Determination of Prambanan temple as a world cultural heritage implications for the nation's responsibility and obligation to protect and preserve the building in accordance with the convention set by UNESCO. The Convention, among others keep building preservation from the danger of war, physical damage because with age, and natural disasters. An earthquake with magnitude 6.3 in Yogyakarta in 2006 made Prambanan little structural damage. One of them is the fall of the temple stones. Historical sites requires electrical energy, especially light to keep the nation's inheritance of crime and vandalism. The electricity supply is particularly important given the current post-earthquake infrastructure much impaired and this is where alternative energy power plants is needed. The application of solar power technology offgrid System in the future is as a replacement or substitution in diesel fuel usage, as well as to increase the ratio of electricity. The study provides recommendations placement of solar cell three locations namely at location A (coordinates 110.491 -7.751 S E) with an area of 0.31 hectares, the location B (coordinates 110.493 -7.752 S E) with anarea of 0.06 hectares, and the location C Location C (coordinates 110.491 -7.750 S E) with an area of 0.05 hectares. Solar modules produced when dibutuhan power of 1500 Watts takes 47 modules with energy generated by 40 kWh. Based on a simulation of a computer program on the area of 100m2 takes 50 solar modules for generating electrical energy 53.56 kWh per day.

Boeing 737 requires a mains voltage of 115 volts AC, 28 volt AC and 28 volts DC to operate. The voltage obtained from various sources of electrical energy. The main source of electrical energy are two generator that produces AC voltage of 115 volts, 400 Hz. Electrical protection system on the aircraft is made to the security system of electrical equipment installed in the power system in the aircraft. The purpose of the protection system is to prevent damage to electrical equipment due to disturbances such as over current, under-voltage, high voltage, over frequency, under frequency, and differential current. In addition, to reduce the number of accidents due to aircraft electrical equipment always gated. For the control and safety on aircraft electrical system own Generator Control Unit (GCU) and Bus Protection Panel (BPP) with different functions. Electrical installation on aircraft designed for air still have power even though in a state of emergency, in order to keep operating safely and comfortably.

Nowadays, almost all distribution system of medium voltage in Jakarta using underground cable system. The average life of cable over the last 10 years. Because of that total of cable fault in 2013-2015 are 10.273 cases with average 3000 cases per year this cases cause by external and internal interruption. It is represent a defiance to avoid the number of cable fault so it can improve reliability of distribution system. Index reliability in distribution system are SAIDI & SAIFI. Routine check is realy necessary to avoid any failure in the cable system. Internal interruption in underground cbale usually caused by partial discharge activity. Oscillating Wave Test System (OWTS) can record any partial discharge activity in cable by giving testing voltage to cable.

PT. PLN (Persero) is a company engaged in the field of electricity supply. PLN is required to distribute electrical energy reliably and in accordance with the level of quality of service that has beendetermined. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the extent outage with SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) and SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index). With SAIDI can be taken remedial measures subsystems, both components or equipment. Whereas with SAIFI can be taken remedial measures to overcome burnout procedure and speed up the repair time. In this research will be discussed, the calcution of the level of reliability (SAIDI, SAIFI) and the power loss is not channeled by interference outages in PT. PLN (Persero) Region Substation Feeder Simpang Haru Polamas 2015.

Rising temperatures can lead to bearing the risk of the gas turbine trip. Because of the many possible causes of bearing temperature increases, the temperature monitoring system required bearing space as an indication of a gas leak heat on the room bearing and additional more accurate analysis to determine the cause of the high temperature turbine bearing. The system of monitoring the temperature in the room bearing will monitor continuously, so that any interference was observed immediately handled by appropriate methods and the possibility of operating losses for their trip from the increase in turbine bearings can be avoided.

To maintain power transformers needed security from tampering. One of these is differential relays. In these case that will be studied is the transformer differential relay MiCOM P645 by using RTDS to result showed the feasibility of the differential relay.Where control through software RSCAD. Detection function activated includes diferential function, the function of limited soil disturbance ( REF ) and impaired function CT when saturation.

Of electricity demand is very high, so as to reduce the impact of interference on the network system, the power plants are required to operate Free governor mode. But the pattern of the operation has external and internal impact plants. External impacts PLN P3B generation transmission system will be more stable. Disturbances in the system will be normalized by power plants operating in Free governor mode. Ie internal impact plant operation pattern Free governor mode will cause the load pattern to follow PLN P3B. Expenses continue to change may affect the efficiency and life of plant equipment. The performance of gas turbines at the plant commonly called the heat rate. The higher the heat rate indicates that the efficiency of the turbines is lower. The results of the analysis of the performance of gas turbines 2.2 with patterns limit load operation mode and free mode governor Muara Karang Blok 2 concluded that the pattern of the governor PLTGU free operation causes the fuel gas consumption increases so that the efficiency of gas turbines declined. In this study, the test results after maintenance heat rate (Turbine Inspection) is used as the value of the performance comparison of the performance of gas turbine during operation with a load limit and free patterns governor.

Interference is unavoidable in an environment where multiple wireless communication systems co-exist and work on a similar frequency band. Since a number of wireless technologies such as 6LowPAN, ZigBee, Bluetooth, and WiFi are all using the 2.4 GHz free-licence frequency band, the possibility of interference between them has to be addressed in any design and implementation of a WSN. This article initially identifies the causes of interference in WSNs and then introduces strategies for detecting and mitigating the interference, including maintaining physical and frequency separations between the victim systems and interferer and employing effective routing protocols.

Sumber energi terbarukan mempunyai sifat terbarukan serta berkesinambungan dan pemanfaatan sumber energi terbarukan merupakan alternatif yang perlu terus dikembangkan. Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) menggunakan energi matahari sebagai sumber terbarukan dan mengkonversi energi matahari menjadi energi listrik. Untuk memaksimalkan intensitas matahari yang diterima oleh panel surya maka pada perancangan sistem dibutuhkan sudut kemiringan panel yang paling tepat untuk menerima radiasi matahari yang paling tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peningkatan arus keluaran terhadap perubahan sudut kemiringan pada photovoltaic, dengan menggunakan regretion quadratic method. Hasil yang diperoleh pengukuran sudut kemiringan PV dengan arus keluaran menggunakan metode regresi kuadratik sudut optimum peletakan panel sel surya dalam menerima paparan radiasi sinar matahari pada sudut 36.7º, dengan nilai arus keluaran sebesar 1.99 Ampere. Ternyata hasil pengukuran real dibandingkan dengan menggunakan metode regresi kuadratik diperoleh hasil nilai RMSE (root mean sequre error) 0.27476.

In this paper discusses the design of solar power plants (SPP) is used for BTS tower1500 watt with a off grid systems. Design is calculated technically and simulated with computer software to determine an estimate of the electrical energy produced by the solar module. And also, count the use of the battery if there is no sun or autonomy days.
