Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan lateral cone hops terhadap power otot tungkai atlet karate, (2) pengaruh pelatihan hurdle hops terhadap power otot tungkai atlet karate dan (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan lateral cone hops dan hurdle hops terhadap power otot tungkai atlet karate. Subjek penelitian adalah atlet karate kumite Klub Tri Yudha Sakti di Kecamatan Sukasada, tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 26 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes standing broad jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan uji-t (t-test) signifikansi α = 0,05 program SPSS. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan lateral cone hops berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai dengan mean difference -3,385, (2) pelatihan hurdle hops berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai dengan mean difference 3,385, dan (3) pelatihan hurdle hops memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dari pada pelatihan lateral cone hops terhadap power otot tungkai dengan mean difference 3,385.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: Lateral cone hops, hurdle hops, power otot tungkai, karate This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the lateral cone hops training on leg muscle power karate athletes, (2) the effect of hurdle hops training on leg muscle power karate athletes and (3) the difference between training lateral cone hops and hops hurdle against leg muscle power karate athletes. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan tendangan rally terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan tendangan rally dengan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 24 orang yaitu siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola MA Negeri Patas. Data diperoleh dengan tes ketepatan shooting sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian diperoleh (1) pelatihan tendangan rally berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, thitung 10,258 > 1,795 ttabel (2) pelatihan permainan empat penembak berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, thitun 10,024 > 1,795 ttabel, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan tendangan rally dengan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan tendangan rally terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting pada ekstrakurikuler sepakbola MA Negeri Patas tahun 2015, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan permainan empat penembak terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting pada ekstrakurikuler sepakbola MA Negeri Patas tahun 2015, (3) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan tendangan rally dan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting pada ekstrakurikuler sepakbola MA Negeri Patas tahun 2015. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan tendangan rally, permainan empat penembak, ketepatan shooting sepakbola. This study aims to determine (1) the effects of exercise kick rally against football shooting accuracy, (2) the effect of the training game against the four shooters shooting accuracy football, (3) the effects of training kick shooter rally with four games against football shooting accuracy. The subjects included 24 persons namely boys soccer extracurricular participants MA Negeri Patas. Data obtained by the shooting accuracy test football. This study uses a quasi experimental design with the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Analysis of data using statistical calculation t-test at 5% significance level. The results were obtained (1) training kicks rally affect the accuracy of shooting football, thitung 10.258> 1.795 ttabel (2) training game four shooters affect the accuracy of shooting football, thitun 10.024> 1.795 ttable, and (3) there is no difference in effect between training kicks rally with four games against the shooter shooting accuracy football. The conclusions obtained are (1) the influence of training kick rally against the increase in the accuracy of shooting in extracurricular football MA Negeri Patas 2015, (2) there is the influence of the training game four shooters to increase the accuracy of shooting in extracurricular football MA Negeri Patas 2015, (3) there is no difference between the effects of training kick rally and game four shooters on the accuracy of shooting at MA Negeri football extracurricular Patas 2015keyword : Training rally kicks, four shooter game, shooting accuracy football.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014, (2) pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan dot drill dan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014 berjumlah 30 orang. Data kelincahan diukur dengan tes dogging-run. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pretest-posttest the same subject design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 0,05%. Hasil pretest pada kelompok pelatihan dot drill menunjukan hasil rata-rata sebesar 0,915 dan posttest sebesar 0,87 dengan peningkatan sebesar 0,045, persentase peningkatan sebersar 4,95%. Sedangkan hasil pretest pada kelompok pelatihan down the line drill menunjukan hasil rata-rata sebesar 0,875 dan posttest sebesar 0,835 dengan peningkatan sebesar 0,4, persentase peningkatan sebesar 4,5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan dot drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil nilai t hitung 9,83 > t tabel 2,101 (dk = 23), (2) pelatihan down the line drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil nilai t hitung 14,284 > t tabel 2,101 (dk = 23), (3) pelatihan down the line drill memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata nilai t hitung 2,604 > t tabel 2,028 (dk = 38). Berdasarkan analisis data disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) terdapat perbedaan kelincahan antara dot drill dengan down the line drill, dimana pelatihan dot drill lebih baik daripada pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine (1) the influence of the dot drill training to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014, (2) the effect of training down the line drills to increase agility athletes 13-15 years old karate Karate Club Batur 2014, (3) the difference between the effect of training dot drill and drill down the line to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014. Subjects were 13-15 years old karate athletes Karate Club Batur in 2014 amounted to 30 people. Data agility measured by test-run dogging. This study used an experimental method with the modified design pretest-posttest design the same subject. Analysis of data using statistical calculation test at a significance level of 0.05%. Pretest results on the dot drill training group showed an average yield of 0.915 and a posttest at 0.87 with an increase of 0,045, a percentage increase of 4.95% sebersar. While the results of the pretest on group training drills down the line shows the average yield of 0.875 and posttest of 0.835 with an increase of 0.4, the percentage increase of 4.5%. The results of data analysis (1) training dot drill affect the increase in agility, with the results of the t value 9.83> t table 2.101 (df = 23), (2) training drill down the line to affect the increased agility, with the results of the t value 14.284> t table 2.101 (df = 23), (3) training drill down the line gives a better effect than the dot drill training to increase agility, seen with an average yield of 2,604 t value> t table 2.028 (df = 38) . Based on data analysis concluded that (1) there is the influence of the dot drill training to increase agility, (2) there is a training effect down the line drills to increase agility, (3) there is a difference between dot agility drill with drill down the line, where the dot drill training better than training drill down the line to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014. keyword : Keywords: Dot Drill Training, Training Drill Down The Line, Agility, Karate.

Abstract

(3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan skiping rope dengan floor kip terhadap power otot tungkai atlet renang gaya bebas 50 meter. Subyek penelitian adalah perkumpulan renang Kota Singaraja tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 30 atlet renang. Pada data daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan tes standing board jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data adalah (1) pelatihan skiping rope berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai atlet renang gaya bebas 50 meter, dengan hasil thitung 10,51 > ttabel 1,70, (2) pelatihan floor kip berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai atlet renang, dengan hasil thitung 11,35 > ttabel 1,70, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan skiping rope dengan floor kip terhadap power otot tungkai atlet renang gaya bebas 50 meter, dilihat dari hasil thitung dengan ttabel 1,222 < 1,70. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan skiping rope terhadap power otot tungkai atlet renang gaya bebas 50 meter pada perkumpulan renang Kota Singaraja Tahun 2015, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan floor kip terhadap power otot tungkai atlet renang gaya bebas 50 meter pada perkumpulan renang Kota Singaraja Tahun 2015, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan skiping rope dengan floor kip terhadap power otot tungkai atlet renang gaya bebas 50 meter pada perkumpulan renang Kota Singaraja tahun 2015. Results of the data analysis are: (1) training effect on the rope skiping limb muscle power athletes 50-meter freestyle, with the result tcount 10.51> ttable 1.70, (2) training floor kip effect on leg muscle power swimmer, with results thitung 11.35> ttable 1.70, (3) there is no significant difference between training skiping kip rope to the floor against the leg muscle power athletes 50-meter freestyle, seen from the results tcount with ttabel 1.222

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan power drop dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan overhead throw dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan power drop dan overhead throw dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data kekuatan otot lengan diukur dengan tes push-ups. Metode penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan power drop berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan hasil thitung = 11,04>ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan overhead throw berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan hasil thitung = 6,88> ttabel = 2,042 (3) pelatihan power drop memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 26,00>22,28. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan power drop terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan overhead throw terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan antara power drop dengan overhead throw, dimana pelatihan power drop lebih baik dari pada pelatihan overhead throw terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikansi antara hasil bentuk latihan power drop dengan hasil bentuk latihan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini terbatas hanya pada pengaruh pelatihan power drop dan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of power training with medicine ball drop against the arm muscle strength, (2) the effect of training overhead throw the medicine ball against the arm muscle strength, (3) The difference in the effect of training overhead power drop and throw the medicine ball against arm muscle strength. Subjects were participants in badminton extracurricular at SMAN 7 Denpasar in 2014, amounting to 36 people. Data of arm muscle strength was measured by push-ups test. The Experimental research method with the modified design of group pre-test-post-test design. Analysis of data using statistical t-test (t-test) at a significance level of 5%. The results of data analysis (1) training effect on the power drop arm muscle strength, with the result t = 11.04> table = 2.042 (2) training overhead throw affect the strength of the arm muscles, with the result t = 6.88> table = 2.042 (3) training of the power drop is better than the effect of training on muscle strength overhead throw arm, seen with an average yield of 26.00> 22.28. It was concluded that (1) there are significant drop of power training to increase muscle strength of arm, (2) there are significant overhead throw training to increase muscle strength of arm, (3) there is a difference between the arm muscle strength increase power drop with an overhead throw, where the training power drop better than the training overhead throw to increase the strength of the arm muscles. Based on the analysis of data showed that there were significant differences between the results of the exercise of power drop form with the results of the exercise form overhead throw against the arm muscle strength, thus the results of this study is limited to the effect of the drop and overhead power training on muscle strength arm throw participants extracurricular high school badminton SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. keyword : Power drop, Overhead throw and arm muscle strength.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, (2) pengaruh pelatihan tendangan menekan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan dengan tendangan menekan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 3 Dawan yang berjumlah 30 orang. Data ketepatan menembak di ukur dengan tes menembak bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test). Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, dengan hasil thitung = 2,64>ttabel = 2,048 (2) pelatihan tendangan menekan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, dengan hasil thitung = 3,12> ttabel = 2.048 (3) pelatihan tendangan menekan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 17,73>15,07. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan tendangan menekan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara tembakan satu sentuhan dengan tendangan menekan, dimana pelatihan tendangan menekan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak. Disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikansi antara hasil bentuk latihan tembakan satu sentuhan dengan tendangan menekan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak, dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini terbatas hanya pada pengaruh pelatihan tembakan satu sentuhan dan tendangan menekan terhadap peningkatan ketepatan menembak pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 3 Dawan Tahun 2014. Kata Kunci : Tembakan satu sentuhan, Tendangan menekan dan Ketepatan menembak. This research aimed at finding out (1) the effect of one touch shot training to the improving of shooting accuracy, (2) the effect of kick pressing training to the improving of shooting accuracy, (3) the difference effect of between the one touch shot training and kick pressing to the improving of shooting accuracy. The subjects of this research were 30 students of football extracurricular participants SMPN 3 Dawan. Shooting accuracy data measured by a shoot ball test. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design. The data was analyzed by using statistical calculation t-test (t-test). The results of data analysis showed that (1) one touch shot training effect to the improving of shooting accuracy, the results of t = 2.64> t table = 2.048 (2) kick pressing training effect to the improving of shooting accuracy, the results of t = 3.12> table = 2,048 (3) kick pressing training gave better effect than one touch shot training to the improving of shooting accuracy, seen with an average yield of 17.73> 15.07. Based on the results of data analysis showed that (1) there was the influence of one touch shot training to the improving of shooting accuracy, (2) there was the influence of kick pressing training to the improving of shooting accuracy, (3) there was difference effect between one touch shot and kick pressing, kick pressing training was better than one touch shot training to the improving of shooting accuracy. Concluded that there was a significant difference between the results of one touch shot training and kick pressing to the improving of shooting accuracy. The results of this research was limited on the effect of one touch shot training and kick pressing to the improving of shooting accuracy on the students of football extracurricular participant SMPN 3 Dawan year 2014. keyword : One touch shot, Kick pressing and shooting accuracy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan pull-up terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan push-up terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan pull-up dan push-up terhadap kekuatan otot lengan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli MAN Patas berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes expanding dynamometer. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik Nonparametrik pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan pull-up berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan, (2) pelatihan push-up berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (3) tidak ada perbedaan kekuatan otot lengan yang signifikan antara pelatihan pull-up dan push-up. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Pelatihan pull-up berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli MAN Patas tahun 2014, (2) Pelatihan push-up berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli MAN Patas tahun 2014, (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan push-up dan pull-up terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli MAN Patas tahun 2014. Kata Kunci : pelatihan, push-up, pull-up, kekuatan, bola voli This study aims to determine (1) the influence of the pull-up training arm muscle strength , (2) the effect of the push - up training on muscle strength of arm, (3) the effect of training pull- ups and push - ups against the arm muscle strength. The subjects were male student extracurricular volleyball MAN Patas numbered 30 people. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre - test - post - test design. Test data collection using expanding test dynamometer. Analysis of data using statistical calculations Nonparametric at a significance level of 0.05. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan shooting instep drive terhadap ketepatan shooting, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan shooting full volley terhadap ketepatan shooting .(3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan shooting instep drive dan shooting full volley terhadap ketepatan shooting. Subjek penelitian adalah Siswa peserta Ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP 1 Ubud tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Ketepatan shooting diukur dengan tes shooting kearah gawang yang berisi skor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) Pelatihan shooting instep drive berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting, dengan hasil thitung 12,763 > ttabel = 2,145 dan sig. (0,000) < 0,05, (2) Pelatihan shooting full volley berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting, dengan hasil thitung 17,978 > ttabel = 2,145 dan sig. (0,000) < 0,05, (3) Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan dari pelatihan Shooting instep drive dan shooting full volley terhadap Ketepatan Shooting, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata 11,87 > 11,33. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan shooting instep drive terhadap ketepatan Shooting Pada siswa peserta Ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Ubud Tahun 2015, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan shooting Full Volley terhadap siswa eserta Ekstrakurikuler Sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Ubud Tahun 2015, (3) Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan dari pelatihan Shooting Instep Drive dan Shooting Full Volley terhadap Ketepatan Shooting pada siswa peserta Ekstrakurikuler Sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Ubud tahun 2015. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine (1) the Effect of shooting training Instep drive to the accuracy of shooting, (2) the Effect of shooting training full volley towards accuracy of shooting. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler taekwondo di SMP Negeri 2 Banjar tahun 2014 berjumlah 36 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes standing long jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 6,82 > ttab = 2,042, (2) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 10,71 > ttab = 2,042, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 35,37 > ttab = 2,042. Pelatihan single leg speed hop memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan single leg speed hop = 202,67 > pelatihan double leg speed hop = 198,78. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dimana pelatihan single leg speed hop lebih baik daripada pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. The single leg speed hops training give a better effect than the double leg speed hop training to increase leg muscle power, seen from the average single leg speed hops training=202.67 > double leg speed hop training=198.78 . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh metode pelatihan praktik padat terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting, (2) pengaruh metode pelatihan praktik terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting, (3) perbedaan pengaruh metode pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test post-test design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Sidemen. Jumlah subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengukuran variabel terikat yaitu ketepatan melakukan teknik shooting. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji-t independen dangan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) metode pelatihan praktik padat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting, dengan hasil thit = 11,007 > ttab = 2,145, (2) metode pelatihan praktik terdistribusi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting, dengan hasil thit = 13,569 > ttab = 2,145, (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh metode pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting, dengan hasil thit = -2,772 > ttab = 2,048. Disimpulkan bahwa; (1) ada pengaruh metode pelatihan praktik padat terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting, (2) ada pengaruh metode pelatihan praktik terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting, (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh metode pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting, dimana metode pelatihan praktik terdistribusi lebih baik dari pada metode pelatihan praktik padat terhadap peningkatan ketepatan teknik shooting.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, praktik padat, praktik terdistribusi, ketepatan, sepakbola. This research aims to determine: (1) the effect of massed practice training methods to increase the accuracy of shooting techniques, (2) the effect of the distributed practice training methods to increase the accuracy of shooting techniques, (3) the differences effect of solid practices training methods and distributed practices to increase the accuracy of shooting technique . The research was conducted with an experimental method using the modified group pre-test post-test design. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Sidemen. Number of subjects used in this study consisting of 30 people. This research data collection techniques derived from the measurement of the dependent variable is the accuracy of shooting techniques. Data analysis techniques using independent t-test with significance level α = 0.05. Results of data analysis that (1) the massed practice training methods were effect to the increased accuracy of shooting techniques, with the result thit = 11,007 > ttab = 2,145, (2) the distributed practices training method were effect to the increased accuracy of shooting techniques, with the result thit = 13,569 > ttab = 2,145, (3) there are differences effect of massed practice training methods and distributed practice training methods to increase the accuracy of shooting techniques, with the result thit = 2,772 > ttab = 2,048. Concluded that; (1) there was an effect of the massed practice training methods to increase the accuracy of shooting techniques, (2) there was an effect of the distributed practice training methods to increase the accuracy of shooting techniques, (3) there was an differences effect of massed practices training methods and distributed practices to increase the accuracy of shooting technique, which of the distributed practice training methods are better than massed practice training methods to increase the accuracy of shooting techniques.keyword : training, massed practice, distributed practice, accuracy, football.
