Abstract

The research was made to produce an application design using the design thinking’s method. The system made on the basis of user interface and user experience. The user interface is used to meet user needs, while the user experience is used as an assessment of the system designed. The target of My Pets application is for pet parents. It  has several stages; empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. At the empathize stage it produces the main problems which are used as material for researchers to find a solution, problems obtained from the results of interviews and observations of 25 respondents. In the define stage, it begins to determine the problem as main focus to be solved. The ideate stage, it generates a solution to an existing problem. The prototype stage develops designs based on the previous stages. At the testing stage using the system usability scale to 25 respondents and getting a result of 87.7 or excellent. Based on the test results, My Pets application has been completed and assessed as effective based on the design thinking’s method. It is expected the design made can be used and the system developed better in the future

Abstract

SMA Negeri 4 Sarolangun is a public school located in Mandiangin, Sarolangun Regency. As an educational institution, the role of the teacher is so important in transforming educational inputs. Therefore, to ensure the quality of teachers in teaching and learning activities (KBM) at school, SMA Negeri 4 Sarolangun conducts teacher performance assessments. Teacher performance appraisal is useful to motivate teachers to continue to improve their quality. In selecting the best teachers, the principal and staff experienced difficulties because they were assessed conventionally by assessing one that was included in the form of an assessment. In order for the selection to truly reflect and reduce subjectivity and to produce fast and precise information, a Decision Support System application for Scholarship Admissions is needed which is built using the Profile Matching method, using the Visual Basic.Net 2008 programming language and database using Microsoft Access 2007. The design The system was created using object-oriented modeling tools, namely Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. With the construction of this new system, it is hoped that it can help the performance of the Student Affairs Section while speeding up the process of evaluating teacher work at SMA Negeri 4 Sarolangun

Abstract

As a lending company, PT. PRIMA KONSUMEN FINANCE certainly has the possibility of bad credit in extending credit to its debtors which can reduce the company's income. Therefore the author performs data mining analysis on debtor data that has borrowed at PT. PRIMA KONSUMEN FINANCE to become valuable information for the company. The author uses debtor data in 2019 as many as 265 data. In conducting the analysis the author uses the WEKA Tools tool. The method used is the Naïve Bayes classification method with 9 attributes. The contribution of this research is to build a creditworthiness classification model for prospective borrowers. This model produces classification performance evaluation values for 3 test options, namely the training set option, 5-fold cross validation and 10-fold cross validation. The contribution of this research is to produce a creditworthiness classification model The results of the Naïve Bayes classification with the greatest percentage of accuracy were obtained using the Training Set, which was 72.8302%, using 5-fold cross validation of 63.3962% and using 10-Fold Cross Validation of 66.4151%.

Abstract

Billing management system and services at PT. Media Prima Jaringan is still not properly and efficiently recorded. Data management and recording still uses manual processes and paper media so that errors can occur in calculating Customer Service bills. So that customer complaints often occur due to inappropriate bill values, late payments until service termination occurs. In addition to complaints, company customers will also experience losses from dissatisfied customers who switch to other providers because they stop subscribing to the service. With the development of an online billing system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for companies to manage invoices and customer data and avoid billing errors. In developing a system, systematic steps are needed to produce a good and quality information system that can be used by users. The fundamental stages in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, the implementation stage, the testing stage and the maintenance stage. One of the SDLC development models is Rapid Application Development (RAD) which prioritizes a relatively short development time of around 60-90 days. In addition to using the RAD model for system development, the author also uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool in the design stage. The programming language used to build this information system uses PHP (Hypertext Pre-processor) by implementing the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database. The implementation of the RAD method for the development of an online billing system takes 45 days of development. The intensity of the discussions that were carried out during development helped the programmer team complete the program design more quickly. The increase in company revenue increases after the system is running and customer complaints are also reduced.

Abstract

Consumer perception through digital marketing has become one of the important factors in banking in the city of Batam to be known by marketers. Digital marketing at Rural Credit Banks (BPR) makes this possible to explore banner preferences for digital marketing, social media banking for digital marketing and prioritizing website banking for consumer perceptions through digital marketing from all banks in Batam City in part or thorough. The sample collection method is a quantitative approach (Quantitative Research) and qualitative with a purposive sampling technique on active banking customers in Batam City. This study reveals that the role of social media banking has a significant effect on digital marketing with an acceptance index of 69.5% which refers to the quite satisfactory category.

Abstract

The development of information technology impacts the use of technology in all fields and the many applications created to support the performance of companies, schools and even MSMEs. Today's very high-end app creation is not accompanied by good-quality support. Good software quality is one of the factors determining a software's success. The software created must be tested for software quality to reduce the loss of software procurement costs, time, and resources. To obtain good software quality, developers must carry out extra activities and a long process by implementing the ISO 9126 model. Six factors are used to determine software quality: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, portability, and portability. Keluarahan Sambikerep, Kecamatan Sambikerep, Surabaya, East Java, has developed an E-Letter application to serve the public in administrative activities. Still, the E-Letter application has not been tested for software quality. Researchers conduct quality testing of E-Letter software to ensure that the application complies with International Standards for software quality. By knowing the quality of the E-Letter software, it will automatically have an impact on the services provided by Kelurahan. Researchers use three factors from ISO 9126: functionality, usability, and efficiency. Researchers used black box testing with the equivalence partitions technique to test the E-Letter software. Researchers conducted 30 black box tests on the E-Letter application feature, namely the Login feature, citizen data submission form, birth certificate submission form, death certificate application form, citizen data report form, birth certificate report form, and death report form. From the ISO 9126 Implementation Process for the E-Letter application, an average rating of 81,667% or rounded up to 82% is obtained, which means that the E-Letter application has outstanding quality

Abstract

Government Resouces Management System merupakan sebuah sistem aplikasi digital yang terintregasi,  perancangan tata kelola Government Resources Management System (GRMS) dilakukan dalam rangka pentingnya penerapan TI secara maksimal diperlukan pemahaman yang tepat mengenai konsep dari sistem yang berjalan, teknologi apa saja yang dimanfaatkan dan juga aplikasi yang dikembangkan, pengelolaan serta pengembangan sistem TI diperlukan adanya panduan yang mengatur bagaimana pemanfaatan TI dalam organisasi. Dalam hal ini pihak yang terkait dengan perancangan GRMS adalah Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (DISKOMINFO) yang merupakan unsur pelaksana urusan pemerintahan di bidang komunikasi dan juga pengembangan Teknologi Informasi yang salah satu tujuan utamanya dalam rangka mewujudkan Smart City. Pada perancangan tata kelola ini menggunakan framework COBIT 2019 dengan identikasi 11 faktor desain rancangan tata kelola yang didapatkan dengan bantuan design toolkit COBIT 2019. Hasil yang didapatkan  pada Diskominfo Salatiga  menghasilkan 9 proses  yang relevan dan akurat dengan kriteria dari penilaian yang dilakukan. Dari hasil tersebut dapat dibuat rekomendasi berupa perancangan Government Resources Management System (GRMS) untuk mewujudkan Smart City.

Abstract

Currently, Indonesia is still under the influence of the COVID-19 virus. Indonesian people buy necessities of life on the online market. Clothing is a daily necessity that people often buy online. This has an impact on increasing online clothing sales, but not all clothes are according to the tastes of buyers. Therefore we need an application that is used to speed up changing the color of clothes according to the needs of buyers. The chroma key application that is used to change the color of the clothing image uses the HSV and morphology classification methods. Edge detection and median filters are used to improve the quality of color shift results with HSV. This application is built using MatLab 2015a programming. The test results show that the HSV classification method is better at changing the color of the clothing image than the morphological method. The HSV classification method was successful in changing the color of clothes well with a 100% success rate. While the morphological method succeeded in changing the color of the clothes with a success rate of 60%.

Abstract

The complex network in the Internet of Things is challenging to maintain network security. With network complexity including data, protocols, sizes, communications, standards, and more, it becomes difficult to implement an intrusion detection system (IDS). One way to improve IDS on complex IoT networks is by using deep learning to detect attacks that occur on complex IoT networks. Recurrent neural network (RNN) is a deep learning method that enhances the detection of complex IoT networks because it takes into account the current input as well as what has been learned from previously received inputs. When making decisions about RNNs, consider current information as well as what has been learned from previous input. Therefore, this study proposes the RNN method to improve the performance of attack detection systems on complex IoT networks. The results of this experiment show satisfactory results by increasing the performance of the accuracy detection system in complex IoT networks which reaches 87%.

Abstract

The information technology that used by the Penajam Paser Utara Regency of  Prosecuting  Attorney Office is a website to support information and public services is more easily, on the website there are several news` menus, profiles, vision and mission, and several of public services. The main function of the Penajam Paser Utara regency of Prosecuting Attorney  website  as an online public service facility.  So far the  Penajam Paser Utara Regency prosecuting Attorney has paid little attention to their website and there has  no progress because the  Penajam Paser Utara Regency of Prosecuting Attorney has no permanent staff in the Information Technology section .The purpose of this research is to know  how the quality of the Penajam Paser Utara Regency Prosecuting Attorney Office website affects To The user satisfaction based on the WebQual 4.0 method. The results of the Research  for usability quality (X1), it can be seen that the significance value of the usability quality (X1) is 0.035 < 0.05 or T count 2.143) > T table (1.995) so H1 is accepted, then there is an influence between the usability quality (X1) with the user satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, for Information Quality (X2), it can be seen that the significant value of the information quality (X2) is 0.064 > 0.05 or T count (-1.878) < T table (1.995) so H2 is rejected, so there is no influence between the   information quality (X2) with the satisfaction user (Y). As for the Quality of Interaction (X3), it can be seen that the significance value of the quality of the interaction (X3) is 0.002 <0.05 or T count (3.184) > T table (1.995) so H3 is accepted, then there is an influence between the quality of the interaction (X3) with The user satisfaction (Y). From The results obtained are expected to be the recommendation for the Penajam Paser Utara regency  Prosecuting attorney Office to develop a much higher quality of the website, So as to increase the utilization of public services through the  Penajam Paser Utara regency Prosecuting Attorney Office website, besides that it is also suggested for the future that the Penajam Paser Utara regency  prosecuting Attorney Office is given the attention to the overall of quality of the Penajam Paser Utara Regency Prosecuting Attorney Office website in order to maintain or to increase of the user satisfaction in using their website
