Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing the work load and the need of human resources development in the provincial office of Population and Family Planning Agency of West NusaTenggara. This research is descriptive-qualitative study supported by qualitative data. The data were analyzed with Workload Indicator of Staffing Needs (WISN) and Force-Field Analysis (FFA). The samples were 72 respondents selected from 94 populations. With the WISN analysis, the research showed that there is different workload of each unit; 4 units are lack of human resources and 2 other units are surplus of human resources, and 1 unit had sufficient workload and human resources. With the FFA analysis of human resources development, the research showed that formal education, trainings, and workshops were needed to upgrade the knowledge and skills in equipment and drug for contraception, public speaking, partnership and information technology. This research recommended that authority do mutation, take outsourcing, and make partnership to balance the workload in each unit and develop human resources by making policy in terms of education, trainings, and workshop that support the job description.Keywords: workload, WISN, FFA, Human resources development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine suitable design of the Telkomsel culture approach ad by using the evaluation criteria the consumer of Sasak ethnic in Mataram. Methodologically, to prove the purpose of the study was using Mixed Methods Research that consisting of Focus-Group Research, and in-depth interviews,. The results of this study showed that the ideal design of Telkomsel's advertising design nuanced cultural according to consumers' evaluation criteria with the following attributes 1) Color; 2) Picture: Art and Cultural Events Other Sasak; 3) Information Features and Amenities: Features And major addition; 4) slogan: Relating to Identity Lombok Island, 5) information Price: Clearly in Any feature Promoted; 6) Size: Extra Large; 7) Media: Advertising Signage / Billboards Or Banners and 8) ad Location: Population in Each place Solid.Keywords: design, advertising, culture approach, consumer evaluation criteria

Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing and determining the significant effect of organizational communication and work motivation on the performance of lecturers in West Nusa Tenggara University (UNTB) Mataram as well as  determining which of the variables is the most dominantly affecting the performance of lecturers in West Nusa Tenggara University (UNTB) Mataram. This research is associative or causality study. The respondents were all  59 in this University. The data were analyzed with multiple linear regression using SPSS Program.The research showed that 1) Organisational communication variable had positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers in West Nusa Tenggara University (UNTB) Mataram, 2) Work Motivation variable had positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers in West Nusa Tenggara University (UNTB) Mataram, and 3) Organisational Communication variable had the most dominant effect on the performance of lecturers in West Nusa Tenggara University (UNTB) Mataram.Based on these findings, it is recommended that UNTB management improves the level of effective communication and work motivation to improve the level of working performance. It also directs future research to cope with other variables such as the university leaders’ perspectives to triangulate the findings. Keywords : organizational communication, work motivation, performance of lecturers

Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing the effect of consumers’ ethnocentrism on the perception of product quality and buying intention of ayam taliwang (a case study on Rumah Makan Taliwang I Cakranegara). This is quantitative study. The population are individual and community who already know the ayam taliwang product in Mataram. The sampel were 100 respondents selected through accidental sampling and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The research showed that cosumers’ etnosentrism had significant effect on the buying intention of ayam taliwang in Rumah Makan Taliwang I Cakranegara. The consumers’ etnosentrism had also effect on the perception of product quality which means that the more positive of consumers ethnocentrism the better the perception of product quality of ayam taliwang. Perception of product quality moderated the correlation between consumers’ ethnosentrism and buying intention, which means that the higher the perception of product quality, the stronger the correlation between consumers’ etnosentrism and buying intention. This research implied theoretically and managerially in the context of product of ayam taliwang in Rumah Makan Taliwang I Cakranegara. Keywords : consumers’ ethnosentrism, perception of product quality and buying intention.

Abstract

This research is aimed at determining the significant effect of work habit, work load, and compensasion on the work satisfaction of contract staffs in Mataram University. This research is associative causality study. The population of this research are 344 contract staffs working in the administration from which 185 samples were selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. The analysis were conducted with multiple linear regression. The research showed that 1) work habit had positive and significant effect on the work satisfaction, 2) work load had negative but not significant effect on the work satisfaction, 3) compensasion had positive and significant effect on the work satisfaction. The Recommendation given that to improve a work satisfaction can be done through improving the work habit and compensation. Improving the work habit includes work discipline and enhancing the sense of belonging to the organization through the appreciation the expertise as well as provide role in the work. The aspect of compensation, the amount of compensation and timeliness of the provision needs to be increase. The application of incentives periodically is also necessary. Aspects of the work load is necessary to develop the job characteristics so that the work load is not impressed light. Keywords:  work habbit, work load, compensation, work satisfaction

Abstract

            This research is aimed at analyzing the effect of company growth, capital structure, and profitability on the value of the company. The object of  this research is manufacture companies registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. The sample of this research is selected through purposive sampling. There are 21 companies of 146 manufacture companies selected as the samples. The data were analyzed with path analysis. The research showed that company growth did not have significant direct effect on the value of company, while the capital structure and profitability had significant effect on the value of the company. Company growth and capital structure did not have significant effect on the value of company through profitability. Company growth had negative effect on profitability while profitability had positive effect on the value of the company. Profitability is not able to be the intervening variable.Keywords : company growth, capital structure, profitability, and value of the company.

Abstract

The objective of this research are to determine influance of system information quality, informtion quality and using of competence basis technology acceptance model enterprice resorces planning on PT. Telkom Kandatel Mataram.This research using multiple linear regressions with SPSS program. The result showed that information system quality and information quality has no influence on the implementation of Technology Acceptance Model –Based ERP system. Abstract

This research main aimed was to analys the effect of word of mouth (WOM), service quality, product quality, and promotion on the consumers purchasing decision. The research was conducted by the consumers of TF Miracle Water. This research was done based on survey received from 100 respondent. Based on the consumer surveys many find that WOM, service quality, and promotion have positive impact on purchasing decision. While product quality had positive but not significant effect on the consumers purchasing decision. This research showed that WOM is the main importance on consumer purchased. Research shows TF Miracle Water pay attention and consider the WOM, service quality, product quality, and promotion more comprehensively to determine the marketing strategy to build consumers purchasing decision. Keywords    :  Word Of Mouth (WOM), Service Quality, Product Quality, Promotion, and Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing and determining the significance of the effect of Islamic leadership on the Islamic performance, analyzing and determining the significance of the effect of Islamic work ethic on the Islamic performance, analyzing and determining the significance of the effect of Islamic organizational culture on the Islamic performance, analyzing determining the significance of the leadership on the Islamic performance with Islamic organizational culture as moderating variable, and analyzing and determining the significance of the effect Islamic work ethic on the Islamic performance with Islamic organizational culture as moderating variable.The population of this research are all 261 employees working in Islamic Hospital of Siti Hajar Mataram. The sample were 72 respondent. The analysis were performance to examine the hypothesis with PLS-SEM analysis using smartPLS 3.0.The research showed that the Islamic leadership had positive but no significant effect on Islamic performance, the Islamic work ethic had positive and significant effect on Islamic performance, the Islamic organizational culture had positive and significant effect on the Islamic performance, the Islamic organizational culture did not strengthen the effect Islamic leadership on the Islamic performance, while the Islamic organizational culture strengthened the effect Islamic work ethic on the Islamic performance. Keywords :  Islamic leadership, Islamic work ethic, Islamic organizational culture, Islamic performance.
