Kemfarm Indonesia is a company engaged in the field of agribusiness knew that employee relationship becomes important thing for the progress of the company. This study aims to determine the process of employee relationship management in PT Kemfarm Indonesia. The method used is descriptive with qualitative data. The research data was collected by observation, structured interview and literature study. The results show that HRD PT Kemfarm Indonesia acts as an internal PR managed relationships between companies, from processes, organizing, monitoring, evaluation and development program. In the process of planning, organizing, and program evaluation, the communications channel has not been optimal. From the results of this study, the suggestions provided are companies that do mapping the situation specifically on the process of planning, organizing and evaluation by using an effective communication channel on every program implementation so that the main goal of the program can be achieved.

The news which is presented variedly is a construction of a social reality. The society then interprets thenews in society’ s point of view freely. Political cartoon in a column ‘ oom pasikom’ of daily news ‘ Kompas’brings out the idea to give a simultaneous interpretation to the conflict of Demokrat party. Known from theCharles Sanders Peirce’ s semiotic theory and Lewis A Coser’ s conflict theory that happened to Demokratparty is an internal conflict. The Conflict was started from the uncovering of corruption which involved AnasUrbaningrum as one of the high-powered person in this party. He was suspected the case of corruption ofHambalang Sport Center project by KPK. Then Anas Urbaningrum was stood down from his function byDemokrat party on behalf of SBY. The culminating point of internal conflict is when Anas Urbaningrum andhis endorsement fought back SBY. Visualized in caricature in column ‘oom pasikom’, published in March2nd, 2013, he revealed his anger by threatening to open up on a charge of his case. He threatened to divulgethe bill out of Century Bank case which was under the KPK investigation. Based on the Lewis A Coser’ sopinion, the conflict between Anas Urbaningrum and SBY in Demokrat party was as a big bang from aninternal conflict because in term of intimate relationship in Demokrat party was possible to their wholepersonality be seen.

Library in University have important role in “Tri dharma Perguruan Tinggi”. Its provide all type of sourch of information, both of printed and electronic to fulfill the civitas academica’s necessary. So that, they can achieve as “the hearts of educational programs”. Library have a big challenge to serve their user especially to fulfill the high expectation user about availability of source information. Its happen to almost all of library of Islamic University in Jawa Barat such as” UIN Sunan Gunung Jati Bandung IAIN Syeh Nurjati Cirebon”. That’s all the background of this research to find network model library in Jawa Barat. This research method is mix method or collaboration method to alternative single method. The result of the research are collection sourch information in Islamic University based on quantities and qualities was limited. They got all collection from donation and purchased. They want to make a network with the others university in Jawa Barat to fulfill their collection. They need collaboration such as sourch information exchange, improve the human resources and collaboration at acsess information at each library.

The agenda of setting media is the media directing the public what is the main issue and perceived by thepublic as the main issue. The agenda setting concept recognizes three agendas, namely the media agenda,the public agenda, and the policy agenda. Type This research is descriptive research with quantitativeapproach and survey method. Location and object of research is selected purposively (deliberately) wherethe City of Batam is a city given the privilege of the status of the region that is Special Economic Zone(KEK). The sample was 399 people determined by cluster random sampling. The research was conducted byspreading the questionnaire and analyzed by Rank Spearman correlation. The result of this research showsthat 63,4% of SEZ implementation report in Batam Tribun Daily has high media agenda, 74,2% containshigh enough public agenda.

Regional autonomy has been giving a very strong impetus for the regions to regulate the area in accordance with the aspirations of the people in the area. Various products come as a form of public kebiajakan otomoni area. Implementation and the existence of Sharia regulations in Serang has some pros and cons in the community. The purpose of this study was to describe the perceptions of students Untirta on the application of sharia regulations in the town of attack. Design of this study is to approach kunatitatif survey method. The data analysis in this study is the descriptive statistical analysis. Results of analysis show that the general perception is very good student of the existence of Sharia regulations were implemented in the city of Serang. It can be seen from the general student perceptions of the existence and application of sharia regulations in the City attack is quite good. For 73.5 percent of the students assess the existence and application of sharia regulations quite well and according to the needs and conditions of people in Serang, while students assess sharia regulations are less precise and less well by only 23.0 percent.

In business competition as a newly established marketplace company within 2 years, Shopee needs to create a strategy to be able to compete with its competitors and can build awareness in the minds of its users, need good communication and also differentiate between Shopee with its users, in this case Shopee choose to do activities cyberbranding. This research aims to know the activities of Cyberbranding by Shopee Indonesia in building brand awareness through the delivery of information, creating interactivity, and making a difference. The research method used is descriptive method. To collect the data, researchers conducted in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of this research are explain how Shopee's activities in providing information, Shopee convey information one of them through social media, various information is quite well delivered Shopee and adjusted to the needs of current Shopee users. In building interactivity, Shopee still uses social media as a direct communication medium between Shopee and its users, the various quiz contents of Shopee are able to build Shopee engagement with users, and in making a difference Shopee makes a free Postage program as a Shopee flagship program to attract users. Advice given by researchers in building brand awarenss is better if Shopee optimize the use of SEO (Search Engine Organization) in order to improve the position Shopee in search engines.

The development of today's digital information age has changed the changes in the communication media used in a family portrait. Family harmony, as a source of information and early socialization has shifted into a digital family, children become digital native, and adults into a digital immigrant. In this study, researchers took the object of study using purposive sampling techniques, the family who lived in Bandung, the active use of digital communication media. Face-to-face interaction and communication is now taken over by the communication mediated by information technology, and is clean in virtual culture. Communication theory suitable for use in this article is the theory of technological determinism. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the technological development has resulted in a change of communications media in the digital family communication patterns. Changes of this communications medium has created a solitary man (homo-solitarius). Family communication is happening for families who use information technology in the digital age has produced a model of life based on the principles of individualism and economism has created a model of life lonely in a crowd.

Public service broadcasting (PBS) has a central role in the terminology of the democratic broadcasting system. The role of PBS institutions is aspired to be an information balancing institution by bringing democratic values, plurality, and maintenance the cultural values of society. In Some Countries, Public broadcasting are not always in ideal conditions. Some Problems in internal and pressure from external are the factors that often hinder it. This article try to seeks the picture of condition of PBS in Indonesia, especially TVRI. The discussion is doing by tracing the history of birth and development, the problems present, and the challenges of the future that facing TVRI. This article uses a qualitative descriptive approach by using literature review method. The collecting of data doing by use literature review technique on relevant sources.

Illegal gold mining activities currently increasingly prevalent in some areas in Indonesia. One of them happened in the south of West Java province precisely in Tasikmalaya Regency. There are three locations that become a place of illegal gold mining in the region that is in District Cineam, District Karangjaya and District Salopa. The existence of this illegal gold mining activity has been detrimental to many parties in addition to the mining method which is done without using safety equipment, this activity has also damaged the surrounding environment and has caused pollution due to the processing using harmful materials such as mercury (Hg), cyanide and borax. Nevertheless, some traditional gold miners consider the activities they do not incur pollution. Therefore we are interested to study the meaning of "environmental pollution" for traditional gold mining. The method used in this research use qualitative approach with type of phenomenology research. Based on the results of the research, some interesting findings include traditional gold miners assuming the use of dangerous materials such as mercury, cyanide and borax does not cause any justification since no one has been sick or died because of frequent use of these hazardous materials.

The occurrence of contacts between various ethnic groups in Indonesia, the different respond to socio-political conditions in Indonesia, the occurrence of Indonesian Islamic affiliations with various countries, gave diverse Islamic cultures with various roles and functions in the history of Indonesia's development since colonial period. to the existence, role and function of various existing Islamic cultural identities, conflict of identity cannot be avoided. This condition requires an intercultural communication with the principle of mutual understanding, mutual respect and mutual support, as in the concept of intercultural communication by Ting-Toomey (1999). Government support for one of the Islamic cultures in Indonesia has triggered a conflict of triangles between the government, Islamic culture mainstreams and Islamic culture streams.
