<![CDATA[This research has a goal, namely to determine the effect of learning motivation and interest in learning on learning participation in economics subjects at SMA Undiksha Singaraja Laboratory. This research uses a causal type of research. The population in this study were all IIS students at SMA Undiksha Singaraja Laboratory, as many as 60 students, namely 16 X IIS students, 21 IIS class XI students, and 23 students, so the total number of students was 60 students. For that research, all IIS class students were taken. The method of data collection used was a questionnaire; the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, and the hypothesis tests used were t test, F test, and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that there is a partial effect. Simultaneous learning motivation and interest in learning towards learning participation in economics subjects at SMA Undiksha Singaraja Laboratory.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of student attention, teacher social competence, and the role of parents on student learning activity during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada, both partially and simultaneously. This research is a type of causal research. The population is 250 students of class VIII SMPN1 Sukasada, and a sample of 154 respondents using the Yamane or Slovin formula and the proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires and observations, which were then analyzed using the t test and F test through the SPSS 28 for Windows program. The results showed that there was a partial and simultaneous influence of student attention, teacher social competence, and the role of parents on student learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out: (1) the effect of subjective norms on the use of e-money at Samastra Coffee, Klungkung City; (2) the effect of perceived benefit on the use of e-money at Samastra Coffee, Klungkung City; and (3) the effect of simultaneous subjective norm and perceived benefit on the use of e-money at Samastra Coffee, Klungkung City. The population in this research is that all consumers transact using e-money at Samastra Coffee on Jalan Srikandi II Semarapura Kangin Klungkung, totaling 90 people. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. Data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research state that (1) there is a partial effect of subjective norm on the use of e-money at Samastra Coffee, Klungkung City; (2) there is an effect of perceived benefit on the use of e-money at Samastra Coffee, Klungkung City; and (3) there is a simultaneous influence of subjective norm and perceived benefit on the use of e-money at Samastra Coffee, Klungkung City.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the employee recruitment process at Villa Song Broek, the obstacles faced in the process of recruiting employees at Villa Song Broek, and the solutions to overcome the obstacles that occur in recruitment at Villa Song Broek. This type of research is descriptive research. The subjects of this study were the villa owners, managers, and employees at the villa. The object of this research is the implementation of recruitment at Villa Song Broek. Collecting data using interviews. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data triangulation techniques. The results showed that in the implementation of recruitment at Villa Song Broek, there were several stages of the recruitment process that were different from the theory of the supposed recruitment process. In the recruitment process at the villa, there are no stages such as determining the basis of recruitment, identifying vacant positions, seeking job information through job analysis, and selecting candidates.]]>

<![CDATA[The kind of this exploration was study hall activity exploration (vehicle) in two cycles. The subjects of this review were 21 understudies of class X IPS MA Hidayatullah Jembrana. <![CDATA[There are several factors that can affect employee performance, including work ethics, organizational climate and organizational justice. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of work ethics, organizational climate and organizational justice partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) Puri Bunda Denpasar. The number of samples in this research were 79 employees who were taken by the slovin method and the sampling technique was simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination, F-test and t-test. The results showed that partially or simultaneously work ethics, organizational climate and organizational justice had a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) Puri Bunda Denpasar.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted so that researchers can determine the effect of the cooperative learning model of students' teams achievement division (STAD) on the economics learning outcomes of class XI IPS-1 students at SMA Swasta Masehi GBKP Berastagi FY 2021/2022. This study uses a quasi-experimental type of research (quasi-experimental). The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPS-1 while the objects of this study were learning outcomes and cooperative learning models of students' teams achievement division (STAD) type. This research design uses the one group pretest-posttest or pre-experimental. The results of the study indicate that there is an effect of the use of the cooperative learning model type student achievement division (STAD) on the economic learning outcomes of class XI IPS-1 students at SMA Swasta Masehi GBKP Berastagi FY 2021/2022. The results of the t-test analysis show the t-value of 21.211 with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, so Ha is accepted or the alternative decision is accepted and H0 is rejected or the null hypothesis is rejected.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of learning interest on the learning outcomes of class XI students in economics at SMA Negeri 1 Sawan for the academic year 2021/2022. This type of research is using causal research. The population in this study were all students of class XI at SMAN 1 Sawan, where the total population of class XI at SMAN 1 Sawan was 202 people. Sampling using the Proportional Random Sampling technique, from Slovin's calculations, the number of respondents was 134 people. The data collection method used in this research is in the form of a questionnaire. The data obtained in the form of the results of a questionnaire containing the student's response to interest in learning with a Likert scale. In this study, we used simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Simple Regression Analysis, Y = a + bX. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on the learning interest of a class XI IPS student on economic learning outcomes at SMAN 1 Sawan.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the interactive multimedia-assisted discovery learning model to improve students' critical thinking skills in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Busungbiu. This research is classroom action research that aims to find out how the Discovery model is applied. Learning to improve critical thinking skills on demand and supply subject matter. This research took place in two cycles, consisting of four stages, namely: planning, action/implementation, observation, and evaluation. Data collection was carried out using a critical thinking ability test. Students' critical thinking skills increased after applying the discovery learning model. The average critical thinking ability of students is 55.16 in the moderately critical category. Meanwhile, students' critical thinking skills increased to 79.74 in the critical category.]]>

<![CDATA[This research intends to determine the effect of ability, motivation, and organizational communication on the performance of BPN Buleleng employees. This research is classified into the type of causal research. The number of samples used in this research is 103 respondents. The data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods, namely covering the t test and F test with the help of SPSS For Windows Version 2. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence between ability, motivation, and organizational communication on the performance of BPN Buleleng regency with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; Ho is rejected. Ability, motivation, and organizational communication have an influence of 71.2% on the performance of employees of the Buleleng Regency BPN Office, as evidenced by a coefficient of determination of 0.712.]]>
