Abstract

Tijaniyah tarekat including one fast-growing tarekat in South Kalimantan. At first the congregation is growing in South Kalimantan in 1995, brought by KH Ahmad Ansari is based in the city of Banjarmasin, then spread to various areas in South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan and even into the Bangkas island. In South Kalimantan there are 21 tarekat and majelis taklim 4 shrines, with the number of followers of about 15,000 people. Tijaniyah congregation has its own characteristics when compared with other tarekat, namely: a) it takes a new format of tarekat, because Ahmad at-Tijani did not require his followers showed the attitude of excessive piety, and he emphasizes the presence of an interpreter intercessor between man and God. It was Ahmad at-Tijani itself. b) It has simple and clear wirid; c) Ahmad at-Tijani recognition reaches two positions, namely as a guardian Qutbb al-Aqthab and khatm al-Waliyah; d) prohibits its followers to follow as membership other institutes; e) it has no pedigree. Even if there are genealogy is shorter than the other tarekat, and f) this tarekat prohibits its followers to smoke because it is considered as najis.

Abstract

This paper describes only the existence of Islamic Sufiyah tarekat (TSI) in the thought of H. Abdul Muin Hidayatullah. The results show that the TSI was built by H. Abdul Muin since 1955 after he was brought into a spiritual meeting with Rasulullah, Prophet Adam and Moses as well as 40 leaders of an Islamic state. At that time, he had been inducted as a murshid Zabir tarekat, while Murshid is the Messenger of Allah. Thats when it started developing tarekat until he passed away, 1995 at the age of 87 years. Murshid was replaced by his own son, K.H. Abdullah al-Mahdi and develop it until now. The Islamic Sufiyah Tarekat is growing quite rapidly; reaching 7,000 people are now members, consisting of listeners, students, followers and supporters. They spread in South Kalimantan, especially in Banjarmasin, and in the District Tabunganen Tabalong, and actively carry out the teaching daily deed specified. It is in meaningful, positive impact on the development of faith and piety of its members.

Abstract

Development of Sufism in the archipelago is one icon in view of the problems connected with the Sufi. Sufism is the diversity of colour patterns of thought of religious life, while religious practice to be a representation of the diversity of religious thought to be highly variable and often decorated with the interview "controversial" a very sharp. In the context of religious institutions belonging to the tarekat also have a variety of variants, so that a diverse group of tarekat scattered every where and have the characteristics of each in accordance with religious discourse and the "religious experience" developer congregation. In fact there are some "differences" between the executive tarekat in an area with other regions, although with the same tarekat. Sheikh Muhammad Arsyad Al-Banjary as a prolific writer in various fields of Islamic sciences, such as Tawheed, Fiqh and Sufism. Among his works is the Kanz al-patterned marifah Sufism, but in some discussion related to religious practices and traditions of the congregation are very close, but the Sammaniyah tarekat who had been brought closer to the Al-Banjary Arsyad not so visible in Kanz al-Ma rifah but Syaziliyah tarekat who are more visible.

Abstract

This paper describes about the al-Sammaniyah tarekat which was popularized by K.H. Muhammad Zaini. He is known as a scholar who became a role model of Banjar society. K.H. Muhammad Zaini is a charismatic cleric (ulama). His popularity is not only in the Kalimantan region, but to foreign countries. Pilgrims who follow the teachings amount to dozens, even thousands of people. He is known for its breadth of his knowledge, moral virtue, and generosity. In delivering his message, he has a quiet way of speaking, so that the people who listens him feel cool, calm and solemn.

Abstract

As a known tarekat, the tarekat Alawiyah basically insists on planting experience of shariah and noble character. Tarekat Alawiyah in South Kalimantan taught by teacher Bachiet also emphasized the moral aspect of his disciples. Moral formation was through the Majelis taklim assemblies. Among its activities are sympathize widows, orphans and habaib. The establishment of moral and social activity is an essential element in the neo-Sufism. In addition, remembrance and carried muraqabah also an element of neo-Sufism. But the use of the dzikir of isim mufrad and dhamir "Hua" is the influence of philosophical sufism is mostly found in South Kalimantan. Practice of the tarekat by taking account of social activity are part of the neo-Sufism that need to be developed, so that they practice this Sufism (the tarekat) is also directly involved with issues facing todays society.

Abstract

The name of AlphaJunaidiyah Tarekat attributed to the Sufi Abu al-Qasim Junaid al-Baghdadi. This Tarekat has a special attraction for its followers; those are the practical deeds, not exclusive and highly compromised with the situation of modern life. Historically this Tarekat has included the oldest Tarekat in the Islamic world, but its new entrants and developing in Indonesia, about 1956. This Tarekat is open, accepting students from various backgrounds and give them freedom to follow another tarekat. The genealogy of Junaidiyah Tarekat is not continued, but by his followers accepted the validity of the argument berzakhi theory or Uwaisy, which is commonly believed by the Sufis. The Junaidiyahs teachings or doctrines were sourced from the teachings of the books of Tawheed, Fiqh and Sufism is popular among Ahlussunah wal Jamaat.
