Abstract

The importance of the role of technology and information systems within the organization to support business activities so as to provide services in accordance with organizational goals, IKA Uniyap is an alumni development organization of Yapis University of Papua, in carrying out its role of IKA Uniyap has not fully utilized the information system.The togaf framework is a method that is able to design and manage technology architecture and information system so that it can describe a good architectural model and can be used by the organization to achieve the goal.The discussion in this research is making documentation of technology architecture planning and information system of alumni service of Yapis University of Papua using togaf framework, with result of discussion that is scope of business process covering 2 main activity and supporting, defining architectural principles and vision, mapping business strategy solution, defining current business conditions and proposed target business architecture, information systems architecture and technology architecture. Keyword: Arsitektur bisnis, Arsitektur sistem informasi, arsitektur teknologi, TOGAF ADM

Abstract

Improving the quality of lecturers include in Tri Darma of University, they are: teaching, research and community service. These activities are fully managed by research and community service units or institutions in each university. University of Yapis Papua has a work unit that manages these activities, it called Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (P3-M), where the process of managing research and community service activities is not yet fully integrated and well-documented. This study aims to create information system of activity management from P3-M unit at University of Yapis Papua. This information system will be used, the management of activities research and community service includes administrative data for submitting activity proposals, and reporting results. It hopes can be coordinated well. The methods were used waterfall as a system development method, Unifield Modeling Language (UML) for system design, and pieces method for problem analysis. The result of this study is produce a web-based information system with several menus that could help P3-M University of Yapis Papua.

Abstract

Information technology is currently growing rapidly. Computers as information technology tools play an important role in solving data processing problems. Therefore, many companies are using information technology to improve enterprise data management. One of them is GAPEKSINDO Association. It is the organization of companies in construction services. In collecting data and processing business entity data, the companies will apply for Business Certificate, Gapeksindo Association in Papua have the problems, they are data collection and data processing is still using Excel. The weakness use Excel is the data storage can be accidentally deleted and search data will take a long time. Based on the problems above, information system is needed to support Papua Gapeksindo Association in collecting data and processing business data. It can provide convenience in collecting data and processing business data, ensuring security in storing data and it will be stored in database. This information system based on web by using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design method. The development method using the Waterfall method and the testing method using Black Box.

Abstract

Information Systems study program is one of the study program at the Yapis University of Papua. One of its academic activities, the processing of the Final Project, has not utilized technology optimally which the collection of final project documents are still in print out. This becomes problems faced by study program administrations such as limited storage space, damage and loss of documents, besides that the costs incurred by students are quite large for printing documents. The purpose of this study is to create an integrated final project management system so that it can facilitate the work of all parties that are directly related to student final project management. The analysis method used in this research is the PIECES method, the UML method as the system design, the waterfall as the development method and the Black box testing method used as testing method. For the data collection process, this research uses interview, observation and literature study techniques. The result of this research is a Final Project Management Information System which aims to make easier for students in managing their Final Projects and for facilitate the study program in managing student Final Projects

Abstract

Aglaonema sp and Monstera Adansonii are the most popular ornamental plants during the COVID-19 pandemic. Aglaonema sp and Monstera Adansonii become the target of the keepers because the colors and patterns on the leaves are unique. Despite the high popularity of Aglaonema sp and Monstera adansonii, not many keepers know the problems faced by their plants. The least number of triggers is knowledge of the keepers in caring for their plants. Therefore, to help the community in maintaining Aglaonema sp and Monstera Adansonii plants, an expert or expert in the field of ornamental plants is takes. Due to the difficulty of finding an expert, a system that is able to keep knowledge from an expert is required. An expert system is part of an intelligence that uses a person's knowledge that is summarized and processed carefully to solve problems. One of the statistical data calculation methods is Naïve Bayes. The Naïve Bayes method is a computational technique for predicting probabilities by calculating how many possible sets by adding up the frequency and combined values ​​of the dataset. The software created is able to share understanding with the community about Aglaonema sp and monstera adansonii plants and what treatment should be given to their ornamental plants

Abstract

The manual system at Dhira Entertainment results in customer information and transactions only recorded in books or receipts, price errors, data processing irregularities, delays, and misinformation related to reports required in ineffective and efficient data recording. One of the management companies that offers rental services is Dhira Entertainment. Building a web-based sound system rental information system, band equipment, and bands was the goal of this study. System development using waterfall method, direct observation and literature study are two data collection techniques used. Use case diagrams and class diagrams are used in the system design process. PHP is a programming language used to create and implement information systems, while MYSQL is the database. The development of a web-based band and band equipment rental information system is believed to improve information services and streamline the process of managing rentals, transactions, and reporting at Dhira Entertainment.

Abstract

The need for funds or costs in education is important, one of those needs is scholarships, scholarships themselves are obtained based on several needs, one of which is that people can receive it if they are poor and there are difficulties in financing education. In that case, a system is needed that can help receiving scholarships. In that case, a decision support system for determining scholarship recipients was created using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment method. The system used in this method is to provide several benchmarks as absolute values, after receiving a fixed value, the final result will be made in the form of a ranking arrangement of the data that has been made. The results of this study can assist in determining acceptance of the scholarship

Abstract

Japanese is the national language of Japan which is used by Japanese people in their daily activities. With the spread of Japan's influence throughout the world, including Indonesia, the number of Indonesian people interested in learning Japanese is second in the world based on a survey conducted by the Japan Foundation in 2015 and 2018. However, at one of the Japanese language education facilities in Indonesia, at SMKN 1 Pariwisata Jayapura, there are still students who have difficulty learning Japanese. This study aims to make it easier for Japanese language learners to learn the material more effectively and efficiently by applying it to Android-based learning media. The method used in this research is SWOT analysis as an analytical method, UML for design method, waterfall method as a system development method, and system testing method with black-box testing method and the user acceptance testing (UAT) method. This research produces an application that utilizes Android technology as an efficient means of learning Japanese because it can be accessed anytime, anywhere. And also with easy materials and practice questions can help students to understand the material more effectively
