Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the existence of market discipline in Indonesia.This research evaluate the interaction between market discipline and deposit insurance and the effect of crisis on market discipline. We use secondary data of bank’s financial report and panel regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The research found that depositors discipline banks by withdrawing deposits. Dummy crisis and dummy deposit insurance have significant effect to delta deposits. The result of data analysis show that market discipline exsist in Indonesia, there are found the correlation between market discipline, deposit insurance and banking crisis (risk).

Abstract

The aims of research are first to find out and analyze the effect of culture, social, personality and psychology on buying decision of shar’e product. The second it aims to find out and analyze which of the four factors has the greatest effect on buying decision of Shar’e product. Sample of this research consist of 100 customer of Bank Muamalat Indonesia Purwokerto Branch. Path analysis is the instrument used to find out the direct or indirect effect of the four variables on customers buying decision. Based on the result of analysis using F-test and t-test shows that that only personality variable (X3) and psycology variable (X4) have significant effect on Shar’e product buying decision, as they are greater than t-table Next based on the result of calculation, it has got that Path coeficient of personality variable greater than Path coefficient of psychology variable. It shows that effect of personality variable is greater than psychology variable.

Abstract

This study aimed at explaining the influence of disruptive innovation on business performance with competitive advantage as a mediator and networking capability as moderate. The tool of analysis used was Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The sample size of this research was 120 owners and/or managers of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Purwokerto areas. The result showed that disruptive innovation has a positive effect on both business performance and competitive advantage. The study supported the view that competitive advantage has a positive impact on business performance.  Also, competitive advantage act as mediating variable on the relationship between disruptive innovation and business performance. Finally, the last hypothesis stated that networking as moderation variable of disruptive innovation to business performance was supported.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan menguji dampak integrasi kualitas pelayanan elektronik dan e-satisfaction pada e-repurchase intention. Pemodelan struktural digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 114 pengguna layanan go-ride di wilayah Purwokerto. Hasil temuan penelitian menyatakan bahwa kualitas layanan elektronik mempunyai dampak positif pada kepuasan dan niat beli elektronik. Studi ini juga mendukung pandangan yang menunjukkan e-satisfaction mempuyai pengaruh positif pada e-repurchase intention. Serta, e-satisfaction sebagai variabel perantara hubungan kualitas pelayanan dan niat beli elektronik.

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the product performance of SME products Banyumas batik and identify SME Banyumas Batik’s approach in order to improve their product’s quality based on consumers’ sight. The analysis tools used in this research are Importance Performance Analysis which is used to measure product attribute’s expectations and performance from the consumer point of view and also PGCV Index (Potential Gain of Customer Value's Index) which is used to determine the priority scale of Banyumas batik performance improvements. The results showed that 1) Batik Banyumas’s performance is good from consumer’s perception,shown by the average level value of compatibility between consumer expectations and product performance of 99.32%, that means 99.32% product performance already fulfill consumers’ expectation. 2) There are six indicators of product quality that already meets consumer’s expectations which are product’s quality price level, the diversity of colors, color quality, the diversity of designs / patterns, unique designs / motifs and quality raw material. 3) There are 5 indicators of product quality that need to be improved in Banyumas batik’s quality based on priority scale which are ,fineness of batik, the completeness of product packaging information (brand, manufacturer address, batik name, way of maintenance, etc.), packaging design, color and brand of product packaging.Key words: SME batik product performance, importance performance analysis, PGCV Index (potential gain of customer value's index)

Abstract

This research evaluation is a part of activities development management is to know how the activities development works.  Evaluation could be good or bad is depended on the inputs of the monitoring systems. This research is analysed by indicator descriptions.  The conclusion shows that Purbalingga’s PDRB in 2003 increase about 1.3%.  In other side, the gaps among sectors are low enough.  It means each sector works better and relatively will be spread evenly.  That’s why the policy of budget allocation is better to lead to have interrelatedness (backward and forward) for all sectors.Keywords: monitoring systems, Indicator description, budget allocation.
