Abstract

Currently, almost everyone has used electronic devices in which there are applications that have been installed. To meet user satisfaction, this application must go through a testing process to check all errors in the system so that they can be fixed later. This test is performed on a previously created Data Security Application. Software testing that has been done is using the Black Box method with the Equivalence Partition technique. From the test results, it was found that cases that need to be fixed are the fields in the Create Message Form.

Abstract

In this pandemic era, face-to-face learning cannot be done because the transmission of the virus is very dangerous and after all learning activities must continue, to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, therefore in this sophisticated era we must make the best use of technology for the wrong teaching and learning activities. the only way is by holding it online, but not all schools carry out learning activities with technology, there are still many who do conventional learning such as learning activities in school. The benefit of implementing online learning methods is to make it easier for teachers and students in terms of learning activities. The analysis method used is literature study. design methods that do use the concept of software engineering.

Abstract

Many companies engaged in printing services still use manual processes in their transactions, the system process is less efficient and the possibility of errors in input data can still occur. Like the process of recording orders using paper, calculations using calculators and sales transactions written on books. Therefore, for these problems, a cashier application is needed that can facilitate the order process, calculations and transactions accurately with a web-based cashier application that features login, sales transactions, product data, add products, settings and exit applications. Our development process uses the waterfall method and to describe the system design we use the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Application using the waterfall method can make it easier to complete the application development process because there are already stages in the method.

Abstract

Many companies engaged in fashion and self-service such as Independent Jeans, still use manual processes in storing incoming and outgoing product data, and in the process the system is still inefficient and there may still be errors in storing incoming and outgoing product data. Such as the process of storing incoming and outgoing product data that still uses paper, and the calculations still use a calculator and product entry and exit transactions. So in order to solve this problem, we need a web-based application for processing incoming and outgoing product data that has login features, user lists, added users, supplier pages, brand management, SPG transactions, print transactions, print transactions, transaction lists, report pages. The development process uses the waterfall method, for the language it uses the PHP (HyperText Processor) programming language and MySQL as a DBMS. Application using the waterfall method can facilitate the process of completing the application development process because there are already stages in the method used.

Abstract

In a school, teachers have difficulty managing student grades because they still use the manual method. The development carried out has the aim of creating a value management information system that will make it easier for teachers to manage student grades, because teachers need to handle student scoring activities which require a lot of time and require considerable accuracy. This information system will be applicable at the Vocational High School (SMK) level. This system is web-based, so that teachers can access the web for value management and students can also access the web to see the results of their learning. The development method applied to this development is by using the waterfall method. The results of this development are to facilitate and accelerate the performance of teachers in managing student grades in the school and become a benchmark for students so that students can understand their learning outcomes.

Abstract

The archive is created as evidence of the implementation of administrative activities of agencies / organizations. Most of the agencies/organizations do not anticipate to save their active archives. This will result in a build-up of archives. Lack of understanding of records management guidelines in an agency / organization so that the implementation is not in accordance with applicable regulations and resulted in the archive is considered inconsideient. The problems faced by  programmers if they do not make a plan in advance will cause a lot of problems. The design method to be used is Unified Modeling Language or UML. By using the UML method, we can find out the next stages that will be done in the form of diagrams. If the E-Archive application has been created, it is very useful to facilitate the storage of archive data that previously still uses manuals such as Microsoft excel. The data will then be stored in the  database so that it can easily update the archive data and can view the archive data as a whole.

Abstract

Rental is a service provider that provides vehicle rental services. Currently, there are still many rental businesses that use manual systems for data processing which results in less efficient and slow work. Lack of information also makes it difficult for prospective tenants to find out the vehicle you want to rent. Making this application design aims to help facilitate ordering and information. This vehicle rental application will be designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, which visualizes the modeling using Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams. Then the programming language that will be planned is JAVA language, with the MYSQL database as data storage. Meanwhile, the application development uses the Netbeans IDE 8.2. This system will provide results in the form of rental information and ordering transactions to facilitate vehicle rental activities.

Abstract

An effective learning system is a learning system that combines collaboration between teachers, students and parents. Many schools are still using traditional methods to manage data and school management, especially in terms of learning materials and managing student grades, so that schools and parents find it difficult to monitor the learning activities of students. For example at SMP Fioretti Tigaraksa, value management and curriculum management are still manual in inputting, the data managed by the school is input in stages without an application or system that regulates and stores it, so that parents, students or teachers find it difficult to monitor the learning activities of participants. such as grades data, curriculum data, learning materials and student attendance, all of these things are still done manually causing the risk of losing data is quite large in each school year. Web-based E-learning Information System can be used as a solution to problems in the field of education, especially to provide materials, student attendance and manage student grades. In this system a prototype is made that will be built in the future, this e-learning system is made to manage value management, attendance and curriculum so that teachers, students and parents of students can access and work together in monitoring student learning activities quickly and easily. efficient. This study provides results to improve student learning activities that can be done wherever they are or do not have to be at school and to connect and establish cooperation between schools, teachers, and parents of students as an important component of education to the student learning process at school.
