Therefore, there is a solution, namely in the form of a solution used in the Text Mining Algorithm to discover new information that was previously unknown and extract valuable information from text automatically from different sources, while the TF-IDF Algorithm is used to determine the frequency value of words. in the document. In this research, sentiment refers to the public's view of the Persecution Law, whether positive or negative. The final result of this sentiment analysis is a positive sentiment value of 56.746% while the negative sentiment value is 43.254%. So it is hoped that it can provide information about the extent to which the Persecution Law can be accepted by society by understanding public sentiment. Apart from that, this research also conceptualizes the Text Mining Algorithm and the TF-IDF Algorithm as powerful tools for analyzing text data in the context of sentiment analysis.

The increasing use of information has created storage problems and indirectly increased the need to store information. Larger files require more disk space. A database record is a collection of files/tables that form a database. The problem that often occurs in database records is the large amount of data or records stored in the database, which makes the database size large. Over time the database used increases, it will quickly fill disk space. To reduce data storage space, compression techniques are used. Record compression in the database is used to reduce the size of data stored in the database. By reducing the size of records in a database, compression can save the storage space required and can affect the data transfer speed in the database. Compression of records in the database is done using an algorithm, namely the Tabo Code algorithm. The research results show that the Taboo Code algorithm can produce a good level of compression for records in the database. Compression can be measured by a high compression ratio, which means that the size of the data after compression is much smaller than the size of the original data. The results are Ratio Comprassion (RC) = 1.391, Comprassion Ratio (CR) = 71.87%, Redundancy (RD) = 28.12% and Space Saving (Ss) = 71.88%.

Arabica Cafe is a coffee shop that provides various types of coffee and drinks which have their own characteristics depending on the coffee maker or barista who makes the coffee. Based on interviews conducted with the owner of Arabica Cafe and several related parties, it was explained that the assessment of prospective baristas who apply is still based on individuals so that lack of accuracy in recruiting prospective baristas is considered to be an ongoing problem for cafe owners. therefore a decision support system (DSS) is needed which is expected to be able to help in resolving these problems. A Decision Support System (SPK) is a computerized system used to assist decision making in a company or organization. The decision support system as a solution in solving problems with the application and application of the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method which is able to provide maximum results to obtain superior barista recruitment is Fanny Sembiring in alternative A9 with a result of 0.80832 as the alternative chosen in the recruitment of baristas after going through the stages application of the method.

Decision Support System is an information system that is flexible, interactive, adaptable and developed to provide information, modeling and data manipulation so that it can produce various alternative decisions and answers in helping management deal with various problems. Meanwhile, Pantarlih is an officer formed by the Voting Committee (PPS) to update and register voter data. The difficulty in determining pantarli is that there is an election that is not transparent or not open, one of which is by showing directly and not based on certain criteria so that those selected as Pantarlih in Ujung Serdang village do not have good abilities. For this reason, a decision support system (SPK) is needed that can assist the committee in determining Pantarlih contract workers who are in accordance with the criteria needed.PSI method is a method for solving multicriteria decision making (MCDM). By using many criteria, a decision support system for pantarlih selection can be carried out at the tj.morawa sub-district election committee office. In addition, the results of the PSI method are based on ranking so as to determine who is selected to become Pantarlih contract workers based on ranking and the number of Pantarlih contract workers received.

Streaming is a service that transmits video and audio over the internet. In this application, users can obtain video files such as movies by downloading or installing them through Android. However, downloading video files with a considerable duration can increase the usage capacity on Android storage, and sending such files may require a long time. To address this issue, it is necessary to compress the downloaded video files using one of the algorithms available in compression. Compression is a process of transforming a set of data into a code or symbol to save storage space and prevent the file size from becoming too large. Many algorithms have been developed in the compression process, one of which is the arithmetic coding algorithm. Arithmetic coding is a lossless compression technique, meaning it produces data that is identical to the original and does not lose information during compression and decompression processes. By using the arithmetic coding algorithm, the system achieves a Compression Ratio performance of (2.5), Compression Ratio of (40%), space saving of (60%), and Redundancy of (60%).

In design, the use of images and animation is very important to create a stronger message and attract the attention of the audience. Adobe Illustrator is a very popular vector graphic design program used by graphic designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals. Files with the .ai extension are typically used to store vector graphics and designs created in Adobe Illustrator. Files created with this extension have a higher resolution, so of course the file size will be much larger which requires more storage space and takes longer to send and open. This problem can be solved by compressing the data. Data compression can speed up data transmission due to smaller storage sizes in internal and external memory. There are many algorithms that can be used in data compression. One such algorithm is the LZY Algorithm. The final result of applying .ai file compression using the LZY algorithm with a compression ratio result of 90.62% and a space spacing result of 9.38%. Therefore, in this study the algorithm used is the LZY algorithm sufficient to overcome the above problems.

Paskibraka Selection is an activity carried out by DISPORA Medan City. Every year, the aim is to find the best sons and daughters who will be assigned as heirloom flag raisers at the State Palace during the Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day celebrations. At the end of the selection of Paskibraka candidates for Medan City, there were still many shortcomings. The Medan City Paskibraka Committee still uses manual methods to determine the final score for each participant from all stages of the test held. The assessment of the test stages with a relatively large number of participants will make it difficult for the committee to consider the assessment that has been determined appropriately and accurately. Based on the problems described above, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed to overcome existing problems. By applying the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method which can provide decision making based on direct comparisons of various values accurately and quickly. It is hoped that it can help the Medan City DISPORA Committee in making decisions on accepting the selection of Medan City Paskibraka candidates. The results of this research show that the Decision Support System (SPK) built using the MAUT method can assess the selection of Medan City Paskibraka candidates with the results obtained 10 of the best alternatives, namely, A5 (Raga Rindang Harahap) with the highest final score of 0 006572 Boby Kurniawan Lubis) 0.003267, A9 (Vivi Novita Hasibuan) 0.003267, A16 (Ahmad Fikri) 0.003267, and A17 (Risma Yanti Patricia) 0.003267.

Data compression (data utilization) is a technique to reduce the amount of data size (compression result) of the original data. To solve this problem, it is recommended to compress text files with a suitable algorithm to get optimal results. The analysis is done by comparing the working process of Huffman algorithm and Boldi Vigna algorithm. To compress text files these two algorithms are measured by Compression Ratio, Birate, Space Caving, and Time Compression. the file to be compressed is a text file in TXT format. Text file compression minimizes the storage of a collection of bits in a text file resulting in a smaller size. In the comparison of the two Huffman algorithms with Boldi Vigna, both have a type of lossless compression algorithm, which is a type of compression that can be decompressed and the results obtained from the comparison of the two algorithms, that the Huffman algorithm is superior to Boldi Vigna.

Removing manual ticketing to electronic ticketing is a manual ticketing. Many people complain that the method of ticketing does not comply with procedures, there are misunderstandings in manual ticketing and in manual ticketing this is also an opportunity for extortion. The algorithms that will be used to support the removal of manual traffic tickets from electronic tickets are the Text Mining Algorithm and TF-IDF. The solution is to avoid errors in ticketing by holding electronic tickets using sophisticated CCTV where the image or video results are automatically saved and the data of drivers who violate traffic automatically displays the data of drivers who violate traffic. With the existence of electronic tickets, people are more compliant with traffic and the number of traffic violations has decreased. Using the Text Mining Algorithm and TF-IDF, you will get the results of the percentage of positive and negative sentiment from each public opinion comment via Twitter social media regarding the elimination of manual traffic tickets into electronic tickets, which in turn the results of the comments can be used as a reference for opinions from the results of the comments.

AVI Video Files First introduced in 1992 by Microsoft, AVI videos were all the rage during the 90s and early 2000s. This container can only hold video and audio clips and can also store multiple tracks of each type, but this feature is rarely used. AVI playback is nearly universal, but has some compression limitations that result in larger than average file sizes. One of the problems that often occurs in using video is problems related to the size of the video. If the video size is large, a large storage capacity is required from the recipient. Based on these problems, a data reduction technique is needed or what is usually called a compression technique. The compression technique requires an algorithm in this research. The algorithm used is the Elias Omega algorithm and Addtive Code. The right solution to this problem is compression because the purpose of data compression is to representing digital data with as few bits as possible, the problem above will be solved using the Elias Omega Algoritama and Additive Code in compressing AVI video files. This research produces a performance level of the compression algorithm, it will measure the performance of the AVI Audio Video file compression results according to the parameters which has been specified. From the calculations that have been calculated, it can be concluded that the percentage of compression results for Audio VideoAVI files using the Elias Omega algorithm is 6,600 and the Additive Code algorithm is 6,426.
