Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan slalom dribble to dribble speed (dribble), (2) pengaruh pelatihan tepukan dribble terhadap kecepatan menggiring bola (dribble), (3) perbedaan tingkat kecepatan menggiring bola (dribble) yang dilatih menggunakan teknik slalom dribble dan tepukan dribble. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstra kurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 1 Tegallalang tahun 2014 berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan menggiring bola. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistic uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan slalom dribble berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan menggiring bola (dribble), dengan hasil thit = 21,35 > ttab = 18,13, (2) pelatihan tepukan dribble berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan menggiring bola (dribble), dengan hasil thit = Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan slalom dribble to dribble speed (dribble), (2) pengaruh pelatihan tepukan dribble terhadap kecepatan menggiring bola (dribble), (3) perbedaan tingkat kecepatan menggiring bola (dribble) yang dilatih menggunakan teknik slalom dribble dan tepukan dribble. Pelatihan slalom dribble memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan tepukan dribble terhadap kecepatan menggiring bola (dribble), dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan slalom dribble = 3,22 > pelatihan tepukan dribble = 2,63. Kata Kunci : Kecepatan menggiring bola (dribble), pelatihan slalom dribble, pelatihan tepukan dribble. The results of this study (1) the training slalom dribble affect the speed dribble (dribble),, with the result thit = 21.35 > ttab = 18.13, (2) the training pat dribble affect the speed dribble (dribble), with the results of thit = 21.49 > ttab = 18.86, (3) there are differences in the level of speed dribble (dribble) were trained to use techniques and pat slalom dribble dribble, with the result thit = 24,479 > ttab = 15,078. Training slalom dribble gives a better effect than the speed of training pat dribble dribble (dribble), seen from the average yield of training slalom dribble = 3.22 > dribble pat training = 2.63. keyword : Speed dribble (dribble), training slalom dribble, dribble pat training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes vertical jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan manual uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 8,94 > ttab = 2,048, (2) pelatihan side hop berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 16,51 > ttab = 2,048, (3) Terdapat perbedaan antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 10,01 > ttab = 2,048. Pelatihan side hop memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan side hop = 52,80 > pelatihan double leg speed hop 48,80. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan side hop terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) Ada perbedaan peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan side hop, dimana pelatihan side hop lebih baik dari pada pelatihan duble leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkaiKata Kunci : double leg speed hop, side hop, daya ledak, otot tungkai This study aims to determine (1) the effect of training on the double leg speed hop leg muscle explosive power, (2) the effect of side hop training on explosive leg muscle power, (3) the difference between the training double leg speed hop and side hop on explosive leg muscle power. Test data collection using the vertical jump test. Analysis of the data using calculations with independent t-test at the significance level (α) of 0.05, with SPSS 16.0. The results of this study (1) the training effect on the double leg speed hop leg muscle explosive power, with the result thit = 8,94 > ttab = 2.048, (2) side hop training effect on leg muscle explosive power, with the result thit = 16,51 > ttab = 2.048, (3) There is a difference between training double leg speed hop and side hop on explosive leg muscle power, with the result thit = 10,01 > ttab = 2.048. Side hop training gives better results than the double leg speed hop training on explosive leg muscle power, seen from the average of the training side hop = 52,80 > 48,80 double leg speed hop training. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai.(3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop dan dobule leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMAN 1 Banjar tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 50 siswa. Data daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan tes vertical jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil t_hitung=18,694 > t_tabel=2,063, (2) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil t_hitung=10,473 > t_tabel=2,063, (3) pelatihan single leg speed hop memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 59,56 > 54,48. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Single Leg Speed Hop, Double Leg Speed Hop, Power Otot Tungkai This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of training speed single leg hop on leg muscle power, (2) the effect of the double-leg speed hops leg muscle power. (3) variability in the effect of training speed single leg hop and dobule leg speed hops on muscle power limbs. Subjects were by boys volleyball extracurricular participants SMAN 1 Banjar 2014, amounting to 50 students. Data explosive leg muscle power was measured with a vertical jump test. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data analysis using statistical t-test calculation (t-test) at significance level of5%. The results of this study (1) the training speed of single-leg hop influence on leg muscle power, with the result t_hitung = 18.694> t_tabel = 2.063, (2) training of double-leg speed hops affect leg muscle power, with the result t_hitung = 10.473> t_tabel = 2.063 , (3) the training speed of single-leg hops give a better effect than the double-leg speed hops training on leg muscle power, seen with an average yield of 59.56> 54.48. keyword : Training Single Leg Speed Hop, Double Leg Speed Hop, Limb Muscle Power

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control dalam sepak bola pada tim sepak bola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing control berpasangan dinamis terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control dalam sepak bola (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis dan passing control berpasangan dinamis terhadap peningkatan passing control. Subjek penelitian adalah yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data passing control diukur dengan tes passing control dengan dinding. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil Penelitian ini(1) pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dengan hasil thitung= 9,06 > ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan passing control berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dengan hasil thitung = 18,14 > ttabel = 2,042 (3) terdapat perbedaan antara pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis dan passing control berpasangan dinamis terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dengan hasil thitung = 19,02 > ttabel = 2,042. Pelatihan passing control berpasangan dinamis memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan passing control berpasangan dinmais adalah 18,33 dan rata-rata pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis adalah 16,05. Hal ini berarti rata-rata kelompok pelatihan passing control berpasangan dinamis lebih baik, karena hasil rata-rata lebih baik atau lebih meningkat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis.Dari hasil penelitian bahwa pelatihan passing control berpasangan dinamis lebih berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control. The results of this study (1) training pairs passing control static effect on improving the skills of passing control, with the result t = 9.06> t table = 2.042 (2) passing control training effect on improvement of skills of passing control, with the result t = 18.14> table = 2.042 (3) there is a difference between training pairs passing control of static and dynamic pairs passing control to increase control passing skills, with the result t = 19.02> table = 2.042. Training pairs passing dynamic control give better effect than static training pairs passing control to control passing skills enhancement, seen from the average of the training pairs passing control dinmais is 18.33 and the average training pairs passing static control is 16.05. This means the average pairwise group training dynamic control passing better, because the average yield better or more increased from an average yield of training pairs passing control statis.Dari research that training more dynamic passing control pairs affect the improvement of skills passing control. keyword : control passing skills, training, static, dynamic

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan menggunakan sasaran terhadap peningkatan keterampilan tendangan lurus pada atlet pemula perguruan pencak silat Satria Muda Indonesia Komwil Buleleng, (2) pengaruh pelatihan tendangan tanpa sasaran terhadap peningkatan keterampilan tendangan lurus pada atlet pemula perguruan pencak silat Satria Muda Indonesia Komwil Buleleng, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan tendangan menggunakan sasaran dan tanpa sasaran terhadap peningkatan keterampilan tendangan lurus pada atlet pemula perguruan pencak silat Satria Muda Indonesia Komwil Buleleng. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah atlet pemula perguruan penca ksilat SMI Komwil Buleleng sebanyak 32 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 16 dan manual. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode eksperimen, yaitu dengan metode yang memberikan atau menggunakan suatu treatment (perlakuan), Hasil Penelitian ini adalah (1) pengaruh pelatihan menggunakan sasaran terhadap keterampilan teknik tendangan lurus, dengan hasil thit = 22.79. Sedangakan ttab = 2,042. (2) Pengaruh pelatihan tanpa sasaran terhadap keterampilan teknik tendangan lurus diperoleh hasil thit = 1,82. Sedangakan ttab = 2,042. Dilihat dari hasil rata pelatihan menggunakan sasaran 66,88> pelatihan tanpa sasaran 51,25. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan tendangan menggunakan sasaran terhadap peningkatan keterampilan teknik tendangan lurus pada atlet pemula perguruan pencak silat SMI Komwil Buleleng tahun 2014, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan tendangan tanpa sasaran terhadap peningkatan keterampilan teknik dasar tendangan lurus pada atlet pemula perguruan pencak silat SMI Komwil Buleleng tahun 2014, (3) Ada perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan tendangan menggunakan sasaran dan tanpa sasaran terhadap peningkatan keterampilan teknik tendangan lurus pada atlet pemula perguruan pencak silat SMI Komwil Buleleng tahun 2014. The method used in this research is to use the experimental method, ie the method of providing or using a treatment (treatment), results of this study are (1) the effect of the targeted skills training using techniques straight kick, with the result thit = 22.79. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap kelincahan tendangan T, (2) pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap kelincahan tendangan T, (3) perbedaan kelincahan tendangan T antara kelompok perlakuan dot drill dan down the line drill. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler pencak silat SMP Negeri 3 Mengwi berjumlah 24 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan kelincahan tendangan T. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan dot drill berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan tendangan T, dengan hasil thit = 13,85 > ttab = 2,074, (2) pelatihan down the line drill berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan tendangan T, dengan hasil thit = 11,82 > ttab = 2,074, (3) terdapat perbedaan kelincahan tendangan T antara pelatihan dot drill dan down the line drill, dengan hasil thit = 5,61 > ttab = 2,074. Pelatihan dot drill memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan down the line drill terhadap kelincahan tendangan T, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan dot drill = 23,17 > pelatihan down the line drill = 18,75.Kata Kunci : kelincahan tendangan T, pelatihan dot drill, pelatihan down the line drill. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of dot drill training toward the T-kick agility, (2) the effect of down the line drill training toward the T-kick agility, (3) the different of T-kick agility between the dot drill group and down the line drill group. The subjects of this research were 24 male students of Pencak Silat extracurricular SMP Negeri 3 Mengwi. This research was an experimental study, with the modified group pre-test – post-test design. The data collection test was using T-kick agility skills test. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the dot drill training affected to the T-kick agility, with result thit = 13.85 > ttab = 2.074, (2) the down the line drill training affected to the T-kick agility, with result thit = 11.82 > ttab = 2.074, (3) there was differences in the T-kick agility between the group dot drill group and down the line drill group with result thit = 5.61 > ttab = 2.074. The dot drill training gives a better effect than the down the line drill training to the T-kick agility, seen from the average result of the dot drill training = 23.17 > the down the line drill training = 18.75.keyword : the T-kick agility, the dot drill training, the down the line drill training.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan plyometrics depth jump dan double leg bound terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar tahun 2014 Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pretest-posttest the same subject design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. Jumlah subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 30 siswa yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu 15 orang pelatihan depth jump dan 15 orang pelatihan double leg bound. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari dua variabel yakni variabel bebas berupa pelatihan plyometrics depth jump dan double leg bound, sedangkan variable terikat yaitu daya ledak otot tungkai. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengukuran variabel terikat yaitu daya ledak otot tungkai. Data-data tersebut berupa data yang didapat dari hasil tes awal (pre-test) dan hasil tes akhir (post-test) pada masing-masing kelompok. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji-t independen dangan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0 Berdasarkan hasil analis data menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada variabel daya ledak otot tungkai. Kelompok dengan pelatihan plyometrics depth jump mengalami peningkatan sebesar 4,53 sedangkan model pelatihan plyometrics double leg bound meningkat sebesar 10,6. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan depth jump dan double leg bound terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, pelatihan double leg bound mengalami peningkatan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan depth jump untuk meningkatkan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar tahun 2014. This study was done by experimental design the modified pretest-posttest the same subject design. This study was done in SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. The subject were 30 students. There were 2 groups that 15 students depth jump training and 15 student of double leg bound training. There were two variable used in this study: independent variable : plyometrics depth jump and double leg bound training, dependen variable : the power of leg muscle the data collection was obtained by counting dependent variable to the power of leg muscle. The data were obtained from first result (pre-test) and final result (post test) to each group of depth jump and doble leg bound training. The data analysis used teknik t independent test at significant α = 0,05. Based on the data analysis, the data showed that, there were significant improvements to the standard score of power leg muscle. The group of Depth jump training were 4,53 and training of double leg bound group were 10,6. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan drilling lob dengan metode ketepatan terhadap keterampilan lob, (2) pengaruh pelatihan drilling lob dengan metode kecepatan terhadap keterampilan lob, (3) perbedaan pengaruh latihan pelatihan drilling lob dengan metode ketepatan dan kecepatan terhadap keterampilan lob. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Utara dengan jumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen the modified group pre-test–post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan clear tes. Analisis data menggunakan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan drilling lob metode ketepatan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan lob, dengan hasil thit 15,23 > ttab 2,048, (2) pelatihan drilling lob metode kecepatan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan lob, dengan hasil thit 8,77 > ttab 2,048, (3) terdapat perbedaan keterampilan lob antara pelatihan drilling lob metode ketepatan dan kecepatan, dengan hasil thit 2,47 > ttab 2,048. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan drilling lob metode ketepatan terhadap keterampilan lob, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan drilling lob metode kecepatan terhadap keterampilan lob, (3) ada perbedaan keterampilan lob antara pelatihan drilling lob metode ketepatan dan kecepatan, dimana pelatihan drilling lob metode ketepatan lebih baik daripada dengan metode kecepatan terhadap keterampilan lob yaitu 56,13 > 52,07. Kata Kunci : keterampilan lob, drilling lob dengan metode ketepatan, drilling lob dengan metode ketepatan This study aims to determine (1) the influence of drilling lob training with precision method to lob skills, (2) the influence of drilling lob training with the skills lob velocity method, (3) differences in the effects of exercise training with a lob drilling method accuracy and speed of the skill lob . The subjects were students of SMA Negeri 1 badminton extracurricular North Kuta with a number of 30 people. This study uses the modified experimental group pre-test-post-test design. Test data collection is done using clear tests. Data were analyzed using t-test statistics (t-test) at the 5% significance level. The results of this study (1) drilling training affect the accuracy of the method lob lob skills, with the result of 15.23 thit> ttab 2.048, (2) training speed drilling method lob lob effect on skills, with the result thit 8.77> 2.048 ttab, (3) there is a difference between training skills lob lob drilling method of precision and speed, with the result thit 2.47> 2.048 ttab. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan depth jump leap dan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen lapangan dengan rancangan penelitian the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMAN 1 Mengwi tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Data daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan tes vertical jump, selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Hasil analisis data menunjukan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada variabel daya ledak otot tungkai mengalami peningkatan nilai rata-rata. Kelompok depth jump leap sebesar 11,01 dan pada kelompok skipping sebesar 6,23. Dari perbedaan rata-rata yang didapatkan pada kedua kelompok pelatihan tersebut maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan depth jump leap dan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai. Berdasarkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata maka kelompok pelatihan depth jump leap lebih baik untuk meningkatkan power otot tungkai. Dengan uji-t dengan hasil power otot tungkai kelompok pelatihan depth jump leap serta skipping pada signifikansi 5% (α = 0,05), sehingga hipotesis “pelatihan depth jump leap dan skipping berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai” diterima. Dilanjutkan dengan uji-t untuk memperoleh perbandingan, hasil uji-t kelompok pelatihan depth jump leap (73,78) lebih baik dibandingkan skipping (69,00) terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan dapat di simpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh latihan deph jump leap terhadap power otot tungkai. (2) Terdapat pengaruh latihan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai. (3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil bentuk latihan depth jump leap dan skipping, dimana pelatihan depth jump leap lebih baik dari pelatihan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan power otot tungkai pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi - Badung. The research is a field experiment with the modified design of the study group pre - test - post-test design . Subjects were participants in extracurricular boys volleyball SMAN 1 Mengwi in 2014 , amounting to 36 students . Data explosive leg muscle power was measured with a vertical jump test , then the data were analyzed by t-test at the significance level ( α ) of 0.05 . The results of data analysis showed an increase in the average value of the variable leg muscle explosive power has increased an average value . The group depth jump leap of 11.01 and 6.23 for group skipping . Of the average difference obtained in both the training group then there is a difference between the effect of depth jump training leap and skipping to the leg muscle power . Based on the increase in the average value of the group depth jump training leap better to increase leg muscle power . With the t-test with results limb muscle power training group and skipping leap jump depth at the 5% significance ( α = 0.05 ) , so the hypothesis " depth jump training leap and skipping effect on limb muscle power " is received . Followed by t-test to obtain a comparison , the results of t-test jump leap depth training group ( 73.78 ) is better than skipping ( 69,00 ) to increase leg muscle power . From the research conducted it can be concluded that ( 1 ) There is a leap jump deph effects of exercise on leg muscle power . ( 2 ) There is the effect of skipping exercise on leg muscle power . ( 3 ) there are significant differences between the results of this form of exercise and skipping leap jump depth , where depth jump training leap better than skipping training on leg muscle power . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan double leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop dan pelatihan double leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 50 orang yaitu siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. Data diukur dengan instrumen tes standing broad jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian (1) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan signifikan 30,44 (2) pelatihan double leg bound berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan signifikan 36,01 (3) perbedaan antara pelatihan single leg speed hop dan double leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan signifikan 8,50. Pelatihan double leg bound (hasil rata-rata 183,52) berpengaruh lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan single leg speed hop (hasil rata-rata 175,68) terhadap power otot tungkai. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pelatihan double leg bound berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan single leg speed hop dan double leg bound terhadap power otot tungkai. Pelatihan double leg bound lebih baik dibandingkan single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Single leg speed hop, Double leg bound dan Power otot. The results of this study are (1) the single leg speed hop exercise affected to the muscle leg power, with result of signifikan 30,44, (2) the double leg bound exercise affected to the muscle leg power, with result of signifikan 36,01, (3) there was difference effect of between the single leg speed hop exercise and double leg bound to the muscle leg power, with result of signifikan 8,50. The double leg bound exercise (result of mean 183,52) gives a better effect than with single leg speed hop exercise (result of mean 175,68) to the muscle leg power.
