Abstract

Financial ratio is a measure that can explain or give an overview to the analyzer of good or bad things are or the financial position of a company, especially if the ratio is compared with the comparable ratio is used as a standard. The level of financial performance of the liquidity ratio appears that in the last 2 years this has increased. An increase in the liquidity ratio, in the last 2 years because of the decline was due to the company's current debt. The level of financial performance of the ratio solvabilitasbahwa circumstances and financial position have demonstrated liquidity position, it can be seen through the analysis of liquidity, which in a span of 2 years increased, this is due to the decreased current liabilities, while increasing the level of validity as well as reduced corporate debt offset rising corporate assets

Abstract

This Research aim to to know and evaluate the finance performance and its role in financial control by management of Perum of Pawnship Office Branch the Antang. This Research use the approach deskriptif-kuantitatif with the historical data bases. measurement of finance Performance focussed at expense element. Is hereinafter done conducted by analysis varians intended to be careful of deviation from budget goals which have been specified with its realization. Result of research indicate that the budget goals not yet as according to its realization, especially at expense post which is there are a lot of varians which unfavorable, so that forwards, require to be controlled by management, whereas in ratio analysis finance, indicating that from three analysed finance ratio, that is ratio of officer expense to earnings, ratio of administration expense to earnings, and ratio of general expense to operating income, altogether show the ratio number exceeding permitted ratio standard

Abstract

Research executed as a mean to analyse the factors influencing career development applied individually by employees of at PT. XYZ Makassar. Result of research indicate that the internal factor and eksternal of individual career covering the existence of career planning, individual career development activity, performance and interest, related/relevant organizational policy of career, tuition and support of part of officer, and also organizational head support give the very influence of signifikan statistically to individual career development effort. Model the linear equation prove that 63,0% change strive the individual career development of employees of because of existence of variation of internal factor variable change and individual eksternal career, and also 37,0% because of other;dissimilar factor outside analysis of penelitian.Variabel of performance and interest of at internal factor of career and also variable of tuition and support of part of officer statistically more dominant influence the individual career development effort at employees PT. Abstract

From result of calculation of correlation coefficient of among expense of brand extension with the volume of sale of motor vehicle of wheel two at PT. Sinar Galesong Pratama Makassar is hence obtained by correlation coefficient of equal to 0,94 or 94 % hence this matter is explainable that influence of among expense of brand extension with the volume of sale kendaraan enough is strong. Problems which wish checked by is how big storey; level of efficiency of maize marketing yellow pursuant to to the number of marketing institute in concerned in Subdistrict of Bontolempangan of Regency Gowa, while target which wish reached in this research is to know the level of storey level of efficiency of maize marketing yellow in Subdistrict of Bontolempangan of Regency Gowa. As for hypothesis that is anticipated by that marketing efficiency of at every marketing institute show the difference Awaking analysis which have been conducted by researcher got by that most efficient marketing channel of marketing expense is channel of III assess 6,84 %, at this marketing channel is direct retailer buy at farmer.
