Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the effect of religiosity and halal products on the decision to choose cosmetics on muslim consumer. The variables in this research are Religiosity (X1), Halal Products (X2) and Purchase Decisions (Y). The research usesnon probability sampling techniques with the type of purposive sampling. Analysis of the data research is multiple linear regression. Primary data collection techniques applied by distributing questionnaires to 97 muslim women. The results of the research shows the coefficient determination obtained an R square value of 0,781 or 78,1% on the purchase decision (Y), and the remaining value is 21,9% another factor that is not examined in this study. Based on the results of hypothesis shows a religiosity variable has a significant influence on the purchase decision, and the halal product variable has a significant on the purchase decision. Keywords: Religiosity, Halal Product, Purchase Decision Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas dan produk halal terhadap keputusan memilih kosmetik pada konsumen Muslim. Variabel pada penelitian ini yaitu Religiusitas (X1), Produk Halal (X2) dan Keputusan Memilih (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling“sampel bertujuan”. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Teknik pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 97 responden muslimah. Hasil penelitian dengan uji deteminasi memperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,781 atau 78,1% yang menunjukkan variabel independen yaitu religiusitas (X1) dan produk halal (X2) memberikan pengaruh sebesar 78,1% terhadap keputusan memilih (Y), dan perolehan sisa nilai sebesar 21,9% merupakan faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa, variabel religiusitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih, dan variabel produk halal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih. Abstract

Abstract The research aims to analyze the decision-making process of business loans granted by debtors and to identify the factors that influence their decisions. The method used is a survey using a questionnaire instrument as data collection. The sampling technique is carried out by a systematic random sampling method, obtained from 100 debtors of PT BRI (Persero) Tbk. Brantas Unit Kertajaya Branch, and Surabaya Diponegoro Branch Office. Methods of analysis of descriptive-analytical data and two main boxes. The results showed: 1) the process of a decision of the KUR by the debtor in five stages, namely the identification of the needs (the KUR is used as risk capital, the search for information (the KUR information obtained from (bank interest), alternative valuation (low interest is used as a valuation consideration), credit decision making (choose interest rate) and credit withdrawal (satisfied and recommended to others); 2) internal factors have a stronger influence than external factors, this individual factor illustrates that the debtor takes KUR BRI due to a feeling of need from within the debtor Keywords: Internal Factors, External Factors, KUR Decision Abstrak Penelitian ditujukan untuk menganalisis proses keputusan pengambilan kredit usaha rakyat oleh debitur, dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktoryang mempengaruhi keputusannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner sebagai pengumpulan data. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode systematic random sampling, didapatkan 100 debitur dari PT BRI (Persero) Tbk. Unit Brantas Cabang Kertajaya, dan Kantor Cabang Diponegoro Surabaya. Metode analisis data analisis deskritptif, dan top two boxes.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan :1) proses pengambilan keputusan KUR oleh debitur melalui lima tahap yaitu Indentifiasi kebutuhan (KUR digunakan sebagai modal usaha, pencarian informasi (informasi KUR didapat dari Bank), evaluasi alternatif (bunga yang rendah dijadikan pertimbangan evaluasi), keputusan pengambilan kredit (memilih tingkat bunga), dan pasca pengambilan kredit (puas dan merekomendasikan ke yang Lain) ; 2) faktor internal memiliki pengaruh lebih kuat daripada faktoreksternal, hal ini Faktor individul menggambarkan bahwa debitur mengambil KUR BRI karena rasa kebutuhan dari dalam diri debitur tersebut.Kata Kunci: Faktor Internal, Faktor Eksternal, Keputusan KUR

Abstract

Abstract Financial services have now been transformed due to the impact of the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). It also affects the form of retail banking services that occur in various countries, resulting in changes in the needs and preferences of consumers. Consumer needs have changed, making banks use advanced information technology such as the internet to achieve competitive advantage in terms of customer service. Internet Banking is a type of service in the form of an online transaction method for money transfer transactions in 1 (one) certain bank account to another account that can be done at any time. Internet banking services are becoming popular and growing services so that they are better known as self-service technology. However, internet banking services can be ignored and avoided if the customer feels that he is not ready or comfortable in utilizing the capabilities of the internet banking system. Keywords:internet, internet banking, technology Abstrak Pelayanan keuangan saat ini telah bertransformasi akibat dampak pengembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Hal tersebut juga mempengaruhi bentuk layanan perbankan ritel yang terjadi di berbagai negara, sehingga terjadi perubahan atas kebutuhan maupun preferensi konsumen. Kebutuhan konsumen yang telah berubah, membuat perbankan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi maju seperti internet untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif dalam hal pelayanan konsumen. Internet Banking merupakan jenis layanan berupa metode bertransaksi secara online untuk transaksi pengiriman uang dalam 1 (satu) rekening bank tertentu ke rekening lain yang dapat dilakukan sewaktu-waktu. Layanan internet banking menjadi layanan populer dan berkembang sehingga lebih dikenal sebagai layanan teknologi mandiri (Self-service Technology). Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted in Sipolu-polu Village, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra on the business owner of the chili-chili cassava chips business in the village with the hope that in the future it will be a useful contribution to certain parties, especially the business owners. The focus of this research will be to look at the strategies employed by business owners in marketing their products and also in this study using a theory related to marketing. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods that describe the results obtained in the field. Data collection was carried out by interviewing informants. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of equity market timing in determining the company's capital structure decisions. The sample used was Indonesian manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2013-2018 period. This study uses independent variables namely market to book ratio and External finance weighted average market to book ratio (EFWAMTB), the dependent variable used is market leverage, and the control variables used are profitability, tangibility, and size. This study uses panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that the MTB ratio and EFWAMTB have a significant negative effect on market leverage. So it can be said that Indonesian manufacturing companies apply the equity market timing theory in determining capital structure decisions. The profitability and firm size control variables give significant negative and the tangibility variable shows significant positive results on the company's market leverage. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh equity market timing dalam menentukan keputusan struktur modal perusahaan.Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur Indonesia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013-2018. Strudi ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu market to book ratio dan external finance weighted average market to book ratio (EFWAMTB), variabel dependen yang digunakan yaitu market leverage dan variabel kontrol yang digunakan adalah profitabilitas, tangibilitas dan size. Studi ini menggunakan regresi data panel.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa MTB dan EFWAMTB berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap market leverage.Sehingga dapat dikatakan perusahaan manufaktur Indonesia menerapkan teori equity market timing dalam menentukan keputusan struktur modalnya. Variabel kontrol profitabilitas dan firm size memberikan hasil negatif signifikan dan untuk variabel tangibilitas menunjukan hasil positif signifikan terhadap market leverage prusahaan. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effects of economic policy uncertainty and US geopolitical risk on the IDX composite. The research also adds control variables such as inflation, IDR / USD, world oil prices, gold prices, and the Dow Jones index, as well as the global financial crisis dummy. The method used is ARDL with the period January 2000 to April 2020. All variables are transformed into natural logarithms. The results indicate that economic policy uncertainty and geopolitical risk in the United States have a significant negative effect on the IDX composite. Uncertainty in the United States' economic policy, namely the change in fiscal and monetary policies of the United States (US), while the geopolitical risk of the United States is increasing, so investors choose to wait and see. The results of control variables, namely the Dow Jones index, world oil prices, world gold prices, rupiah / USD exchange rates, and dummy have a significant effect on the IDX composite, while inflation does not have a significant effect on the IDX composite. Keywords: Economic Policy, Risk, Capital Market Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menguji dan menganalisis efek ketidak pastian kebijakan ekonomi dan risiko geopolitik Amerika Serikat terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan. Penelitin juga menambakan variabel kontrol seperti inflasi Indonesia, kurs rupiah/USD, harga minyak dunia, harga emas, dan indeks Dow Jones, serta dummy krisis keuangan global. Metode yang digunakan yaitu ARDL dengan periode Januari 2000 sampai April 2020. Semua variabel ditransformasi ke dalam logaritma natural. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa ketidak pastian kebijakan ekonomi dan risiko geopolitik Amerika Serikat berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan. Ketidak pastian kebijakan ekonomi Amerika Serikat yaitu sering berubahnya kebijakan fiskal dan moneter Amerika Serikat (AS), sedangkan risiko geopolitik Amerika Serikat yang meningkat, maka investor yang memilih wait and see. Hasil estimasi variavel kontrol yaitu indeks Dow Jones, harga minyak dunia, harga emas dunia, nilai tukar rupiah/USD, dan serta dummy krisisberpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, sedangkan inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap Indeks Harga Saham GabunganKata Kunci: kebijakan ekonomi, Resiko, Pasar Modal
