Abstract

The aim of this study. To find out the effect of human relations, motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV Kabupeten Batanghari. The method of collecting data is used survey method used to obtain information from respondents by using interview techniques and distributing questionnaires and using Likert scale measurements. the sample in this study were employees at PT. Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV Kabupaten Batanghari. The analytical tool used is a multiple linear regression method using computer assistance through the SPSS 20.0 for Windows program. From the calculation of SPSS 20.0 obtained variable human relations tcount of 3.517, due to tcount> from t table, (3.517> 1.66571, meaning that the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable, which means there is a partial influence between human relations variables on employee performance at PT . Pratama Agro Sawit  in Batin XXIV Kabupaten Batanghari . Motivation variables are 6.515, due to t count> from t table, (6.515> 1.66571), meaning that the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable, which means there is a partial influence between motivation and achievement employee work at PT. Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV Kabupaten Batanghari. Variable work environment is 0.971. Due to t count <from t table, (0.971 <1.66571) means that the independent variable has no influence on the dependent variable, which means there is no influence partial between work environment and work performance ryawan at PT. Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV Kabupaten Batanghari. Simultaneous test (F Test), it can be concluded that the variable human relations, motivation and work environment shows a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV, which is proven by the value of F count 35,821 of greater than F table df n - k-1 then 78 - 3- 1 = 74 (F table = 2.73 or (35,821 > 2,73) The summary model of PT Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) in Batin XXIV above can be seen that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.668, so it can be concluded that the percentage influences human relations (X1), motivation (X2), and work environment variables  (X3 ) the variable employee performance at PT Pratama Agro Sawit (PAS) is 0.668 or 66.8% and the remaining 0.332 or 33.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethics, work discipline and employee commitment at Aro Puskesmas in Muara Bulian District. This study included descriptive verification research. The population of this study was 56 people. By using a Likert scale, it shows the variables of work ethics, work discipline and employee commitment are in a good category. And multiple regression to determine the relationship of work ethic, work discipline and employee commitment to the Aro Health Center in Muara Bulian District. The results of the study and discussion show that work ethic has a negative effect on employee performance, while work discipline variables and employee commitment variables have a positive effect on employee performance at Aro Health Center in Muara Bulian District. Simultaneously shows that work ethics, work discipline and employee commitment show an influence on employee performance. With the value of R Square of 0.725, this shows that work ethic, work discipline and employee commitment affect work performance as much as 72.5% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study raised concerns about the effect of job satisfaction to performance. The research was conducted within the scope of the precisely on the entire village in Batang Hari Regency. The performance of employees is among the key issues are constantly faced by the organization management. Therefore, among the tasks of the manager is a very important move employees to contribute to the success of the organization. The purpose of this study is to examine and determine the influence of job satisfaction and performance. Influence of job satisfaction and employee performance tested directly. To examine issues directly above the survey conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees village office. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed qualitatively and verification. Data analysis tool made by using Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the job satisfaction have an impact on performance 21,72%.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of supervision on employee performance at PT.Asuransi Central Asia, Tbk Jambi Branch, and the role of motivation as a mediating variable on the relationship between supervision and performance. The data in this study uses qualitative data by distributing questionnaires that include alternative answers that have been provided to respondents. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed to answer the formulation of the problem using the path analysis method. The results of this study indicate that supervision influences employee performance either directly or through motivation as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine how much investment is needed for development of Canopy and Light Steel Roof business in Lembah Kuamang village, Pelepat Ilir sub-district, Muara Bungo District. And then, was to assess all the aspect in business development of Canopy and Light Steel Roof and to assess the business development feasibility by analyzing Investment Criteria. The investment needed was Rp. 564,210,000,- which consists their own capital was Rp. 394,210,000,- bank loan was Rp. 170,000,000,- through bank credit at BRI Bank with 9%  interest rate. Aspects were assess, include legal aspects, management aspects and Human Resources, market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, financial and economic aspects. From the evaluation of business development feasibility of Canopy and Light Steel Roof in Lembah Kuamang village, Pelepat Ilir sub-district, Muara Bungo District, this business was feasible to be developed. Based on calculations using the investment criteria analysis on CV. Baja Jaya Las in Lembah Kuamang village, the result was: NPV: Rp. 223,944,943,452,- was greater than 1 means that this business is feasible to be developed, IRR 27.07% was greater than SOCC means that this business is feasible to be developed, NET B/C 1.56 was greater than 1 means this business is feasible to be developed, GROSS B/C 1.04 was greater than 1 means that this business is feasible to be developed, PR 2.08 was greater than 1 means that this business is feasible to be developed, BEP for 3 Years 9 Months 20 Days was greater than the economic age means that this business is feasible to be developed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the management of the school operational assistance fund (BOS). This research was conducted at SDN 34./1 Teratai. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Where the focus of this research is to describe / describe the Implementation of BOS SD Fund Management in 34 / I Teratai Public Elementary School, Muara Bulian Subdistrict, Batang Hari Regency, 2017. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of the management of BOS funds at SDN 34 / I Teratai has been running as it should in accordance with the Responsibility instructions for the use of BOS funds in 2017 even though the management of BOS funds has been carried out as well as possible but errors and shortcomings are still found even though only a small scope such as misplaced position and tax issues and even then it does not happen again but it is not an intentional element of the BOS funds manager and the problems encountered can still be corrected and resolved properly.

Abstract

This study uses primary data obtained by distributing question naires to visitors Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari. The population of this study amounted to 1,029 people with a total sample of 92 respondents. The analytical tool used is the Likert scale and scale range. From the research shows the condition of Office Facilities in the Regional Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari is known as an average index value of 3.63 or categorized as Good, because the Regional Library and Archives Service has training facilities for visitors. From the research shows that Service Quality in the Regional Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari is known as the average index value of 3.62 is in the Good category, because the Regional Library and Archives Service Provides polite and attentive service to visitors. From the study shows the Standard Operating Procedure at the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari District, it is known that the average index value of 3.61 is in the Good category, because the Regional Library and Archives Service has procedures that are in accordance with the applicable legal basis. From the research shows that the visitors' satisfaction at the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari is known as the average index value of 3.68 is in the Good category, because the visitors of the Regional Library and Archives Service are satisfied with the real, trusted, responsive, polite and confident services give it
