Abstract

This research aims to develop a theory of the role of theMaqashid al-Sharia as the basis for the decision of a Muslim consumers.It includes protecting religion (hifdzu-din), protecting the soul (hifdzunafs), protecting the mind (hifdzu-'aql), protecting offspring (hifdzunasl), and protecting the property (hifdzu-mal). Muslim consumers havethe advantage that they meet their needs not just to meet the individualneeds (material), but also meet social needs (spiritual). In Islam, aMuslim consumer should reflect his relationship with God (hablu minaAllah) and man (hablu mina an-nas). This concept is not found inconventional consumer behavior. This research was conducted in theresidential property industry that creates Islamic house concept. Islamichouse concept is a residential concept based on sharia law. The researchmethod used rating scale as a measure to determine the elements of themaqasid al-shariah were most responsible for Muslim consumerdecisions. The results of this study indicate that the elements of theMaqasid al-Sharia is very important, especially from the element ofprotecting religion (hifdzu-din), then protecting the property (hifdzumal), and the last is to protecting offspring (hifdzu-nasl).

Abstract

Infaq is a form of ibadah that has 2 dimensional forms, firstly is horizontal dimension and secondly is vertical dimension. In the first dimension, infaq is manifested as a form of servant’s obedience to the Creator. Secondly, it is showed as a form of caring to others. In Islamic Teaching, infaq as a form of ibadah is not only beneficial for recipients but also for the munfiq (donator) itself. Therefore this study aims to investigated the impact of infaq for the munfiq. The variables used in this study are the amount of infaq expenditures, income, age, marital status and faith. While the research method used in this research is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results obtained from this study indicate that infak has a significant effect on the welfare of the munfiq individual, as well as the income, age and faith variables. Meanwhile, the variable amount of infaq expenditure and marital status did not affect the welfare of the individual munfiq.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuankonsumen memberikan pengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan untukmenjadi nasabah pada PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP BSD TangerangSelatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitiankuantitatif, disebut penelitian kuantitatif dikarenakan data penelitianberupa angka-angka dan analisis menggunakan statistik. Alat uji yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode regresilinier sederhana, dengan metode ini akan didapat pengaruh variabel bebas(Pengetahuan Konsumen) terhadap variabel terikat (PengambilanKeputusan Menjadi Nasabah), dan yang menjadi sampel pada penelitianini adalah nasabah dana pihak ketiga pada PT. Bank Syariah MandiriKCP BSD Tangerang Selatan sebanyak 30 orang, pengambilan sampelmenggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan metodePurposive Sampling adalah metode pengambilan sampel secara sengajasesuai dengan persyaratan sampel yang diperlukan atau secara sengajamengambil sampel tertentu, dan peneliti mengambil 30 responden sebagaisampel penelitian. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian validitas danrealiabilitas terhadap data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan konsumen berpengaruh terhadapkeputusan konsumen sebesar 63,2 %, sedangkan sisanya 36,8%dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variable X (Pengetahuan Konsumen)yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This paper is to review the 5 selective aticles of Islamic Microfinance in order to highlight the crusial issues raised in the papers. The Findings of this article review is Islamic Micro Finance Institutions (IMFIs) is an effective tool to enhance the performance of Small Medium Entreprises and empower the poor society. Unfortunetelly, IMFIs have an ability to eradicate the poverty but still facing many problems to improve the capacity  the poorest of the poor people due to   financing in this group is very risk. Therefore, the social financing is needed to stimulate them, and one of the invention in microfinancing in this research is what we call as integrated financing schema for the poor which using waqaf instrument as a model of intervention to the poor society.

Abstract

Kesesuaian kurikulum pada program perbankan syariah berbandinglurus terhadap kebutuhan SDM perbankan syariah. Hal inidibuktikan pada penelitian di Sekolah Tinggi Ekonimi SyariahIslamic Village Tangerang pada Program Studi Perbankan Syariah.Kesesuaian ini dilihat pada para alumnus yang kompeten dandibutuhkan dalam dunia perbankan syariah. Penelitian inimenggunakan teori yang didasarkan pada regulasi yang dikeluarkanoleh Kementrian Pendidikan yaitu UU No.232/U/2000 dan UU No.045/U/2004 dan Kementrian Agama pada UU No.353/U/2004 yangmerupakan pedoman bagi seluruh perguruan tinggi di Indonesia.Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisa data adalah contentanalisys.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and demonstrate empirically on thesuccess rate ratio of non-performing loan (NPL) or non-performingfinancing (NPF) micro financing between PT. BRISyariah Bankand PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., During the periodDecember 2009 to 2012. This study is a comparative descriptivestudy. The data are secondary data in the form of financialstatements of earning assets by Bank Indonesia. Data analysis wasperformed using analysis of the ratio of Non Performing Financing(NPF) and NPL. Techniques analysis which used to compare thelevel of success NPF of microfinance BRI Shariah and BRI isMann-Whitney Test Method. The result shows that there aresignificant differences in the success rates of NPF micro financingbetween BRI Shariah and BRI. The study also concludes that thelevel of NPF/NPL of BRI Shariah is more eminent compare to BRI.However, refers to the provisions of Bank Indonesia that healthyor good NPF/NPL is ≤ 5%, BRI is still in ideal condition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkatpengetahuan santri dan guru Pondok Pesantren babus Salamterhadap minat menabung di Bank Syariah.Metode yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptifkuantitatif, dimana data yang diperoleh merupakan data primerseperti menyebarkan kuesioner atau angket kepada 100 orangresponden sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Pengujian statistikyang digunakan adalah model regresi sederhaha dan uji hipotesis.Hasil perhitungan statistik dengan data yang diperoleh dariresponden, variabel pengetahuan perbankan (X) menunjukkannilai t hitung 5,123 dan p value (sig) 0,000 dengan menggunakantingkat alpha 5%, maka posisi nilai probabilitas berada dibawahalpha, artinya variabel pengetahuan perbankan berpengaruhterhadap minat menabung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwanilai thitung lebih besar dari dari ttabel (5,123 > 1,660) maka Hoditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti adanya pengaruhpengetahuan perbankan terhadap minat menabung.

Abstract

Instagram is one of the social media platforms that quite popular among millennials, Instagram also could be used as an effective and efficient promotional media. Instagram also could be used by anyone without the need for special skills in supervision. This research aims to see whether the use of Instagram has an influence towards the Increase of Sharia Business Income in Islamic Village School of Islamic Economics students in Tangerang. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to all students of the Islamic Economic Higher Education, Tangerang, and 80 respondents, consisting of semester 4, semester 6 and semester 8 respondents as part of this study. This research used quantitative method with statistical testing using a simple linear regression model with the dependent variable is Sharia Business Income (Y) and the independent variable is Instagram testing (X), which is carried out using IBM SPSS 22 software. The results show that the Instagram variable (X) has an influence on the Sharia Business Income variable (Y). This is evidenced by the regression results which show the Instagram variable (X) statistically has a t count value of 5.680 and a t table value of 1.664, this indicates that t count> fromt table so that ???????? is accepted and ????o is rejected and it can be denied that Instagram has significant influence on the increase in Sharia Business Income at the College of Sharia Economics, Islamic Village, Tangerang and the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), Instagram has a direct influence on Sharia Business Income by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% (100% - 29.3%) by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengujiperbandingan pengaruh pembiayaan murabahah terhadap labaBank Mega Syariah Distrik Tangerang dengan menggunakanrasio Return On Asset (ROA). Metode yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, jenis datayang diperoleh merupakan data sekunder yang berdasarkandari hasil laporan keuangan perbulan 5 (lima) kantor cabangpembantu tahun 2015 yaitu Bank Mega Syariah Kantor CabangPembantu Curug, Bank Mega Syariah Kantor Cabang PembantuPasar Kemis, Bank Mega Syariah Kantor Cabang PembantuSukarasa, Bank Mega Syariah Kantor Cabang PembantuTangerang City dan Bank Mega Syariah Kantor CabangPembantu Modern BSD. Pengujian statistik yang digunakanadalah model regresi sederhana dan uji hipotesis. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan murabahah tidakmemberikan pengaruh langsung positif terhadap ROA (returnon asset).

Abstract

The nature of microfinance is to provide financial services andassist the poor people to become economically independent.Different with conventional microfinance that offers thefinancing scheme based on interest (read;riba), Islamicmicrofinance offers the financing scheme based on shariahprinciples to enhance the development of microentrepreneurs.The paper aims to present the art of baitulmaalwatamwil (BMT)as Islamic microfinance institution in eradicating poverty andpropose a conceptual model on the performance of BMT byanalyzing its efficiency. In the last twenty years, the growth ofBMTs increase significantly and have contributed positively tothe development of socio economic in Indonesia. Recently, it isestimated 4,000 BMTs operated and have enhanced thousandpoor people life. The paper believes that Islamic ethics offers byBMTs have attracted and accepted by society. The paper alsoidentifies the appropriate methods to evaluate efficiency ofBMTs, such evaluation of Islamic microfinance institution tofunction effectively to achieve socio economic objective inorder to increase its performance. The findings are not onlyrelevant and applicable to Indonesia but also to other muslimcountries and would be useful for further empirical research inthis area.
