Abstract

The problem to be studied is how the sales forecasting method is applied in the company and what variables influence sales forecasting. with the aim, for the company can apply optimal sales forecasting method for the survival of the company and know the variables that affect sales forecasting. In this study the data obtained then tested by the following methods: (1) Linear Trend Analysis Method, General equation form (Sofyan Assauri, 1984, pp. 53-56): Y = a + bt, (2) Method of Exponental Trends (a) Constant, with forecasting function: (b) Linear, with the logarithmic method, Y = a + b log t The function of this method is: forecasting function: Y_t = a + bt and (4) Decomposition Method. Result of research The best forecasting method to predict the sales of bottled drinking water in CV Tirta Alam Jaya Merauke in the next period, is the method of Exponental Trend. This method is chosen because it has the lowest error rate value when compared with other forecasting method, that is for forecasting sales Bottled drinking water obtained MAD value of 932.65, MSE of 20,581,918.63 and MAPE of 34.94%. Sales forecasting results Bottled drinking water using Exponental trend method calculation is 14,104 Carton in January 2016

Abstract

Company management (agent) is the party most concerned to practice earnings management to deceive the users of financial statements so that management gain private gain (obtaining privat gains). In addition, firms with high leverage ratios are influential in performing earnings management practices because the company is in default. The existence of the principle of good corporate governance is expected to minimize earnings management resulting in financial statements do not describe the fundamental value of the company actually.The study aims at stating wheader is proves significant influence between the institutional ownership, the composition of independent commissioners, the size of the board of directors, the size of the company and the leverage on earnings management.The results of research on non-bank companies listed in LQ 45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2013-2016 show that partially the composition of independent commissioners, firm size and leverage have a positive effect on earnings management. When tested simultaneously indicate that instisional ownership, composition of commissioner independent, the composition of the board of directors, the size of the company and leverage have a significant effect on  earnings management.  The size of the company is a research variable that has a dominant influence on earnings management, because the larger the size or scale of the company it will be easier for the company in obtaining funding sources, both internal and external.

Abstract

Tracer study is an approach that allows college institutions to obtain information about possible deficiencies in the educational process and learning process. It can also be the basis for future improvement planning activities. This tracer study research could see the illustration of two sides, namely the graduates’ side as the service user of the education institution and the stakeholder side as the graduate user. This tracer study aimed at getting an overview of the lecture program that had been obtained by the graduates, as well as the quality of graduates produced by the Department of Management. The target of this tracer study was the alumni of Management Department graduates in 2013 - 2015 and the stakeholders in this case were the service users of Management department graduates.  The results of this study indicated that the graduates produced by the Management Department had an average waiting time of less than 12 months (1 year) to obtain a job. The types of jobs graduated from Management Department were mostly in the private sector, there was only one person who decided to become an entrepreneur. Most of the graduates earned 1 million rupiah - 3 million rupiah per month as the first income. Most graduates were satisfied with the aspects of learning gained during their study in Management Departments as well as the response about learning experience. Graduates were quite satisfied with the learning experience during the course in Management Department. The graduates complained about inadequate lecture facilities condition. It was certainly a serious significance to be addressed immediately. Most of the users of the graduates (stakeholders) were satisfied with the ability of management department graduates. It was just the aspect of English language skills that were still considered less. Abstract

This research intends to know and analyze the incentive and work discipline of its effect on employee job satisfaction in Pajarakan Sub-district, Probolinggo. the type of explanatory research is to find the influence or causal relationship between variables, the population of all employees in Pajarakan sub district with the technique of purposive sampling using inclusion criteria is permanent employees and those who are willing to be respondents as much as 20 people, the analysis of multiple linear regression with F test and t test as hypothesis test .The result of the study describes the incentive and work discipline has simultaneous influence to job satisfaction, and partially incentive variable has a significant and dominant influence on job satisfaction variable while work discipline variable partially have a positive but not significant influence on the variable of job satisfaction indicates the application of work discipline needs sufficient understanding and awareness. Performance indicators have the lowest correlation to incentives so that performance improvement should receive management attention and compliance indicator on the lowest correlate working standard to the work discipline so that management need to increase the attention and awareness in increasing the compliance to the standard work in fulfilling job satisfaction of employees in Pajarakan Sub-district Probolinggo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of taxpayer annual reporting of taxpayer manually to the target of tax revenue in Buleleng regency in 2015. The data used are qualitative data in the form of the number of mandatory taxpayers required SPT and the realization of tax returns. Data collection techniques used are interview and documentation method which is analyzed by using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed: the number of annual SPT reporting targets with the realization of annual SPT receipts has exceeded the target so that it can be said has been achieved. Factors that influence the achievement of tax revenue target in Buleleng Regency in 2015 is taxpayer compliance in conducting annual SPT reporting.

Abstract

The Influence of Location and Facilities Against Satisfaction of Container Unloading Service User at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch.This study aims to determine how much influence the location and facilities to the satisfaction of service users. Locations have indicators: access, visibility, traffic and facilities have indicators: organizational characteristics and objectives, land availability and space and space requirements, flexibility, aesthetic factors, communities and the environment, construction and operation costs while service user satisfaction has indicators: customer satisfaction , dimensions of customer satisfaction, confirmation of expectations, repurchase interest, willingness to recommend, customer dissatisfaction.The method used in this research is quantitative method by using the technique of processing descriptive data, data collecting technique with interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Sampling technique used incidental sampling. The measurement using likert scale and processed using SPSS version 23 program to calculate the validity and reliability test, calculate hypothesis test that is t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The result of research shows that location and facility variables together have a positive influence on service user satisfaction at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch. This can be proven from the result of F count 39.984> 3.11 with significance level 0.000 ≤ 0.05, then Ho is rejected Ha accepted. Itcan be concluded there is a positive and significant relationship between location and facility to the satisfaction of service users of loading and unloading of containers at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch.The result of research shows that location and facility variables together have a positive influence on service user satisfaction at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch. This can be proven from the result of F count 39.984> 3.11 with significance level 0.000 ≤ 0.05, then Ho is rejected Ha accepted. It can be concluded there is a positive and significant relationship between location and facility to the satisfaction of service users of loading and unloading of containers at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch.
