Abstract

PPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan pemahaman guru fisika tentang pendekatan saintifik, (2) mendeskripsikan tindak guru pada pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran fisika pada perencanaan pembelajaran, (3) mendeskripsikan tindak guru pada pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran fisika pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran, (4) mendeskripsikan tindak guru pada pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran fisika pada evaluasi pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah seorang guru fisika yang mengajar di kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 AbiansemaI. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif pasif, wawancara semiterstruktur, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan secara periodik dengan menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pendekatan saintifik dipahami guru sebagai pendekatan yang lebih menekankan pembelajaran pada kegiatan 5M yang meliputi kegiatan mengamati, menanya, mencoba, menalar, dan mengomunikasikan; (2) tindak guru pada pendekatan saintifik dalam tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran telah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ada.Kata Kunci : pembelajaran fisika, pendekatan saintifik This research aimed at: (1) describing the understanding of physics teachers about the scientific approach, (2) describing the teacher action on the scientific approach in physics learning on the teaching planning, (3) describing the teacher action on the scientific approach in physics learning on the teaching implementation, (4) describing the teacher action on the scientific approach in physics learning on the learning evaluation. The method used in this research was qualitative method. The subjects of the research were a physics teachers who taught in the class science XI of SMAN 1 Abiansemal. Data were collected by using passive participation observation, semi-structured interview, and document study. The interactive analysis model of Miles & Huberman was applied to analyze the data. The results show that: (1) The scientific approach is understood by the teacher as an approach that emphasizes learning 5M activities that include observing, questioning, experimenting, associating, and communicating; (2) the teacher action on the scientific approach in the planning, implementation, and learning evaluation have been in accordance with the existing regulations.keyword : physics learning, scientific approach

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kecerdasan emosional, tingkat kesadaran diri, pengelolaan emosi, memotivasi diri, mengenali emosi orang lain, dan membina hubungan siswa kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 2 Semarapura. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain penelitian survei. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan pedoman wawancara. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 186 siswa dan jumlah siswa yang diwawancarai adalah 10 orang per dimensi diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data kecerdasan emosional dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan wawancara. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecerdasan emosional, tingkat kesadaran diri, tingkat mengelola emosi, tingkat memotivasi diri, tingkat mengenali emosi orang lain, dan tingkat membina hubungan siswa kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 2 Semarapura berkategori tinggi.Kata Kunci : deskripsi, kecerdasan emosional, siswa. This study aimed at: (1) describing the level of emotional intelligence, (2) describing the level of self-awareness, (3) managing the emotions, motivating oneself, recognizing other students’ emotions, and building the inter class X MIPA students relationships of SMAN 2 Semarapura. The type of this research was descriptive analytic with survey research design. The instrument used of this research was a questionnaire and an interview guide. Subjects in this study consisted of 186 students, and the number of students interviewed was 10 people per-dimensional taken by using purposive sampling technique. Data of motional intelligence were collected by using questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed analytic-descriptively. The results obtained show that: (1) the level of emotional intelligence, the level of self-awareness , the level of managing the emotions, motivating their selves , the level of recognizing other students’ emotions, and the degree of inter class X MIPA students relationship of SMAN 2 Semarapura are in high category.keyword : description, emotional intelligence, students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan secara kualitatif (1) strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan guru, (2) motivasi belajar siswa, dan (3) prestasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran fisika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, triangulasi, angket, dan tes. Teknik analisis meliputi tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data, analisis deskriptif. Hasil temuan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) strategi pembelajaran guru yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran, pada langkah-langkah pembelajarannya mengarah pada pembelajaran eksplorasi, elaborasi, dan konfirmasi, sedangkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran berupa penyampaian tujuan pembelajaran, penyampaian materi, pembimbingan siswa dalam kegiatan diskusi, dan pengkonfirmasian, tidak utuh dilaksanakan sesuai dengan rencana pembelajaran, dan penilaian guru hanya meliputi aspek kognitif sehingga tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan yang disusun, (2) motivasi belajar siswa berkategori sedang dengan skor rata-rata 146 dan standar deviasi 15,64, (3) prestasi belajar siswa berkategori rendah dengan nilai rata-rata 60,8 dan standar deviasi 10,10.Kata Kunci : motivasi belajar, prestasi belajar, strategi pembelajaran guru This study aimed at describing qualitatively (1) the learning strategies used by teachers, (2) the students' motivation, and (3) the students’ achievement in learning physics. This research was qualitative research.Data were collected by using observation, interview, documentation, triangulation, questionnaire, and test. The analysis techniques included the phases of data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and descriptive analysis. The findings of the study are (1) the teacher learning strategy which consists of planning, implementation, and evaluation, at its learning steps leads to the exploration, elaboration, and confirmation of learning, while the learning implementation in the form of delivering learning objectives, delivering material, guiding students in discussion and giving confirmation is not fully implemented in accordance with the lesson plans, and the teacher’s assessment only covers the cognitive aspects which then are not in accordance with the prepared plan; (2) the students’ motivation is categorized “fair” with the average score 146 and the standard deviation 15.64; (3) the students’ achievement are categorized “low” with the average value 60.8 and the standard deviation 10.10.keyword : learning motivation, academic achievement, teacher learning strategy
