamic routing has a basic routing algorithm of dynamic routing. Dynamic Routing enters routing information into the routing table through exchanging information with other routers and creates routing tables dynamically, on dynamic routing network administrators will not enter the entry route manually into the routing table. Routing Open Short Path First (OSPF) is a type of routing protocol that builds topology independently by choosing the best path then iji network quality if the best path is in interference and perform Quality of Service (QoS) against realtime data.

Abstract

In the era of Information Systems, development changes, especially in the field of sales, have changed very rapidly. AdiWangi Trading Company is one of the companies engaged in the sale of staple goods. In providing services to customers and the general public, PD Adiwangi has not been able to fulfill information needs optimally. The process of data collection is still done manually, so it takes a long time to complete it. With the current process, customers often feel that they have been served a long time and for the company itself there are often differences between the items in the data recorded and the items stored in PD Adiwangi, so that why this research uses waterfall method. The design stages used include program planning, program design, database, and program development. Inventory Information System with manual record by inputting into excel and record incoming goods. Whereas, outcoming goods recorded rarely, employees are not taken for placement on shelves. It has become a habit until now so that inventory of goods also not observed. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the program design made named Inventory program design at PD AdiWangi. It is expected to facilitate the process of data collection, as well as making reports quickly and accurately compared to systems manually.

Abstract

Dental practices is one of the services in the field of Health has already managed independently, so it is required to provide the best service to the society with good management. In good management, it does not need to be done repeatedly, for example, nurses or employees check, store, or search for medical records manually even though only on the same variable. In the dental practice of Shahirah Rahmawati, appointments are still made by telephone and recorded on paper so it is less effective and less practical. The recording of dental medical records and medicines are also done manually. So that why the research doing to design an information system using an object-oriented approach. On the whole process, from input data, and presentation of reports aims to make easy for users and to schedule regular patient visits using SMS Gateway.

Abstract

Good communication and coordination between lecturers are needed in delivering material by different lecturers to ensure the relatively uniform quality of education. Knowing the success information from several classes to predict other classes, should be completed by significant parameters used in the algorithm. This research is using a quantitative analysis method with binary logistic regression methodology in determining critical factors of train data on “Introduction to Information Technology” subject in the university of XYZ. Several statistical testing are conducted to give the expected results using software excel with Real Statistics add-ins and Orange Data Mining in testing the pass-prediction from the given data training. The successive model can also be used to classify graduation for the different subjects.

Abstract

Improving the quality of lecturers include in Tri Darma of University, they are: teaching, research and community service. These activities are fully managed by research and community service units or institutions in each university. University of Yapis Papua has a work unit that manages these activities, it called Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (P3-M), where the process of managing research and community service activities is not yet fully integrated and well-documented. This study aims to create information system of activity management from P3-M unit at University of Yapis Papua. This information system will be used, the management of activities research and community service includes administrative data for submitting activity proposals, and reporting results. It hopes can be coordinated well. The methods were used waterfall as a system development method, Unifield Modeling Language (UML) for system design, and pieces method for problem analysis. The result of this study is produce a web-based information system with several menus that could help P3-M University of Yapis Papua.

Abstract

Information technology is currently growing rapidly. Computers as information technology tools play an important role in solving data processing problems. Therefore, many companies are using information technology to improve enterprise data management. One of them is GAPEKSINDO Association. It is the organization of companies in construction services. In collecting data and processing business entity data, the companies will apply for Business Certificate, Gapeksindo Association in Papua have the problems, they are data collection and data processing is still using Excel. The weakness use Excel is the data storage can be accidentally deleted and search data will take a long time. Based on the problems above, information system is needed to support Papua Gapeksindo Association in collecting data and processing business data. It can provide convenience in collecting data and processing business data, ensuring security in storing data and it will be stored in database. This information system based on web by using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design method. The development method using the Waterfall method and the testing method using Black Box.

Abstract

With the large number of vehicles on the road today, we often get stuck in a traffic jam on our way to a place. And the temperature or the weather that often changes sometimes also causes us to get stuck in a weather. Thus both these problems was made a journal WEATHER AND TRAFFIC MONITORING SYSTEM IoT-BASED TOWARDS JAMBI SMART CITY. This research uses descriptive research method. This method uses action techniques that focus on implementing actions with the aim of improving quality or solving problems in a group of objects and observing the success rate or impact of their actions.

Abstract

During the pandemic it caused disruption in all fields, including Small Industries. One of them is small Industries in the city of Jayapura experienced taking down of sales during the pandemi. Industry fields gave helping for small industry in Jayapura as improvement and stability to improve Small Industries during this pandemic. The Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs only has information data from Small Industry Assistance and there is no development data, especially during the pandemic, development level data is needed to view and store data from observations. Therefore it is necessary to have a geographic information system to collect and provide information to small industries regarding the level of development, using the PIECES analysis method, designing using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, using the waterfall development method and the software used is QGIS. This research produced a Geographic Information System for the Development of Small Industries in the Pandemic as information for small industries in North Jayapura.

Abstract

Jayapura is a city has population over 240,340 people (Source: Jayapura administration department 2021) and will be increasing in the number of patients in hospitals every year, it will have impact on all hospitals in Jayapura. With this condition, the level of patient development during pandemic and before pandemic will be known. Based on the results of data collection, it is possible to classify categories of disease and treatment in hospitals to choose the best hospital in handling disease and treating patients, especially during pandemic because health management is having difficulties because the medical team focuses more on pandemic patients. Therefore, it is necessary to have geographic information system to collect and provide information to public about the level of development of patients in hospitals, using the PIECES analysis method, designing using Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, using waterfall development method and using QGIS for software used. This research resulted the Geographic Information System for the development of patients in Jayapura City Hospital during Pandemic as means of information for patients in Jayapura.

Abstract

The role of BBM is very important in people's lives. Fuel is a basic need for rural and urban communities, both as household needs and as business needs. The existence of kerosene in Jayapura is quite evenly distributed. From the results of survey conducted by the OFFICE OF INDUSTRY, COOPERATIVE TRADE AND SMEs that every year the use of LPG as fuel for cooking is still very low, while the use of kerosene from year to year is widely used by local community, it causes more kerosene bussiness but people have difficulty getting information about the location to get the kerosene, therefore we need a system that can help find the location, namely geographic information system that can provide information about fuel oil base points. This system is in symbols form for making the system using QGIS with the PIECES analysis method, the design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) method and the development method using waterfall method. This research produces a system that can be expected to make it easier for the public to know the distribution of kerosene in Jayapura
