Abstract

This study aims to determine how the communication process regarding local regulation number 19 of 2009 on the setting and PDAM Tirta water service Kampar , Is the resource factor has an important role in the regulation and PDAM Tirta water service Kampar and How bureaucratic structure that exists in a number of local regulations 19 of 2009 on the setting and PDAM tirta water service Kampar . Uses resources through informants . In this study, the informant is the Director of PDAM Tirta Kampar , Head of General PDAM Tirta Kampar , Head of Planning PDAM Tirta Kampar , Head of Finance and Public Bangkinang City . While the techniques of data collection consisted of interviews , documentation and observation with the source data consists of primary data and secondary data .From the results of the study showed that the factors that influence in the implementation of Regulation No . 19 FY 2009 is Communication , Resources , Bureaucracy . So it can be concluded that the factors which become obstacles in the implementation of water supply is the Development and implementation of sanctions are less effective and less fair because application of discipline and sanctions unfair , sometimes makes people feel dissatisfied with the performance of PDAM Tirta Kampar and also low public awareness to keep assets such as pipes and taps meter is one of the factors that encourage tight control over water pempenyediaan house and shop in the city Bangkinang . From the research and discussion of PDAM Tirta Kampar in Bangkinang should pay attention to and improve the implementation of existing services . PDAM Tirta Kampar in Bangkinang should be able to provide training to employees for optimal service delivery . Abstract

ABSTRAKKabupaten Buton Tengah merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Sulawesi Tenggara yang memiliki banyak obyek wisata,akan tetapi dalam pengembangan potensi yang ada belum optimal, terlihat dari kurangnya sarana akomodasi berupa saranapenginapan (hotel, hotel resort, motel, losmen dan bungalow). Olehnya itu, perlu adanya perencanaan hotel resort yangdapat menampung dan mengakomodir seluruh kegiatan-kegiatan wisatawan, serta dapat menampilkan karakterisitik danciri khas daerah yang tampil modern tanpa menghilangkan nilai arsitektur lokal yang ada. Rancangan dilakukan denganmetode pengumpulan data di lapangan melalui wawancara tidak terstruktur dan studi pustaka maupun studi literatur.Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis data yang menghasilkan konsep perancangan, desain dan maket. Hasil daripenelitian disimpulkan bahwa lokasi perencanaan berada di kecamatan Lakudo desa Moko, dalam kawasan perkantoran.Dengan penerapan konsep arsitektur Neo-Vernakular, yang menampilkan arsitektur traidisional lokal dengan tampilan yangmodern. Berdasarkan penerapannya, arsitektur Neo-Vernakular yang diterapkan pada hotel resort ini adalah ciri-ciri dariarsitektur Neo-Vernakular.Kata Kunci: Hotel Resort, Neo-Vernakular, Kabupaten Buton TengahABSTRACTCentral Buton Regency is one of the regencies in Southeast Sulawesi that has many tourism objects, but thedevelopment of the existing potential is not optimal, as can be seen from the lack of accommodation facilities in the form oflodging facilities (hotels, resort hotels, motels, inns and bungalows). Therefore, it is necessary to plan a resort hotel thatcan accommodate and accommodate all tourist activities, and can display regional characteristics and characteristics thatappear modern without losing the existing local architectural value. The design is carried out using data collectionmethods in the field through unstructured interviews and literature studies and literature studies. Then proceed with dataanalysis that produces design concepts, designs and mockups. The results of the study concluded that the planning locationis in the Lakudo sub-district, Moko village, in the office area. With the application of the Neo-Vernacular architecturalconcept, which displays local traditional architecture with a modern look. Abstract

This study aims to determine and test empirical data related to Leadership Style and Teacher Professionalism on Tahfidz Learning Achievement separately or simultaneously. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis models, correlation coefficients, simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The type of analysis used is correlation analysis and simple regression and multiple regression which is described descriptively. This is evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient (r) of the Leadership variable (X1) with the Learning Achievement variable Tahfidz Qur'an (Y) obtained Pearson values correlation (ry1) of 0.525 and the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) of 0.276. While the results of the simple regression analysis show the regression equation (unstandardized coefficients B) Ŷ = 55.282+ 0.303 X1, there is a positive and significant effect of teacher professionalism on learning achievement in Tahfidz Qur'an. This is evidenced by the results of the coefficient value of the variable Teacher Professionalism (X2) with Tahfidz Qur'an Learning Achievement (Y) obtained a Pearson correlation (ry2) value of 0.623 and a coefficient of determination R2 (R square) of 0.388. While the results of the simple regression analysis show the regression equation (unstandardized coefficients B) Ŷ = 37.257 + 0.492 X2, there is a positive and significant influence between the Principal's Leadership Style and Teacher Professionalism together on Learning Achievement Tahfidz Qur'an. This is proven by the magnitude of the influence which can be seen from the results of the determination coefficient R2 (R square) of 0.410 and the results of multiple regression analysis carried out together, showing the regression equation (unstandardized coefficients B) Ŷ = 37.361+0.387 X1+ 0.116 X2.

Abstract

Saat ini rata-rata siswa/i banyak yang hanya dapat menggunakan aplikasi ataupun website saja tanpa mengetahui proses pengerjaannya, maka dari itu penulis mengharapkan agar siswa/i tersebut dapat sedikit memahami tentang proses pembuatan website sehingga dapat menumbuhkan rasa ingin tahu mereka untuk membuat website. Dari hal tersebut, penulis memutuskan untuk mengedukasi para siswa/i dengan memberikan materi berupa HTML dan CSS disekolah. Dari peserta pelatihan, sekitar 80% dapat menjalankan materi dengan baik, sedangkan 20% mengalami kendala dalam mengerjakannya. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan HTML dan CSS kepada siswa/siswi agar mereka tertarik dan memiliki keinginan untuk terjun di dunia programmer. Dalam pelatihan ini, penulis memberikan solusi dan bantuan kepada siswa/siswi yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengerjakan materi.

Abstract

Democratic elections require public involvement in all stages of the electoral process, including election monitoring itself. This community service project is carried out with the aim of helping novice voters understand the importance of participatory supervisors in the simultaneous elections of South Buton Regency in 2024. The answer to the occurrence of election violations is the existence of participatory supervisors, which will be able to assist and facilitate the task of supervisory institutions in supervising sustainable democratic participants, this is done for the sake of creating honest, fair, clean and integrity elections. Then Bawaslu must provide thorough training and direction to participatory supervisors so that they know and fully understand their duties and obligations in overseeing the democratic party. After this service activity is carried out, the output objectives to be achieved are patterns of knowledge and awareness of the relevance of participatory supervision in the 2024 simultaneous elections in the South Buton region. This activity was carried out through socialization, therapy, and questions and answers. The result of this community service activity is the existence of participatory supervisors in the elections in South Buton district, which will provide awareness for political actors, election organizers, and stakeholders to take care of themselves, maintain the spirit of their parties to stay on the rails according to their respective portions, so as to produce post-conflict elections that are honest, fair, and have integrity both in terms of process and results.

Abstract

Imbalanced class menjadi salah satu tantangan utama dalam melakukan analisis sentimen, khususnya antara ulasan positif dan negatif yang dapat menyebabkan bias prediksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut apakah permasalahan imbalanced class pada algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique) pada analisis sentimen terhadap layanan Starlink. SMOTE akan digunakan untuk menciptakan sampel sintetis dari kelas minoritas untuk mengatasi ketidakseimbangan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum menggunakan SMOTE performa model KNN menghasilkan 69,97% (Accuracy), 68,47% (Precission), 64,99% (Recall), 65,41% (F1-Score). Namun, setelah menggunakan SMOTE performa model KNN mengalami peningkatan menjadi 76,74% (Accuracy), 79,15% (Precission), 75,91% (Recall), 75,82% (F1-Score). Dengan peningkatan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kombinasi antara algoritma KNN dan SMOTE berhasil meningkatkan akurasi dan keandalan model KNN dalam mengatasi imbalanced class pada analisis sentimen terhadap layanan Starlink.

Abstract

Library staff record books and it takes a relatively long time and is less accurate. In addition, visitors have not been able to get the information provided by the library directly, be it announcement information, news about the library, agenda of events carried out in the library. Library's web can only be accessed by library employees. Using the PIECES analysis method, and tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language), as well as interface design using Figma and draw,io are used to describe data flow diagrams. Android which can be used by the office as a reference if you want to develop or implement it into a program. The results of this research has been presented to the office, where they have also provided feedback through filling out questionnaires. Overall, based on the results of the questionnaire analysis, it can be concluded that the design of an Android-based library obtains an interpretation value of 96% so that it can be concluded that the design has followed the needs of the user's system.

Abstract

Tujuan pelatihan pengembangan instrument secara umum adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman maupun kemampuan tentang cara mengembangkan instrument afektif dengan menggunakan program lisrel 8.50 kepada guru. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah SMA Muhammadiyah Mataram. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode Coaching (Pelatihan) untuk memberikan pengalaman langsung kepada guru tentang pengembangan instrumen. Berdasarkan hasil selama mengikuti pelatihan, diperoleh bahwa guru SMA Muhammadiyah Mataram setelah dilakukan sosialisasi dan praktek pengembangan instrument diperoleh hal-hal sebagai berikut. Pertama, pelatihan dan sosialisasi sebelumnya guru tidak pernah menerima materi pelatihan yang dilaksanakan. Kedua, guru memperoleh pemahaman cara mengembangkan instrument non tes dengan lisrel 8.50. Ketiga, pada pelaksanaan menggunakan softwer lisrel, guru mampu mengaplikasikan secara mandiri dan dapat membaca dengan baik ouput instrument hasil analisis. Waktu yang dihabiskan selama kegiatan yakni 3 minggu yang terdiri dari tahapan persiapan, sosialisasi dan praktek penggunaan softwer.

Abstract

The Students of SMK Swasta Prayatna Medan have not used Digital Archives technology because they only use the internet for entertainment or information sharing and are not focused on Digital Archives. So, students of SMK Swasta Prayatna 2 Medan need instruction and guidance on how to manage digital archives. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide students with knowledge about the importance of managing and using Digital Archives and also to assist students in setting up a system and knowing the right way to manage and use Digital Archives. This training involves a series of systematic stages starting from an explanation of the implementation of management in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, an introduction to manual archive management systems, digital archives and an introduction to software for implementing digital archives namely Microsoft Access and Google Drive. After the training, participants gave good feedback and felt very helpful in understanding the implementation of digital-based archive management at SMK Prayatna 2 Medan.
