Abstract

This research was conducted using quantitative data analysis techniques. The number of samples in this study was 100 consumers of Axel Barbershop who were taken by purposive sampling. Data collection in this study was carried out using a questionnaire, and data processing was carried out using SPSS V 20 software. This can be seen from the results of the t-test and f-test scores. The results of the t-test values in this study are service quality (2.274), price (7.373), both of which t-count results are greater than the t-table value (1.660). For the results of the f-test value in this study, namely (86.849), which result is greater than the f-table value (3.09). The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study has a value of 0.633, which means that service quality and price have an influence of 63.3% on consumer decisions, and the remaining 36.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to find, (1) how the level of awareness in empowering society BMT for the welfare of the BMT Serambi Madinah Kerinci. (2). To find out how the performance BMT Porch Medina in achieving the common goal of BMT developments foyer and for the community. (3). To determine the factors causing the lack of public awareness of the BMT Serambi Madniah Kerinci. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach and used data collection methods through observations, interviews, and documentation. By using comprehensive model analysis, namely domain analysis, taxonomy analysis, compositional analysis and cultural issue analysis. This study also used multiple models to validate the data triangulation to further refine this study. This study found, 1). One factor in the lack of public awareness in civilizing BMT is in spite of public awareness is relatively low both in terms of the management of the BMT and the system of sharia run by BMT itself, is also a lack of socialization between the BMT citizens regarding BMT nowadays still in the development of the quality of BMT. (2). available lack of information by the public against the BMT Serambi Madinah and its Lack of public knowledge about the system and mamfaat BMT for society into something that must be improved. Since society and the BMT should be a good cooperation in order to achieve the common goal of advancing the local economy. (3). BMT Serambi Madinah performance systems to improve public knowledge of the BMT in terms of empowering BMT for welfare, are still at the development stage and institutions still lack the BMT to community relations. This resulted in a lack of public awareness to BMT Serambi Madinah resulting lack of positive response from the community so as not achieving common goals in terms of improving the welfare of the community, especially medium. In the results of this study showed that, (1). the community has the same complaint against the BMT that a lack of people get information about BMT. (2). Medina Porch performance BMT managers today have not fully succeeded in its achievements. Because there are among of managers who do not work optimally in its function, resulting in inhibition of the progress of the foyer BMT Medina. (3). motivating factors to do the BMT in enhancing co-operation with the community is to be a good relationship between the BMT with the community either in the form of promotion or dissemination.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect between variables X1 (incentives), X2 (discipline) on Y (motivation) and the impact on Z (performance) of employees at the Jambi City Civil Service Police Unit. The object of research in this study is all non-permanent employees (PTT) and civil servant staff (PNS) totaling 143 people, with data sources obtained from direct respondent questionnaires as well as literature studies and other external data. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis and the data is processed using SPSS 22 with a path analysis approach. The results showed that the total effect of X1 and X2 on Y was 40.69%. The total effect of X1 and X2 on Z is 35.34%. From the comparison results, it can be seen that t-count is greater than t-table (t-count > t-table). Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. By comparing the number of significant levels (sig) of research with a significant level of 0.05 then 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that there is a significant influence between the Incentive (X1) and Discipline (X2) variables on Motivation (Y) and their impact on Performance (Z) an employee at the Jambi City Civil Service Police Unit.

Abstract

This research entitled "Analysis local financial performance Its Influence To Capital Expenditure Of Regency Of Batang Hari ". The purpose of the study is 1). To know and DOF, RKD And RKKD of the districts of Batang Hari region; 2). To know and analyze the influence of DOF, RKD And RKKD on capital expenditure The districts of Batang Hari. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis method. Descriptive analysis to analyze local financial capacity and quantitative analysis to analyze the influence of local financial ability on capital expenditure. The result of analysis shows that the financial capacity of Batang Hari Regency is seen from the degree of fiscal autonomy and the ratio of regional financial independence is categorized very low as well as the regional financial dependency ratio is still very high. The degree of fiscal autonomy have significant effect on the capital spending of the local government of Batang Hari Regency, then the ratio of local financial independence and of regional financial dependency have no significant effect on the capital spending of the local government of Batang Hari Regency..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze literacy entrepreneurship of students college. The respondens in this research is Students of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Jambi (STIE Jambi), sample was taken by purposive sampling techniques with number of samples in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The research method used a survey method through questionnaires distributed to STIE Jambi students who became research respondents. The instrument used to measure the entrepreneurship literacy Student is a questionnaire with questions consisting of several indicators, namely: basic knowledge of entrepreneurship, knowledge of business ideas and opportunities, and knowledge of business aspects. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research types. The data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire on a likert scale. The results indicated that entrepreneurship literacy students of STIE Jambi were all in the categories of excellent, namely with the value of the amount percentage 82% for indicators of basic entrepreneurship knowledge, 81% for indicators of knowledge of ideas and business opportunities, and 83% for average indicators of knowledge about business aspects.

Abstract

UMKM Tengteng Mamah Mimin are UMKM engaged in processed food with a manufacturing process using traditional methods. The purpose of this study is to determine the costs incurred, the number of products sold, and the profit and loss obtained. The amount of profit and loss obtained is a benchmark for the success of the business being run. In this study, it used Break Even Point (BEP) analysis as a tool to test business feasibility and find out the break-even point. By knowing the break-even point of UMKM Tengteng Mamah Mimin can plan the profit target you want to get. In this study, the author conducted a direct interview with UMKM business owner Tengteng Mamah Mimin. The result of this analysis is the fixed cost of its production which is Rp 168,000 and the variable cost for production which is Rp 1,456,000. UMKM Tengteng Mamah Mimin can produce 2.000 tengteng every day and with a selling price of Rp 2,500 per unit.

Abstract

Industrial revolution 4.0 requires company leaders to continue to innovate to compete. The leader of YES Institute Indonesia is currently facing new, bigger competition and better technology. Therefore, this study aims to determine the professionalism of millennial leaders with the character of State Defense in meeting the opportunities and challenges of the 4.0 industrial revolution era to produce a young generation who excel at YES Institute Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, through interviews with the Founder of YES Institute Indonesia, documentation, and literature. Data analysis using Interactive Model analysis with the help of ATLAS.ti software 9. The results show the opportunities faced by millennial leaders in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, namely utilizing technology through social media and websites to promote service products and educate the market, exchange ideas, increase knowledge and information, facilitate communication and discussion. While the challenges from yourself are caused by the closest people, limited team members, marketing professionals, new competitors, consistency. The challenge of innovation design is to add online services, develop websites and applications. The challenge is being able to upgrade yourself and accept change by utilizing social media and forming alumni groups to exchange ideas from different generations.

Abstract

Small and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) are crucial to a nation's economy, which has lately emerged as one of the primary forces behind the development of the public monetary system. The state of the economy is getting worse right now. SMEs with the financial means use tactics, of course. The goal of this study is to determine whether to evaluate the method that SMEs using chicken and fish (Bakar Goreng) employ to increase the volume of their goods. An illuminating strategy with a subjective methodology, together with interview and inspection techniques, is the exploration strategy employed. The study's unintended consequences are. The advertising strategy utilized in BaReng to increase the seriousness of MSME items is to divide the market into showcases without considering consumer behavior, without any special guidelines, and without restricting customer time. Choosing to display the time before significant events like Christmas or Eid. Use a variety of advertising strategies to raise awareness of product quality and price. Face the competition by providing products with enticing bundling and affordable prices. The availability of raw materials and exceptional product quality are supportive factors for the MSME promotion system in raising the seriousness of MSME products. The narrow market network, the lack of online media activities used as a tool for promotion, and the intense rivalry are the repressive factors for MSMEs in presenting procedures in increasing the intensity of MSME products.

Abstract

Hospitals have a very strategic role in the effort to accelerate the improvement of human health status. Health problems have become a basic need for the community, several empirical studies on people's satisfaction and physical evidence give inconsistent results where some studies show that people and physical evidence have no significant effect on satisfaction, but on the other hand there are also studies that show different things. Based on this explanation, the researcher is interested in submitting the research title "the influence of people and physical evidence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Kab. Muaro Jambi. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of people and physical evidence on inpatient satisfaction at Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Muaro Jambi Regency. The object of this study was hospitalized patients, while the variables studied were related to the community and physical evidence of patient satisfaction. The population in this study were inpatients at RSUD Ahmad Ripin Kab. Muaro Jambi with a total sample of 89 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing.The results showed that people did not have a significant positive effect on satisfaction at Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Muaro Jambi Regency, while physical evidence had a significant positive effect on satisfaction at Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Muaro Jambi Regency.

Abstract

Islamic banks in Indonesia are currently experiencing quite rapid development. This happens because of regulatory changes that make it easier to establish and operate Islamic banks. In addition, it is possible that the Indonesian people, who are mostly Muslim, have great potential for the development of Islamic banks, one of which is in the East Tanjung Jabung Regency area which has strong Islamic traditions. This study aims to look at the potential, preferences and behavior of the people of West Tanjung Jabung Regency towards Islamic banks. The results of the study show that the people of West Tanjung Jabung Regency have considerable potential for the development of Islamic banking which can be explained through demographic and economic factors. Preferences show that the people of West Tanjung Jabung Regency have an attitude of accepting Sharia principles and products, while the behavior of the people of West Tanjung Jabung Regency shows that they are interested in saving and obtaining financing from Islamic banks.
