Abstract

At this time, buying and selling online has become part of the lives of the Indonesian people and the world, especially during the pandemic, marketplace users are increasing and slowly replacing traditional markets. Tokopedia as one of the largest marketplaces in Indonesia has the largest users in the 3rd quarter of 2019. Customer complaints to Tokopedia services can be submitted through Social Media such as Twitter and also other media. Complaints submitted via Twitter to TokopediaCare are still manually identified by Tokopedia customer service so it takes a long time to respond to customer complaints because customer services need so much time to classify where is a complaint or not complaint tweeted. Text mining is used to process customer complaint data through text or sentences submitted by tweets using the Naïve Bayes method and the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique Method (SMOTE) feature for the implementation of machine learning can help identify the classification of complaints submitted via Twitter automatically. The use of the Naive Bayes method is added with the Syntethic Minority Oversampling Method feature which is considered better for generating predictions on tweets submitted by customers..

Abstract

Data processing is a routine and important requirement for companies, organizations that must be prepared and maintained properly, accurately. Therefore, it is necessary to create a system to be able to manage this data properly, namely with computers or laptops for data processing, storage and analysis of the results obtained. fast and realtime. Artificial Intelligence Computer Laboratory, Faculty of Communication and Information Technology, National University designed an imaginative information system using the waterfall method as the initial flow or first process flow to design or create a system as a means to carry out activities that aim to provide information, knowledge and also make it easier for users to knowing what results have been created, created, designed, developed, owned by the Artificial Intelligence laboratory. The results of this design or system will be based on the website.

Abstract

Searching is a search method that belongs to the science of Artificial intelligence. The Generate and Test algorithm is able to solve problems related to heuristic searches in the terminology of Artificial Intelligence. The problem that often occurs is the user's lack of understanding about the completion of the General and Test Algorithm so that it takes a lot of time and money to get the final value, for that we need a completion of the shortest path search to minimize costs and time. The General And test method is a method of solving search cases The shortest path using several points and weights of the journey where all points must be visited once and the end point of the journey is the same as the starting point of the journey. The final benefit of this research helps users to find a very good alternative to take a decision.

Abstract

The background of this research is how to use the NIST method on crimes that use forensic data on smartphones, using the NIST method it will be known whether the method is the right one to use in case solving methods, especially in cybercrime cases. The method used in this study is to use the ethnic method which consists of the collection, examination, analysis, and reporting. With these 4 methods, it can be used to find out which data is used as crime data on smartphones that have been checked. The problem raised in this study is how to find out data that has been lost on a smartphone by using that data and using ethnic methods so that it can open the veil of crime in cyberspace. The purpose of this study is how to find the right data to be used as evidence, as evidence of crime using ethnic methods on smartphones.

Abstract

The risk of pregnancy can be known by early detection of pregnancy with risk factors, so that health workers can know more about treatment. In diagnosing a disease in the field of medicine requires tools such as the application of artificial intelligence, one of which is an expert system. One method that can be applied in expert systems is naive bayes. In this study, naive bayes for the process of diagnosing the disease during pregnancy was done by including symptoms that appear in pregnant women. The stage of research is the collection of data from previous research journal articles with the same theme, but different methods and other journal articles with the same theme and different from the naive bayes method. The next stage is data analysis with naive bayes calculations of patient symptoms and validation, namely comparing the results of naive bayes calculations with expert calculations. The results obtained were 14 patients out of 20 patients, which is 70% have the same results between experts with calculations with naive bayes. The results showed that the calculation of symptoms with naive bayes was sufficient to give valid and feasible results to use

Abstract

The arrangement of a series of numbers is a game that is in great demand by various groups, this game is very useful for all circles because this game requires concentration and sharpening the brain power of the player, if this game follows the existing rules it will produce output in the form of a solution. Arrangement of numerical series is an implementation of the Searching method. The process of compiling a series of numbers has strong rules in order to obtain a solution. Problems In this study, we are looking for a comparison between the Simple Hill Climbing Algorithm and the Ascent Hill Climbing Algorithm which method is the fastest to find a solution. The final result of this research is an arrangement of numbers that is in accordance with the sequence by looking at the time and memory used to obtain the final solution. The final result of this study concluded that the Ascent Hill Climbing Algorithm is easier and faster to find a solution compared to the Simple Hill Climbing Algorithm

Abstract

The background of this research is to find evidence in an application called WhatsApp by analyzing data in the form of conversations or chats from 2 people who are suspected of having their conversations contain suspicious words, therefore by analyzing their conversations, errors or violations will be known conducted. The method used in this study uses the latest waterfall concept, which has been modified in order to help find answers to the problems raised. The problem raised in this study is to find evidence in the conversations carried out in the WhatsApp application. The purpose of this research is to find strong evidence so that it can be used as evidence in court and save suspicious conversation data.

Abstract

The inventory system that is being carried out at this time is by manual method where the inventory is still made using Microsoft Office in the form of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel in which data is written about data on the presentation of basic food items sold, expenditure of goods and orders. However, the presentation of goods is less efficient and effective. By looking at this situation and condition, the author makes a system "implementation of the economic order quantity method for inventory" where this system can help shop owners and employees who work at the shop make their work easier and also help streamline and be effective in recording the goods sold , issuing goods, and also ordering goods. In this system the author uses the PHP programming language with a MySQL database, where later the data will be entered and stored in the database and connected to PHP programming so that inventory control is easier, more efficient, and effective.

Abstract

The East Jakarta area has many residential areas, from the lower to the upper classes, and residential areas for businesses such as malls, markets, mini supermarkets, and protected tourist attractions, for example, the urban forest area. East Jakarta City is currently trying to maintain the excellent air quality in the area. Currently, the local government's prevention of poor air quality and air quality checks in East Jakarta is not going well because the budget requires a large amount of money. Therefore, a tool was made to detect air quality. The tool built in this study is based on the MQ-135, DHT-11, NodeMCU 8266 microcontroller, and Blynk application using the C++ language on the Arduino application. This tool is expected to provide information to users regarding the level of air quality in the area. This tool will automatically connect to an available wifi network. An air quality notification will immediately appear, along with the temperature and humidity values displayed on the smartphone. The tool made is expected to help view air quality. All information obtained can be helpful for follow-up by the government and the community to maintain the beauty and good air quality in the area

Abstract

Optimization is the process of obtaining a minimum (small) or maximum (largest) value in an opportunity function. One case that uses the optimization function is the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP). The case study problem in this research is to find the shortest route to a destination city in order to get a short time to get to that city and save time and costs on the way. The completion of the search for the shortest route uses the TSP concept. Basic concepts in running CSR 1. The journey starts and ends in the same city as the original city of the salesperson. 2. Entire cities must be visited without missing a single city.3. Sales are not allowed to return to the city of origin before all cities have been visited. By using this method, the distance between each city will be analyzed. The cities that the salesman will go to consist of 4 cities A, B, C, and D with a combination process to obtain as many as 24 lanes that can be passed by the salesman. From each route taken by the salesman, there are 2 shortest paths that can be used as alternatives, including the CABD=17+15+19=51 route and the DBAC=19+15+17=51 route. The final results of this study can be used as a reference in determining the shortest route by salesmen with a distance value of 15.
