Abstract

The abbreviation for PBI JK is Recipients of Health Insurance Contribution Assistance, where PBI JK Social Assistance is a monthly contribution. This assistance is paid by the central government to certain communities in the health sector through BPJS Health for free without paying contributions. PBI JK which addresses the needy, the poor, the lower middle class, those who do not have a steady income, inadequate housing or those who do not have a home and many other provisions as members of the PBI JK. Problems that often occur when selecting aid recipients PBI JK social assistance at the Medan Senembah village office is manual field information collection carried out by the Medan Senembah village implementation team, resulting in a long work process. In this case, a decision support system requires a decision support system using the PSI method because this method does not need to determine the relative importance between attributes. The use of the PSI method is useful when there is a conflict in determining the relative importance between attributes. The criteria weighting assessment stages are selected based on the data in the decision matrix according to predetermined standards and the criteria weightings have been identified objectively using PSI.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the use of data compression technology is very important because the utilization of data in electronic form is faster for exchanging information. Large file sizes require a lot of storage space. MP3-extended audio files have a large size compared to other types of video files. Because the size of the MP3 file is too large, the process of sending data takes a long time. One of the techniques needed for this problem is compression. Compression is the process of resizing data to a smaller size. The algorithms used in this research are the Elias Gamma Code and Punctured Elias Code algorithms, which have their own advantages and disadvantages. After the two algorithms are compressed, a comparison of the two algorithms is made using the lossless compression method. The lossless compression comparison method is one of the methods used to determine the priority order of alternative decisions based on several criteria. The final result of the comparison process with the lossless compression method obtained a result of 74.2%, which is the Punctured Elias Code algorithm. So that the algorithm becomes the fastest and most effective algorithm in compressing audio files, this is because the smaller the total value obtained, the less effort made by the algorithm in compression.

Abstract

The development of transportation technology can have an impact on better human life in order to facilitate movement and meet all the needs of life. But sometimes there are problems that do not support the change in the transition of conventional vehicles to electricity, due to the lack of adequate infrastructure for charging electric energy, inconclusive weather conditions, and the value of prices that are still high, so that the community itself supports and does not support the change in the transition. Therefore, there is a solution that is used in the Text Mining Algorithm: the discovery of new information that was previously unknown and the extraction of valuable information from text automatically from different sources, while the TF-IDF Algorithm is used to determine the frequency value of words in documents. In this research, sentiment refers to people's views on the transition of conventional vehicles to electricity, whether they are positive or negative. The final result of this sentiment analysis is a positive sentiment value of 71.821%, while the negative sentiment value is 28.179%. So it is expected to provide information about the extent to which the transition from conventional to electric vehicles can be accepted by the public by understanding public sentiment. In addition, this research also conceptualizes the Text Mining Algorithm and the TF-IDF Algorithm as powerful tools for analyzing text data in the context of sentiment analysis.

Abstract

One of the government programs at the West Delitua subdistrict office is social assistance assistance. The distribution of aid must be carried out transparently or by family card so that the aid provided is received by less fortunate people directly. Many underprivileged families will be selected conventionally, which is feared to result in inaccuracies in assessing or selecting objectively, which could result in social assistance assistance not being distributed to people who are truly incapacitated and could result in inaccuracies. This problem can be corrected by building a decision support system, namely the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method. It is hoped that this application can help the West Delitua subdistrict office in making decisions quickly, precisely and fairly. This application requires alternative data and features. The system will provide an "accepted" decision if the quantitative utility value obtained from an alternative is not accepted or rejected.

Abstract

The selection of production leaders at PT. Sagami Indonesia is determined based on the scores obtained from each criterion set by the company. However, choosing a leader is not easy due to the presence of many candidates meeting the criteria, and the results obtained are still less effective because there is no strong regulation in the process. To address this issue, there is a need for an assessment using a Decision Support System application to assist in decision-making for selecting production leaders. Subsequently, the analysis is conducted using the MOOSRA method to obtain rankings based on the final scores of alternatives. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the Decision Support System application for leader selection, using the MOOSRA method, can help prevent fraud in the production leader selection process.

Abstract

In this digital era, everything is digital-based and many applications have been created to make all work easier or used as a means of entertainment. Several existing applications currently have a database as a place to store their data. Currently, the database that is still frequently used is MySQL, this is because MySQL is an open source database server application. The data in the database is called records, the more records stored, the larger the size of the database. The design of this system consists of several main processes, namely the compression process and decompression process as well as the performance calculation process for Compression Ratio (CR), Ratio of Compression (RC), Rendudancy (RD), and Space Saving (SS). In this research the author uses the Golomb Code algorithm, a compression technique introduced by Solomon W. Golomb in the 1960s, which is a lossless compression technique, where this algorithm is capable of compressing large capacity data into smaller capacity data and The original data can be reconstructed after decompression. The performance results of the Golomb Code algorithm aim to determine its performance on database records. In this algorithm there are two stages, namely compression and decompression, the compression stage aims to compress the file size and the decompression stage aims to return the file size to its original size. The results of the application that the author carried out manually with the Golomb Code algorithm are Ratio of Compression (RC) = 1.56, Compression Ratio (CR) = 64.04%, Rendudancy (RD) = 35.95%, Space Saving (SS) = 35.96% with the conclusion that the percentage of database record compression results using the Golomb Code algorithm was declared successful.

Abstract

In selecting the best supervisor at PT. Lintas Nusantara Access is determined based on the value obtained from each criterion determined by the company. However, there are quite a lot of supervisor candidates who meet the criteria for selecting the best supervisor. Apart from that, the selection carried out previously was considered less effective considering that the system used was not yet computerized, resulting in the assessment process in selecting the best supervisor being less than optimal and taking a long time. With the existing problems, it is necessary to conduct an assessment using the Decision Support System (DSS) application to assist in decision making in determining the selection of the best supervisor more precisely and quickly, then analyzed using the gap analysis method to determine the ranking based on the value of the final results of alternatives (employees) . This research produces a Decision Support System (DSS) application for selecting the best supervisor using Microsoft Visual Studio and MySQL tools as a database. So selecting the best supervisor at PT. Lintas Nusantara Access will be more effective and computerized so that it can help avoid conditions occurring in the best supervisor assessment process.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is an important process in effective human resource management. In the context of regional drinking water companies (PDAM), employee performance appraisal has a crucial role in ensuring optimal clean water services to the community. However, performance appraisals that are carried out manually and subjectively often face challenges and lack in providing accurate and fair results. However, in this article writers can present the use of the Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method as an alternative approach in assessing the performance of PDAM employees. The MOORA method has proven effective in overcoming complex performance appraisal problems by integrating various relevant criteria and weights. So this method produces the highest alternative and the highest optimization value found in alternative A4 (Vendyco) with an optimization value of 0,293.

Abstract

Service at the hospital is a very important thing that must be obtained by every patient, both BPJS patients and patients with public fees.  Patient satisfaction depends on the quality of service provided by the hospital.  Service is all the efforts made by all employees at the hospital to meet patient satisfaction.  Patient satisfaction is also an assessment that will be obtained by the hospital.  If the patient gets good service then the hospital will get a good rating, and if the patient gets bad service then it is not impossible for the hospital to get a bad rating. Based on comments submitted by the public on social media regarding the quality of hospital services in Indonesia, it has become a benchmark for related parties so that they can monitor and try to improve the quality of hospital services throughout Indonesia and understand the needs and desires of patients so that people can experience good service. Therefore  , sentiment analysis using the text mining algorithm and TF-IDF aims to find out how the public is satisfied with the quality of hospital services in Indonesia which will be categorized into positive and negative sentiments. After carrying out the process using the text mining algorithm and TF-IDF by following the research series and stages, sentiment analysis based on 50 comment data regarding the Quality of Hospital Services in Indonesia obtained results with a positive sentiment of "35.36" % and a negative sentiment of "64",  63" %.

Abstract

Electric motorbikes are motorbikes that are driven by a dynamo and accumulator so they do not cause emissions. This is different from conventional motorbikes (carburetor and injection) which still use gasoline for propulsion and cause very high pollution. With the existence of social media, it is now easier for people to express their complaints via social media. The problems experienced by the public in using electric motorbikes are that people tend to be wary of the battery running out and have difficulty setting charging patterns, then have difficulty finding the nearest fast charging/battery swapping battery charging station if a low battery occurs. This is the cause of reduced public interest in electric motorbikes. Therefore, classification by applying the Text Mining and TF-IDF algorithms aims to group problems that are currently occurring in the use of electric motorbikes. After processing using the Text Mining and TF-IDF algorithms, the 20 sample data produced more dominant battery complaint data with a weight value of 67.004.
