Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, especially in contributing to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). In addition, it also plays an important role in the rate of economic growth with a high significance for Indonesia's economic equity. The service method used is the Community Empowerment System (Sisdamas) developed by the Community Service Centre Team (LP2M) of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Sisdamas consists of four cycles, where each cycle is carried out for approximately one week. The author focuses on the problems of MSMEs in the Cipager Kaler neighbourhood. MSME empowerment efforts with the first step is the observation process, carried out thoroughly and in-depth to understand the social, economic, and environmental conditions of the local community. MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy, both in terms of contribution to GDP and job creation. MSMEs not only help maintain economic stability but also encourage inclusive economic growth. However, there are several challenges faced by MSME players, such as a lack of awareness of the importance of branding and good financial bookkeeping.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the quality of religious resources of the Muslim community in Saitan, Mulyodadi Village. Saitan society, especially among adults and the elderly, most cannot read hijaiyah letters so they cannot read the Qur'an except by using the letters of the alphabet. Efforts to improve the quality of Muslim community resources in Saitan are carried out through mentoring and training in reading and writing the Qur'an through active learning methods where training participants actively participate in the learning process so that it is easier for them to understand the material provided. The implementation of the Alquran Reading and Writing training program has succeeded in helping participants understand how to read and write hijaiyah letters as a basis for reading the Alquran.
