Abstract

Masalah optimasi menjadi hal yang kompleks dalam mencari jalur atau rute optimal, banyak metode yang menjadi indikator rute optimal salah satunya adalah rute terpendek. Pencarian rute terpendek (shortest path) merupakan salah satu metode untuk menyelesaikan masalah rute perjalanan, metode shortest path problem dapat menggunakan berbagai macam algoritma seperti algoritma prim dan algoritma Floyd-warshall, namun algoritma mana diantara keduanya yang paling optimum dalam menentukan masalah rute terpendek. Dengan proses pencarian menggunakan graf dan dianalisa hasil dengan tabel kebenaran maka akan didapat hasil paling optimum diantara kedua algoritma.

Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources that can be done with intelligent organizing carefully at the level of Senior High School. In order for the participant to follow intelligently, every participant should not only have the achievement and general knowledge but also must have experience in following smartly done before. In this case, both Teachers and Principals are constrained in the selection of such discerning participants. Abstract

Basketball is a ball game in groups. Consisting of two teams consisting of five people who competed each other scored points by inserting an opponent's ball. The movement consists of a combination of elements that are coordinated neatly so as to play the ball well. In basketball training at KlubAngsapura Sania Medan, there are several things that are done to determine the player that is dribbling, shooting, passing, agility. The activity is done regularly and recorded manually on a notebook, either by coach or assistant coach. Problems arise when many players have to be selected, making it difficult for the coach to determine the player's election. Because it requires a decision support application so that the coach can evaluate the team's performance and make decisions so that the bias applies the appropriate strategy. This application is capable of giving statistic of player development. The method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, where Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method compares the best aspect with existing player aspect.

Abstract

CU Damai Sejahtera is one of the cooperatives that move in the business of saving and loan. This has the same role as other large financial institutions such as banks in improving the economy of the community, in particular, is a member of CU itself. As a financial institution, bad credit is a major problem that is very influential on the sustainability of a financial institution. loss of earnings and the threat of profitability is a matter of caution in lending. Credit collectibility as one form of classification will facilitate the classification of each member data based on supporting criteria. The result of a decision tree that produces information in the form of a rule, will facilitate the analysis and retrieval later. With decision tree using C5.0 algorithm is expected to process information digging faster and optimal with bigger data capacity, so that errors generated in decision making more minimized.

Abstract

The need for schools for applications for selecting student exemplars is something to consider. To meet these needs, a research will be conducted that will build an application and can provide an output recommendation for student election/example. The selection requires several criteria such as Report score, Attendance, Task value, and Achievement. The method used in building the decision support system of student selection is the Multi-Objective Optimization Method On The Basic Of Ratio Analyzer (MOORA). The final result obtained from this research is the application that can help the process of selecting the student / model because this application gives the output of student ranking recommendation from the biggest alternative value to the smallest through MOORA method. Abstract

The quality of human resources is one of the supporting factors to improve the productivity of a company's performance. Highly competent human resources can support the level of performance, with performance appraisal it will get the achievements achieved by each employee. Abstract

The critical land is marked by the destruction of soil structure, decreasing the quality and quantity of organic matter, nutrient deficiency and disruption of the hydrological cycle, need to be rehabilitated and increased productivity so that the land can return to function as a good ecosystem or produce something that is economic to humans. Critical land causes: Forest encroachment, illegal logging, forest fires, utilization of non-sustainable forest resources, zoning of the area not yet in place, land management pattern is not conservative, diversion of land status (various interests). Data mining technology is one way to get information hidden from the data set to become knowledge that can support an organization in making decisions. After the number of clusters is known, a new cluster process is performed without following the hierarchy process. The formulation of the problem solved in this research is how to determine the rehabilitated priority based on land criticality level using K-means Alogitma. The K-Means algorithm is simple to implement and run, relatively fast, adaptable and common in practice.

A common refueling station is a place where motor vehicles can get fuel. The Fuel Filling Station is known as SPBU (an abbreviation of the General Fuel Filling Station). MOORA, which is Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) is one of the MADM methods that can perform calculations on the value of attribute criteria that help decision makers to produce the right decision in public fuel (gas station). Decision Support System is a computer-based system aimed at assisting decision making in utilizing certain data and models to solve various unstructured problems.

Abstract

The selection of branch heads at a local water utility company is a process that requires precision and accuracy in its election. The results obtained should be better for the development of the organization in the future. But if the election is not right then, can be fatal for the continuity of the way an organization. For that the application of computer systems, in this case, decision support system is very necessary because in decision support systems can be applied methods that can produce better decisions, such as using MOORA method is Optimizing Multi-Objective Method with Ratio Analysis (MOORA).
