Abstract

The "Nonequivalent Control Group Design" is a quasi-experimental research design. This research was conducted to determine the effect of the talking stick learning model assisted by PowerPoint media on the social studies learning outcomes of VIII-grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Gianyar. 441 students were used as the population in this research, and the sampling was carried out with certain considerations, namely purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 40 students in the 8H class as the experimental class and 40 students in the 8J class as the control class. The data collection method used is the test method at the time of the test which is then analyzed using t-test analysis. The results demonstrated an effect of using a talking stick learning model assisted by PowerPoint on the social studies learning achievement of VIII-grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Gianyar. The result of the t-test shows a score of t 5.664 with a significant value of < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), so Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected.

Abstract

Research in this case is aimed at determining the partial influence of gender and pocket money on the level of financial literacy of class XI accounting students of SMK Negeri 1 Seririt, as well as determining the simultaneous influence of gender and pocket money on the level of financial literacy of class XI accounting students of SMK Negeri 1 Seririt. This study is classified as a causal study. The research population, namely class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Seririt majoring in Accounting, was 66 people. The total sampling technique was used as a sample determinant in this study, so that the entire population was a sample. Questionnaire instruments are used in the method of data collection. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as a tool to obtain research objectives with a t-test and an f-test as a hypothesis test. Based on data analysis, results were obtained, namely (1) gender has a significant effect on students' financial literacy levels, (2) pocket money has a significant effect on students' financial literacy levels, (3) gender and pocket money simultaneously have a significant effect on students' financial literacy levels.

Abstract

The aims of this study are 1) to determine the factors that influence the interest of class IX students at MTs Al-Ma`'arif in the selection of secondary schools and 2) to determine the most dominant factors influencing student interest in the selection of secondary schools. This type of research is factorial research. The population in this study were 72 students of class IX MTs Al-Ma `arif. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique so that the entire population was used as a sample. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire and interview instruments. The analysis used in processing the data is descriptive analysis and factor analysis. The results of this study are (1) the factors that influence the interest of class IX students at MTs Al-Ma' arif in the selection of secondary schools are physical, psychological, fatigue, family, school, and community, and (2) the most dominant factors influencing interest in students in the selection of secondary schools are psychological, with a variance value of 65.841 and a loading factor of 0.988.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) the effect of reward on students' learning motivation; (2) the effect of punishment on learning motivation; and (3) the effect of reward and punishment on the motivation of class X learners in economics subjects at SMAN 1 Sawan. This research is causal research with a quantitative method. The population in this study is all Xclass learners at SMAN 1 Sawan. The sample used is 154 students. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed with descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that descriptive analysis of reward, punishment, and motivation learning is quite good because it is in the range of 71.01-100% in the Three Box Method Criteria. Meanwhile, in the analysis of the t-test and f-tests, namely the provision of rewards and punishments, partially affects the student's learning motivation. While simultaneously giving reward and punishment affects learning motivation.

Abstract

Accounting learning requires an understanding of the concepts and stages in each material. The choice of method must be considered in order to achieve the learning objectives. The method used in learning accounting in class XI Accounting II before the action is a discussion method, while learning accounting is not only studying the theory. Lack of practice questions is given to students, which makes students not understand the concepts and stages in each material, which causes cognitive and psychomotor learning outcomes of accounting practicum students of class XI Accounting II to still be low. This study aims to determine the application of the drill learning method in improving the learning outcomes of accounting practicum students at SMK Negeri 1 Seririt. This research is classroom action research (CAR) conducted in class XI Accounting II by using descriptive statistical analysis to describe the learning outcomes of accounting practicum students of XI Accounting II. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes in each cycle. In the first cycle, cognitive learning outcomes increased 3.85%, and psychomotor increased 41.18%. The second cycle of cognitive learning outcomes increased by 11.11%, and psychomotor increased by 20.83%. So it can be concluded that the application of the drill learning method can improve the learning outcomes of accounting practicum students at SMK Negeri 1 Seririt.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the discovery learning method assisted by audio-visual media on the learning outcomes of accounting students at SMK Negeri 1 Tejakula. This research uses a quasi-experimental design. The subjects in this study were students of class X Accounting 1 and X Accounting 2, while the objects in this study were learning outcomes and the discovery learning method assisted by audio-visual media. This research design uses a pretest-posttest control group design. The results showed that there was an effect of using the discovery learning method assisted by audio-visual media on the learning outcomes of accounting students at SMK Negeri 1 Tejakula. The results of the t-test analysis show the t-value of 5.013 with a significance value of 0.040 < 0.05, so H0 was rejected and Ha could be accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the compensation and physical work environment facilities in improving the performance of Bungaya Village Office employees. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. The subjects of this study used 6 informants, and the objects were compensation, physical work environment, and employee performance at the Bungaya Village Office. The data collection method used observation, in-depth interviews with informants, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative analysis of the Miles and Huberman model, which started by collecting, reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions of the data. The data validity technique in this study used source triangulation. The results showed that the delay and low compensation received by employees affected a decrease in employee performance, while for inadequate physical work environment facilities resulted in employee delays in working, thus affecting a decrease in the employee's performance.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the perception of students of the Economic Education Study Program at Ganesha University of Education toward the teacher profession. This research used a descriptive type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is active students of the Economic Education Study Program at Ganesha University of Education, class of 2018, who have carried out Field Experience Practice activities, totaling 84 students. This research used a sample of 84 students who used the saturation sampling technique. Data collection in this research used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that students’ perceptions in terms of the interest dimension, with a score of 2.976, were included in the good category. Meanwhile, students’ perceptions in terms of the dimension of experience with a score of 5.902 are included in the highly good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and income level on compliance with paying motor vehicle taxes in Klungkung Regency. This research uses causal research. The population in this study is Klungkung regency motor vehicle taxpayers, totaling 109,276 people in 2020. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling, so the number of samples used after being calculated by the Slovin formula is 399 people. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test. The results showed that there was a partial and simultaneous effect of service quality and income level on compliance with paying motor vehicle taxes in Klungkung Regency.
