Indonesia Smart Card is a cash assistance from the government given to students whose parents are less able to finance their education. As a continuation and expansion of the objectives of the Poor Student Assistance (BSM) program. KIP has the goal of increasing access for children aged 6 (six) to 21 (twenty one years). In Primary School 091329 in the recipient of the Smart Indonesia Card faces many problems As students who are entitled to receive assistance actually do not receive. because of that there were protests and demonstrations caused by Kartu Indonesia Pintar which were not on target. The criteria for Indonesian card recipients are smart social protection card holders, parents' income, no vehicles, no dependents, orphans. In its implementation, it certainly has obstacles in deciding who students get the smart Indonesian card. To solve the problem, a weighted Sum Model (WSM) decision support system can overcome this problem. By applying the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) which is relatively easy and fast, it is believed to be able to get the best results. This research can provide information to the school in the recipient of the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) for the following year. Students are one of the substances that need to be considered in relation to the world of education today. The difficulty of getting students makes the school have to optimize the learning system and infrastructure as well to attract the interest of new students and also make students who have gone to school not drop out or drop out. One of the factors contributing to the large number of students dropping out is because of the lack of policies and actions from the education institutions to keep their students from dropping out. The purpose of this study was to classify potentially dropout students and not have the potential to drop out with the C4.5 algorithm as a reference in making policies and actions to reduce the number of students dropping out. The classification results of the C4.5 algorithm are evaluated and validated with RapidMinerStudio to determine the accuracy of the C4.5 Algorithm in classifying potential dropouts.Keywords: Student dropout, Classification, C4.5 Algorithm

Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS abbreviated) is a set of symptoms and infections that arise due to the destruction of the human immune system due to HIV viral infection. This study discusses about Rapidminer Application in Grouping Cases of AIDS Disease by Province with K-medoid Clustering Data Mining. The rise of AIDS cases in Indonesia has become a case that never escapes government attention. Attention to the ever increasing rate of death makes people worry about the spread of the AIDS virus. Sources of data and research are collected from the information document Number of Villages Who Have Health Facilities produced by the Social Security Administering Board. The data used in this study is data from 2008-2011 which consists of 34 provinces. Assessment criteria used are 2 ie 1). the average number of AIDS cases and 2). the average number of AIDS cases deaths were managed using 3 clusters ie high cluster level (C1), medium cluster level (C2) and low cluster level (C3). So that the cluster C1 obtained for Cases of AIDS Disease by Province as many as 4 provinces of Papua, DKI Jakarta, West Java and East Java, 9 provinces for cluster C2 and for cluster C3 as much as 20. Natural disaster is a natural event that is difficult to avoid and difficult to estimate the exact impact of natural disasters that can be fatalities, social environment, propety, losses, even distrubance to the community even though it is very likely to occur. As for the disasters that often occur in Indonesia including floods, landslides, tsunamis, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. The lack of relief supplies provided by the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) was caused by the absence of data on the need for assistance provided. Therefore it is necessary to analyze natural disaster data that has happened before to be used to predict the impact caused by natural disasters. Prediction of the amount of assistance needed can be done using data mining techniques, therefore this study amis to analyzenatural disaster data using data mining methods using the J48 algorithm. To analyze natural disastr data for prediction of the impact can be used by rapidminer testing so that the results can be in the form of a decision tree.Keywords: Data Mining, Natural Disaster Data, J48 Algorithm

This study aims to determine the most fundamental factors in influencing student interest in entrepreneurship at Pematangsianta. The method used in decision making is the ELECTRE II method. Which will be implemented into vb net 2010. The photo is made into a visual recording that has historical value or a memento. However, many memorable photos no longer look good and have noise due to the effectiveness of nature such as the evaporation of liquid that is around the image, it can also be dust or water on the surface of the image, besides that the noise can also be caused by plastic and paper materials that contained in the place where the image is stored as a photo album. For noise caused when taking digital images from camera devices can be in the form of a smoke or light coil that causes the image display is not clear. When the process of capturing RGB images often encountered noise such as black spots. Noise can be improved with several image enhancement techniques such as smoothing, leveling, and convolution. One of the improvements in noise in digital images can be done with Homomorphic filtering Method. Image improvement using the Homomorphic filtering method followed by Butterworth Filtering is part of the discrete fourier transform algorithm which confirms a concept that is rarely used to improve RGB images. Smartphones in addition to being a smartphone communication tool also functions as a tool for finding information. One application that is currently widely used by students and the public is KUHP application that run in mobile. KUHP application is an application that contains material of criminal laws. The KUHP application has large material and is stored in the application database after it is installed. The large size of the database of the Criminal Code application causes the need for large memory space at mobile. This has become one of the causes of smartphone memory performance to be reduced and slow. Compression technique can be used as a solution to the problem above. Compression aims to compress large data sizes into smaller ones, so that the required storage space decreases. This study describes how to do the compression process of the KUHP application material based on the Even Rodeh Code algorithm. Based on the results of tests conducted to compress 280 bits of data, it was found that the size of the data after being compressed was 176 bits, with compression ratio is 62.8%, ratio of compression is 1.59 bits, and redundancy is 37.2%.Keywords: Compression, KUHP Aplication, Even Rodeh Code, Database

The size of the data that is owned by an application today is very influential on the amount of space in the memory needed one of which is a mobile-based application. One mobile application that is widely used by students and the public at this time is the Complete Natural Knowledge Summary (Rangkuman Pengetahuan Alam Lengkap or RPAL) application. The RPAL application requires a large amount of material storage space in the mobile memory after it has been installed, so it can cause this application to be ineffective (slow). Compression of data can be used as a solution to reduce the size of the data so as to minimize the need for space in memory. The levestein algorithm is a compression technique algorithm that can be used to compress material stored in the RPAL application database, so that the database size is small. This study describes how to compress the RPAL application database records, so as to minimize the space needed on memory. Based on tests conducted on 128 characters of data (200 bits), the compression results obtained of 136 bits (17 characters) with a compression ratio is 68% and redundancy is 32%.Keywords: compression, levestein, aplication, RPAL, text, database, mobile

The development of information technology is very fast, causing a lot of security holes that can be misused by people who are not responsible so that it can harm certain parties. Digital images are chosen as a container for inserting messages because digital images have sufficient size to hold the message and digital images are often used in information exchange so as not to invite suspicion from irresponsible parties. The information to be sent is hidden in a digital image, then the digital image is sent as normal data, so that third parties do not suspect that there is confidential information inside. Information that is hidden in the digital image can be extracted again by the recipient of the message. Pixel Value Differencing (PVD) works on a pair of adjacent pixel values (adjacent pixels). The advantage of the Pixel Value Differencing (PVD) method is that the capacity of the image generated to insert a message can be smaller than its original size, the processing time of this method is quite fast, after the message is inserted, the image quality has good quality. Grand Sirao Hotel is a hotel that stands in the middle of Medan City, located on Jl. Semarang. Grand Sirao Hotel is an attractive hotel in the sector of cooperation in certain fields, but in this hotel it often happens in cooperation with outside companies. One of the problems that often occurs at the Grand Sirao Hotel is the constrained stock of goods needed for guests staying at the hotel, items that are often constrained which are usually in the form of sandals and toiletries that are in short supply. This problem often arises because of the many other factors between companies related to hotel owners themselves, debates that often arise from hotel owner claims include quality of goods that are sometimes incompatible with reservations and need to be taken into account, inventory can be exhausted, prices always go up because of skyrocketing market prices and other problems. This collaboration problem arises due to lack of success in determining partnerships with related companies that are not appropriate and in company selection is also still manual and there are appropriate systems and criteria. Therefore a decision support system is needed in the selection of partners upon the proposed approval. One solution to this problem that is right is to make a decision system in the decision of the company's business partners so that the determination of cooperation in accordance with the right requirements. By using a Decision Support System (SPK) is expected to help the company in making decisions made by the right company partners in increasing the efficiency of the decision. PSI (Index Selection Preference Method) is a method for solving multi-decision making (MCDM) decisions. In the proposed method it is not necessary to submit among the attributes. There are no attributes required in computing that are involved in decision making. It is hoped that by using the PSI (Index Selection Preference) Method, it is necessary to establish a decision support system which can assist in the selection of corporate cooperation partners at the Grand Sirao Hotel.Keywords: Determination of Cooperation Partners, Decision Support System, PSI (Index Selection Preference)
