Abstract

This research aims to compare the time series forecasting method, namely the Fuzzy Time Series method, with Double Exponential Smoothing Holt. The data used in this study is the rainfall data of the city of Bandung every month from January 2012 to December 2021. The analysis of the two methods is seen for accuracy according to the measure of error, namely MSE (Mean Square Error) and MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation). The results show that the Fuzzy Time Series method has MSE of 15558.89 and MAD of 108.97. While the Doube Smoothing Holt method has MSE of 23367.79 and MA of 115.94 So the Fuzzy Time Series method is reliable to use for forecasting rainfall in Bandung because the error values is lower than that of the Exponential Smoothing Holt.

Abstract

The waste problem is part of the dynamics of human life. Every human activity must produce waste. Garbage is a pollution that interferes with the health and comfort of the community. Solid waste management is a challenge for developing countries, mainly due to the increase in waste generation. Garbage results in high city budget costs related to its management. One of the impacts of urban development is an increase in the volume of waste. This requires improvement of facilities and infrastructure against limited land. For this reason, good and efficient waste management is needed. In general, waste disposal that does not meet environmental health requirements can result in, among other things, breeding grounds and nests of insects and rats, becoming a source of pollution and contamination of soil, water and air, becoming a source and a place to live. live germs that endanger health. Based on this, the researchers made a tool in the form of a furnace that can be used for waste treatment and burning garbage. From the results of the overall tool testing, to obtain optimal combustion results in the mass of waste (4 Kg) and the combustion temperature setting (200 oC- 300 oC) is fixed, the minimum burning time is 30 minutes

Abstract

At PT. Sigma employee attendance is still done manually by hand writing into a book by entering the hours of arrival and hours of leaving work. From the TDS unit, the process that was carried out manually was found to be a problem where attendance was not appropriate. Difficult to trace, and a high risk of data loss. On the other hand, employees who work with assignments to leave the office have not been accommodated so employees who are outside the office must return to the office to fill in attendance manually by writing a hand, so a computerized attendance system is needed and can be accessed by employees who are on duty outside the office. by connecting to the internet network, so that problems can be resolved properly. and for monitoring and reporting daily employee attendance can be directly seen and displayed. From the problems above, the writer uses the coloring method to monitor employee attendance and assisted by sequential search for the employee tracking process

Abstract

The impact of the corona virus disease-19 has caused many companies to close and workers to be laid off. This also has an impact on the decline in economic growth and the level of welfare of the population in the affected areas. The need for labor management is an urgent and serious matter. The creation of the e-PTJOB application is a breakthrough to deal with this problem. This part-time job seeker application is made with a link and match model where job seekers are met with job seekers based on the needs or requests of job seekers who are not limited by education level. Jobs given by job seekers are temporary with payment based on duration of time, meanwhile prospective workers can choose work categories based on location, level of education and work to be done. The e-PTJOB application begins with registration of job seekers and job seekers where each actor provides data according to his capacity. Furthermore, job seekers will make a deposit on the application via transfer of a nominal amount that will be used to pay workers according to job criteria and work duration. Workers who have already done work will get paid according to the job offer. This e-PTJOB application will assist the government in dealing with cases of unemployment of productive age which are not limited by education level as well as increase the income level of the population in the region

Abstract

MSMEs are business actors who support economic growth and create new jobs for the community. Currently, many business actors use online shopping applications to market their products. One of the reasons is because now many buyers are switching to online shopping. There are many types of online shopping applications. However, research needs to be done to choose the right online shopping application to market their products so that they are right on target and can increase sales turnover. The AHP Topsis method is used to assist the decision making process. AHP is used to calculate comparison values and create a hierarchical structure, while topsis helps in the decision-making process based on the criteria and alternatives offered. The results showed that the final preference value was 0.51 for attractive promotions and the number of active users of the application. Then the alternative applications that can be used are the Shopee and Tokopedia shopping applications based on the five alternatives offered.

Abstract

Currently, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology provides many internship schemes for students from various universities. However, to get there, universities usually conduct internal selections to screen students who are entitled to take part in the internship selection at independent campuses to match their competencies, abilities and talents. There are many ways that can be done, one of which is to determine certain decisions using the TOPSIS method. TOPSIS is ideally used to help solve problems that offer various alternative criteria. TOPSIS helps in the decision-making process. The results showed that the most ideal criterion was a high cumulative achievement index. The results of the research can be used as a reference model in the decision-making process

Abstract

Covid-19 in Indonesia has increased from January 2021 unti February 2021 there were 1,217,468 people who were confirmed positive for the corona virus. As a result the increase in the number, the government has taken preventive measures, one of which is the distribution of vaccines or vaccinating the Indonesian people, which has been started since January 13,2021. The government’s covid-19 vaccination efforts had a broad influence on the community through social media (especially Twitter) which then led to pros and cons. Therefore, sentiment analysis is needed to predict the tendency of public opinion regarding the Covid-19 vaccination policy which is classified into positive opinions, neutral opinions, and negative opinions. Random Forest Classifier has high performance compared to other machine learning methods. But the Random Forest Classifier is weak in the level of accuracy and stability of data, so it requires a selection feature to increase its accuracy by applying Information Gain which can increase accuracy by optimizing data features. Measurement of accuracy and sentiment prediction is measured by confusion matrix and classification report. The results show that the application of Information Gain can improve accuracy with the highest accuracy obtained in experiment 1 of 0.00747, that is 0.94776 from 0.94029 with a precision value of 0.65, recall 0.43 and f1-score 0.47 and have a tendency to have a neutral opinion on public tweets about the Covid-19 vaccination on Twitter

Abstract

Information technology that is currently developing provides opportunities for business actors to develop their business. One of the factors that make a business grow is the location of the business. It is not easy to determine the appropriate business location, so various selections are needed so as to be able to measure the feasibility of the location. The existence of a decision support system can assist in making decisions about determining the location. The method chosen is the AHP method combined with the WP method. To get the value calculated by the AHP method, data collection by interview and observation was used. The literature study is used in the calculation stages with the AHP and WP methods. The use of a combination of AHP and WP methods in determining the location of the business gives a ranking result, with the highest score achieved by the Royal location of 0.617 and the lowest value achieved by the Poris location of 0.094. After observing the new location, Royal for 3 months, there was an increase in sales in the first month by 3 million/15%, in the 2nd month by 4 million/19% and in the 3rd month by 7 million/30%

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder disease caused by the pancreas that cannot produce enough insulin or the body cannot use insulin effectively. Diabetes mellitus is usually caused by high blood sugar levels. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the performance results of the Naïve Bayes algorithm can produce a very good classification in the classification of diabetes mellitus. The Naïve Bayes algorithm was chosen because this algorithm is very suitable for use on many datasets and always provides a high level of accuracy with the large number of datasets used. This study used data from internal medicine polyclinic patients in 2019 and 2020, with a total of 908 data. The classification process in this study is carried out by entering data into RapidMiner and making a process design, then the data will be tested using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The results of the classification process using the Naïve Bayes algorithm show an accuracy of 93.70% and get an AUC value of 0.989

Abstract

Health is a very important field in human life, there have been many studies or studies conducted in the health sector, for example nutrition problems. Nutrients are needed by humans to live healthy in order to be able to move and carry out daily activities. For the fulfillment of nutrition in toddlers is usually influenced by social and economic factors of the family. Toddlers' bodies need balanced nutrition to be able to grow and develop properly. The results of the SSGI in 2021 the stunting rate nationally decreased by 1.6% per year from 27.7% in 2019 to 24.4% in 2021. The data used in this study was 1114 toddler data. From the results of training and data testing consisting of 5 attributes, namely gender, age, weight, height, and upper arm circumference and there are 4 classes for class division, namely over nutrition, good nutrition, less nutrition and poor nutrition. And it is known that the accuracy by using 10 data samples gets an accuracy value of 80%. Thus, the system built using the Naive Bayes method is considered successful in classifying the nutritional status of children under five
