<![CDATA[This article was related to the effort of Banyumas Regency be autonomous two separate region; Banyumas Regency and Purwokerto Town. The isues to make Purwokerto Town be autonomous region needed a sufficient kind analyses. It is about what 4 districs in Purwokerto region is suitable be autonomous area. Otherwise, the analyses should include what the rest of districs in Banyumas is keep stand away to be outonopmus regency. Central java at south zone need economics growth centrals. Now, economic growth in Central Java is concentrated at north area. The aglomeration, at least in one local otonomous, is desired growing up the acceleration of economics growth arround the area. Formally, the measurement of local potency should be use the current act, Peraturan Pemerintah No 129/2000 about Persyaratan Pembentukan dan Kriteria Pemekaran, Penghapusan, dan Penggabungan Daerah. Application the rule to measure Banyumas potency, it is finally gained that 4 districs in Purwokerto town is eligible to be autonomous area, but not for the rest districts in Banyumas. <![CDATA[Gasoline consumption has been daily needs especially in city area. Price fluctuation on this commodity will impact gradually to good and service market equilibrium. The shock will so impact to consumption ability on their transaction, which it means downward consumers buying potency. Government policy that increased price gasoline, October 1, 2005, it was almost 100%, had significant effect to consumption optimism decreasing in Purwokerto area. They tended to delay and might reschedule their needs. Also, gasoline price increase has impacted to create pessimistic behavior on people expectation. They had opinion that six months letter, on the future, they probably will not make persistence consumption like they did before. The decreasing of consumer’s optimism was gathered by pessimistic response on current economics conditions. Therefore, positive stimulation to create back consumers buying potency should be government agenda to normalize economics condition. <![CDATA[This research evaluation is a part of activities development management is to know how the activities development works. Evaluation could be good or bad is depended on the inputs of the monitoring systems. This research is analysed by indicator descriptions. The conclusion shows that Purbalingga’s PDRB in 2003 increase about 1.3%. In other side, the gaps among sectors are low enough. It means each sector works better and relatively will be spread evenly. That’s why the policy of budget allocation is better to lead to have interrelatedness (backward and forward) for all sectors.Keywords: monitoring systems, Indicator description, budget allocation.]]>

<![CDATA[This research pressures to export demand of opec crude oil. It concern primarily on the impact of price oil shock toward OPEC crude oil export. Ordinary Least Square (OLS) is not proven accurately to analyze volatile phenomenon of OPEC export demand of crude oil. Otherwise, General Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedastic (GARH) and specifically Exponential GARCH give practical and logical model to be applied. It shows that structural break occur in price oil variable and then impact to volatile of crude oil export. Several important world events create structural break and this “bad news” has significant impact to instability of oil price. This result gives also that nominal crude oil price adjusted for exchange rates and demand export of Non-OPEC crude oil have negative impact, and OPEC proven crude oil reserve and Exports of refined products by OPEC have positive impact to OPEC crude oil export. <![CDATA[This research is purposed to identify some agro industry regions where the potencies can be developed integrated by export basis and to make abbreviation strategy to improve it. It is focused in Jambi Province. This research identify there are four integrated export basis regional areas in Jambi. There are KATE; Sarolangun, Tanjab barat, Tanjab Timur and Muara Jambi.
