Abstract

The number of methods available to the decision support system, so sometimes confused to choose which one matches the use of the method according to the case of a decision support system. For that made a comparison of the case of a decision support system of pond site selection to be the best business brackish water ponds for the comparison of the decision. The method used is weighted product (WP) and TOPSIS by determining the number of criteria, the type of criteria (Cost and Benefits), with three alternatives. Results of the study is the result of manual calculation equal to the calculations in thesystem. Each of the calculation of the WP and TOPSIS methods show that the results in the selection of the best locations embankment land to be used as business brackish water ponds each method has different outcomes depending.

Abstract

Measures the percentage similarity becomes important documents today because of the many digital documents in particular scientific work. Measurements were performed by using keywords solution of some of the documents that the user selected after the competition keywords. The process of determining keywords algorithm solution with genetics to produce the latest generation of the best with Jaccard Function. Then the similarity calculation process will be done using the keyword query comparing the solution with an existing document in a database that is in the post title, abstract, keywords and references. Similarity calculation method used is the Percentage of Similarity (POSI) Formulation. The number of keywords found on each document will be distributed in the whole of keywords that are found to produce a percentage of similarity. From the tests results obtained similarity of documents idDoc-661 amounted to 32.26%, 24.19% in the second sequence idDoc-665 and the third number of 19.35% on idDoc-663 and fourth at 12.90% in idDoc -667 and the latter by 11.29% in idDoc-666. Based on these tests can find out similarities with the other documents.

Abstract

This research examines the model of Fuzzy k-Nearest Neighbor (Fk-NN) to predict software defects. Software defects based on three dataset, CM1, JM1 and KC1. Datasets are derived from the promise repository. Feature selection and data normalization applied at the stage of data pre-process. Feature selection based on Correlation-Based Feature Selection (CFS), and data normalized based on min-max method. This research applies Fk-NN method to predict software defects. Performance prediction consisted of five aspects: accuracy, sensitivity and precision. Testing techniques applied in this study is 10-fold Cross Validation. To get the best performance, we applying the varied value of k and m. Range for K value is [1, 9] and m values [1.0, 1.9]. The best performance for CM1 dataset was obtained on a combination of value [k, m] = [9, 1.0]. For JM1 dataset, the best performance was obtained on a combination of value [k, m] = [9, 1.9]. For KC1 dataset, the best performance was obtained on a combination of value [k, m] = [9, 1.5]. The results of this study indicate that the results andperformance classification with Fk-NN method highly depends on the parameters k and m, the selection of appropriate parameters will yield the expected performance

Abstract

The use of computers in general, are sometimes unaware of file storage, file format with the same type and with a different file name, the computer storage media over and over again. This often occurs when downloading files from the Internet or copy files from other storage media whose file names are different but the content of the same file. In this study CRC 32 algorithm is used as a tool or a subset to search for duplicate files by comparing files with each file to another by reading the checksum value of a file and then compare it with another file checksum value. If the checksum value of some of those files are the same, then the files are declared equal or duplicated even if the file name is different. Outcomes of this research is a software to find and remove duplicate files on computer storage.

Abstract

Today the Internet is very large network that one routing protocol cannot handle the task update the routing table of all routers. This make the Internet divided into Autonomous System (AS) is consist of many networks and many routers under the authority of a single administration. Routing inside AS is called Interior Routing Protocol. Routing between AS is called Exterior Routing Protocol. The Border Gateway Protocol version 4 (BGP4) is the Exterior Routing Protocol used in the Internet today. In this paper, five AS’s interconnection practising use a virtualized environment, that is Oracle VM Virtual Box. Ten routers uses Mikrotik RouterOS 5.25 on Virtual Box to interconnect five AS’s using the BGP, OSPF and RIP.

Abstract

Information system technology becomes one of the keys to the success of a company, through its ability to integrate functions in the organization of the company into an effective and efficient work unity. Each department within the organization will attempt to improve on cost and process efficiency. One of the departments within the company's organization in PT Century Batteries Indonesia is Human Resources Development-General Affair and Industrial Relations (HRD / GA) related to the management of all human resources in the company and facilities supporting office activities in the company. In terms of human resource management and general affairs, there are several processes involving employees as objects and subjects in the process. For example, the payroll process, the use of leave facilities and the use of health facilities. Employee involvement will impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the process, for both the employee and the employee in the HRD / GA department. There are some problems in the HRD / GA department in PT Century Batteries Indonesia, among others, the length of time required in the service of the cover letter of medical treatment, information on leave and payroll information; high operational costs in paper use; and the inability of the HRD / GA department to provide services to employees at all times. Through the prototype method then created an Employee Self Services (ESS) application using a touch screen monitor facility that is able to work automatically to meet the needs of employees in terms of making a cover letter treatment, submission of leave until the provision of employee salary information. The result is that the Employee Self Services application was able to speed up the service process in terms of making the introduction letter for medical treatment, salary and leave information without having to wait for the presence of HRD-GA staff in his office; and able to reduce the cost of paperless operations.

Abstract

Biaya pendidikan yang cukup besar terkadang menjadi kendala bagi masyarakat yang kurang mampu secara ekonomi sehingga banyak lulusan menengah yang tidak mampu melanjutkan pendidikannya ke jenjang perguruan tinggi meski memiliki potensi akdemik yang cukup baik. Oleh karena kendala tersebut, pemerintah melalui pihak-pihak terkait berusaha memberikan bantuan dana pendidikan terhadap masyarakat yang kurang mampu. Berbagai jenis beasiswa atau bantuan biaya pendidikan baik oleh pemerintah maupun dari dunia usaha ataupun industri telah diluncurkan. Akan tetapi bantuan yang diberikan relatif belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan studi maupun jumlah sasaran karena begitu banyaknya masyarakat yang mengajukan permohonan untuk bantuan pendidikan tersebut. Sehingga dalam pemberian beasiswa tersebut, perlu ditetapkan berbagai kriteria atau syarat sebagai standart penyeleksian agar penyaluran bantuan pendidikan tersebut tepat pada sasarannya. Penentuan penerima beasiswa yang didasarkan pada kriteria-kriteria tersebut sering kali menjadi masalah dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Untuk mengekspresikan preferensi pengambil keputusan pada alternatif yang paling diinginkan, dapat dilakukan dengan transformasi format preferensi Utility Vectors to Fuzzy Preference Relation. Selanjutnya menggunakan metode SAW untuk menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, yang dilanjutkan dengan proses perangkingan untuk menyeleksi alternatif terbaik, dalam hal ini adalah alternatif yang valid sebagai penerima beasiswa yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Dengan metode ini diharapkan proses penilaian akan lebih tepat dan akurat karena didasarkan pada nilai kriteria dan bobot yang telah ditentukan.

Abstract

Pada pengolahan data seringkali menjadi bagian yang krusial dalam proses pengurutan data (sorting), sehingga hal ini merupakan topik yang sangat penting untuk dapat diteliti lebih lanjut. Data yang harus diurutkan tentunya sangat bervariasi, bahkan cukup sulit untuk menentukan algoritma mana yang baik untuk situasi tertentu. Salah satu cara untuk memudahkan pemahaman algoritma pengurutan data adalah dengan menampilkan cara kerja dari algoritma secara langsung melalui animasi. Melalui animasi, pertunjukkan tahap-tahap proses pengurutan data dapat ditampilkan secara perlahan sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik. Tujuan pengurutan data adalah untuk mempermudah proses pengolahan data seperti penyisipan data, penghapusan data, dan pencarian data.Algoritma pengurutan data Quick Sort dan Merge Sort merupakan algoritma yang paling banyak digunakan dan dianggap yang paling cepat dan terbaik di dalam proses pengurutan data (sorting). Maka akan dianalisis dan dibandingkan jumlah langkah dan waktu (Run-Time) dari algoritma Quick Sort dan Merge Sort. Dalam hal ini, Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan dalam perancangannya program intinya adalah Visual Basic 6.0 dengan Macromedia Flash 8.0 yang digunakan sebagai program pembuatan animasi. Pada hasil pengujian dan analisis diperoleh bahwa algoritma Quick Sort dan Merge Sort masing-masing memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan pada waktu komputasi dan jumlah langkah. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi hal tersebut, salah satunya adalah faktor besar kecilnya input data, jenis input data dan juga penentuan nilai pivot (khusus pada algoritma Quick Sort).

Abstract

The use of technology in the application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) becomes very important to build relationships between customers as well as providing information provided to customers. The benefits of implementing CRM are to help keep existing customers and to gain new customers. In this study the authors implement CRM in an information system E-commers on Bookstore Gapura. Where currently there is no E-commission information system available in Gapura Bookstore. The method used in this design is using Data Flow Diagram (DFD). This application is also created by using PHP programming language using MySQL. With this application so that facilitate Bookstore Gapura in providing information and promotion, so that information delivered more efficient and clear to the consumer.

Abstract

Mustard vegetables are classified as leaf vegetables from the Cruciferaefamily which have high economic value and are very popular among the people. Mustard vegetables are often used by people as processed ingredients in various types of cuisine. In general, Vegetable Vegetables are planted in the lowlands to the highlands and harvest is done at the age of 30 - 60 days after planting, depending on the variety. Expert systems are systems that try to adopt human knowledge to computers, so that computers can solve problems as usual by experts. Bayes method is one of the methods found in expert systems that can calculate or process the probability values of each symptom. The expert system detects mustard plant disease has 5 types of diseases found in mustard vegetable plants, namely seedlings, leaf rot, clubroot, leaf spot, alternaria rot.
