Abstract

Learning that is usually done offline is now learning at home or online using various applications such as classroom, zoom, google doc, google forms, Whatsapp groups and teacher rooms. Distance learning can reduce the risk of spreading the coronavirus and in accordance with the circular issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture for online learning. As teaching staff, lecturers are expected to continue to make efforts to improve and improve the quality of lectures through various planned programs. Abstract

SMA Katolik 1 Kabanjahe School is an educational institution under the leadership of YPK Don Bosco KAM that always improves the quality of education services. Like education to find out the SPP payment information service. Efficient, fast, accurate, and secure tuition payment is needed for the administration of the school. For this, we need a system that requires SPP payment processes. At present, the administrative registration process in SMA Katolik 1 Kabanjahe School still uses a manual system and uses Microsoft Exel to process student transaction data. The problem that arises is the number of times the recording process causes a process that requires a long time making financial statements received less effective. The purpose of this research is to build an information system that will help the SPP payment process so that it reduces problems in making reports on cash receipts for the receipt of SPP payments. SPP Payment Information System Application in SMA Katolik 1 Kabanjahe School was designed with several stages consisting of data and information, needs analysis, and system design. The research method uses the waterfall method while the data collection method uses interviews, observation, and literature study. The design of this information system is created using the Visual Basaic.Net application and uses MySQL as its database.

Abstract

The textile industry is an industry that produces various fibers, yarns, fabrics, textile apparel, knitted apparel, textile finished goods and knitted finished goods. One that affects the development of the textile industry is the procurement process in the supply chain system. Supply Chain Management. (SCM) is a network of companies that work together to create and deliver a product to consumers. Some of the constraints of the supply process that often appear these days are delays in the supply of raw materials. To help solve these problems, the construction of SCM information systems in the textile industry was carried out. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. By comparing previous research sources, the study offers a design of the SCM model. The results showed the design model of SCM information systems in the textile industry that helps communicate data and information from various lines.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the problems that exist in JJ Cafe so that an information system is designed to help facilitate work in managing goods so that there are no more mistakes. The research method here uses a descriptive method using the help of an object-oriented system approach (Object Oriented). The results of this study discuss the system that has been created by displaying the images that exist in the system. With the inventory management information system, it is expected to be able to meet the needs of JJ Cafe with no more errors in inputting inventory data, purchasing goods and returns, and sales, so that work will be easier, faster in making reports and stock information can be known. with the help of the application.

Abstract

Queuing problems can occur in many cases, including in the process of using the physics laboratory by patients. the use of the physics laboratory at SMA Negeri 1 Pegajahan experienced problems such as recording the Order Form which was still done manually, this resulted in frequent data accumulation, loss and even miscommunication. This study aims to make a schedule for the use of the physics laboratory to overcome the queue problem. In this study, the author uses the Shortest Job First (SJF) algorithm, which is a scheduling method by determining that each process in the ready queue will be executed based on the smallest burst time so that the waiting time is short for each process and the average waiting time is also short. Based on the existing problems, it can be concluded that there is a need for a physics laboratory scheduling system using the shortest job first method that can manage and determine the usage schedule according to the duration that has been made.

Abstract

A grocery store is a place to sell various household needs. Which provides necessities such as kitchen needs, bathing needs, school equipment, snacks, and others. A place that provides so many things is certainly not spared from theft by several members of the community. In previous research, is a system for home security. This research focuses on the installation of multisensors at each entrance in the house, which uses buzzer sensors and SMS as outputs. Therefore, to adjust the conditions at the grocery store. The components consist of Arduino UNO R3, ultrasonic sensor, DF Player, LCD, I2C, Speaker, and ESP32-CAM. This system is equipped with the feature of taking photos sent to telegram using the ESP32-CAM. The results of this study are the distance that the sensor can detect is quite far, but as a form of experiment, the author limits the distance to 12cm and will detect objects when they are at a distance of 5cm. The test proves that when the sensor detects an object with the object status coming, the speaker sounds which is connected to the DF Player by playing audio stored on the sdcard. The LCD will display the status of "there" when there is an object in the store. At that time the ESP32-CAM will take a picture and send it to a telegram. When the object passes through the object there is no response from any other component other than the LCD, which displays a “none” status which means that no object is in the store.

Abstract

This study aims to create a borrowing system that is more effective and efficient than the borrowing system used in the previous DKI Jakarta School Transportation Management Unit. Makes data storage more secure than using paper media. Making reports easier and more accurate. The research method used in this research is the descriptive method, namely by collecting data through documentation, observation, and interviews. Where in making this application design is used with Unified Modeling Language (UML) Use Case, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram design tools and use the Java programming language with Netbeans editor and MySQL database using XAMPP. The result of this study is that there is a rental application that can assist the borrowing process and also provide convenience for the DKI Jakarta School of Transportation Management Unit Transportation Service in managing borrower data, registration, loan data, and officer data stored in the database.

Abstract

This study aims to create a system that can recap the state of correspondence in the form of a desktop-based application that can manage correspondence management quickly, accurately, relevantly and effectively. This correspondence management administration system is designed using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method, as a software development method and built using Netbeans IDE 8.2 software which uses the Java programming language and MySQL as its database. This research produces an administrative system that can help the admin personnel of the ICT Korlantas Polri in managing mail data in a fast and efficient time. And with this application, it is hoped that it will help work activities that require accurate information and be able to minimize human errors that often occur in the data collection process for correspondence management when using a manual system.

Abstract

Community Service Fund Assistance Government assistance, one of which is assistance to the community with government assistance in the form of Community Service Fund Assistance, is an institution engaged in community service. determine community members. services affected by Covid-19 to be right on target. This is due to the absence of a systematic and measurable system for determining eligible communities as recipients of service fund assistance. Starting from recording, recapitulating, and making reports which are still being carried out one by one, the accuracy of the data becomes less. where decisions are taken from several criteria, namely: the occupation of the population, monthly income, place of residence, and main source of information. by comparing alternatives based on each criterion. This results in a decision to choose community service funding assistance. Decision Support System for Accepting Community Service Funds Using Death (Multi-Attribute Utility Theory) as a decision support system so that the sub-district can easily select residents from predetermined criteria. Then to get more accurate results, it is necessary to test the validity of alternative comparisons that are more appropriate in accordance with the needs for selecting the eligibility of recipients of social funds for residents affected by Covid-19.

Abstract

Toko kelontong merupakan tempat untuk menjual berbagai kebutuhan rumah tangga. Yang mana menyediakan kebutuhan seperti kebutuhan dapur, kebutuhan mandi, peralatan sekolah, makanan ringan, dan yang lainnya. Tempat yang menyediakan segitu banyak barang tentu tidak luput dari tindak pencurian yang dilakukan oleh beberapa oknum masyarakat. Pada penelitian sebelumnya, adalah sistem untuk keamanan rumah. Pada penelitian tersebut berfokus pada pemasangan multisensor pada setiap jalan masuk yang ada pada rumah, yang menggunakans sensor buzzer dan SMS sebagai output. Oleh karena itu, untuk menyesuaikan kondisi pada toko kelontong. Komponen yang terdiri dari Arduino uno R3, sensor ultrasonik, DF Player, LCD, I2C, Speaker, dan ESP32-CAM. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan fitur mengambil foto yang dikirimkan ke telegram dengan menggunakan ESP32-CAM. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jarak yang bisa dideteksi sensor cukup jauh, namun sebagai bentuk percobaan penulis membatasi jarak 12cm dan akan mendeteksi objek ketika berada di jarak 5cm. Ujicoba membuktikan ketika sensor mendeteksi objek dengan status objek datang, maka speaker berbunyi yang terhubung pada DF Player dengan memutar audio yang tersimpan di sdcard. LCD akan menampilkan status “ada” ketika terdapat objek yang berada didalam toko. Disaat itu juga ESP32-CAM akan mengambil gambar dan mengirimnya ke telegram. Ketika objek keluar melewati objek maka tidak ada respon dari komponen lain selain LCD, yang menampilkan status “tidak ada” yang berarti tidak ada objek yang berada didalam toko.
