Abstract

IT investments and services run the risk of failing without IT governance. How well IT governance is implemented will determine how effective organizational governance is. As a result, it is crucial for businesses to carry out an IT governance audit to determine what issues are most important. One of the nation's top paper manufacturer, PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper, a subsidiary of Asia Pulp and Paper Sinarmas, has never been go through COBIT 2019 audit. In order to support their aforementioned vision, we identify their IT governance priorities using the COBIT 2019 framework which will aid them in focusing their efforts that will help them attaining their objectives and goals. We applied the COBIT 2019’s Design Factor 1 through 10 and concluded several points: they focuses on competitive portfolio and also have risk in internal business process, compliances and innovations. They also regards IT as crucial for daily operation and also the driver for innovation while also utilize agile and devops for their IT implementation. Lastly, the COBIT 2019 Toolkit suggested capability of four: EDM01, APO12, BAI02, BAI03, BAI06, BAI07, DSS011, DSS04, DSS05, MEA03 and MEA04. These 11 core models would be the base for the governance system design

Abstract

Orchid cultivation has been widely carried out by orchid agribusiness in Indonesia, even though there has been a lot of orchid cultivation but there are still obstacles in terms of supplies or maintenance. One of them is water sprinkling and fertilizing the orchid plants which are still done manually. Manual watering is watering done by orchid farmers so it requires a lot of effort and time and the amount of water that is sprinkled is not the same. If the water is poured too much or too little, it can cause rot or dryness of the plant roots so that the plants can die quickly. In the current technological era, watering can be done automatically by utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology and implementing the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) system. NodeMCU ESP32 is used to control all hardware and software components. In this system there are 2 sensor nodes and 1 controller node. Users can control manually or automatically through the website interface. From the results of the implementation and testing it can be concluded that the system is able to provide information on conditions of temperature, air humidity, humidity of the planting medium, water level, liquid fertilizer height and water pH. The system is also capable of running automatic and manual systems, namely controlling and providing on/off condition information on water pumps, fertilizer pumps, faucet 1, faucet 2, faucet 3, fan 1, fan 2 and fan 3 on the website. The effect of the automatic system on the orchid plants was very good, because on the 41st day, the orchid plants using the automatic system experienced faster growth of new shoots, compared to using the manual system. The average delay time for the entire system is 4.5 seconds.

Abstract

Annual Bonus is an award for employees who work at PT. Trust. Bonuses are given once a year. The problem that often occurs in giving bonuses is the difficulty of calculating the bonus to each employee who works at PT. The trust. The purpose of this study is to assist companies in providing bonuses to employees by looking at the criteria set by the company. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is the sum of all the weights of the performance of each object that is different but has the same opportunity with the criteria owned. The process of solving the algorithm using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method uses a normalization process in the decision matrix (X) by comparing the alternative twig values owned. Variables that are used as a reference in giving bonuses are .1 Absence, 2. Working Period, 3. Attitude, Work Quality and Work Results. This method uses the SPK SAW method with a work process. The final result of the search process obtained the value of C1 = 1, C2 = 0.74, C3 = 1, C4 = 0.9 and C5 = 0.94 the names of employees in order 1 and 3 are prioritized to get the biggest annual bonus compared to other employees

Abstract

The dry season is a season where most regions in Indonesia experience an increase in temperature. This unstable temperature can have a negative effect on the human body, so a control device is needed according to the needs of the body automatically. This study focuses on optimizing room temperature and humidity control in Yogyakarta City using a fan duty cycle unit with the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method. The ideal temperature and humidity range is obtained from measurements by the Indonesian Board of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG). The purpose of this study is to reduce the hot temperature in the room to normal temperature conditions. The calculation results with a temperature of 28.29°C and humidity of 79.06% resulted in a duty cycle of 40.92%. Based on 50 sample data taken each fan rotated for five minutes showed that the average change in temperature was -0.01°C and humidity -0.032%, meaning it could lower 0.01°C and humidity 0.032% every five minutes. This result is considered inefficient considering the very small changes, so in subsequent studies it is recommended to use technology such as air conditioning as a control tool

Abstract

Health agency service indicators are used to determine the level of utilization, quality, and efficiency of health agency services. The measurement of service indicators is determined by applying the correct IPRI (Indicator of Inpatient Service) method/formula. Based on the results of observations in the Medical Record unit of the Berbah Public Health Center, Sleman Yogyakarta, it was found that the delay in returning the daily inpatient census sheets affected the value of each service indicator. In addition, inaccuracy in calculating the daily inpatient census data recapitulation resulted in inaccurate data. Therefore, a computer-based inpatient service indicator measurement system is needed in order to produce a faster and more accurate value for each service indicator in inpatient services. The stages of the research carried out adopted the stages in the SDLC Waterfall method, including the first stage of communication (project initiation & requirement gathering). The second stage is planning (estimating, scheduling, tracking). The third stage of modeling (analysis & design). The fourth stage of construction (code & test). The last stage, deployment (delivery, support, feedback). The application of the IPRI method/formula in PHP coding and supported by MySQL DBMS storage is part of the construction phase which is combined with testing using the black box test and alpha test methods. The goal has been achieved with the establishment of the Service Indicator Measurement System Application based on IPRI in inpatient services at the Berbah Health Center, Sleman Yogyakarta. The system is categorized as good and feasible to use based on the results of black box testing of 84.62% true. Alpha testing obtained a very high level of acceptance (approved) of 100%. The use of this application is proven to be able to produce IPRI calculations quickly and accurately so as to improve the quality of inpatient services, especially related to the daily census, so that leaders can make decisions faster.

Abstract

Application Galeri Lembaga Adat Melayu Riau or abbreviated as Galeri LAM is a buying and selling application that aims to preserve Budaya Melayu Riau at Sentra Ekonomi Kreatif dan Budaya in collaboration with PT Pertamina and is shaded by the Lembaga Adat Melayu Riau. In this project, there are 3 business processes, namely the Online Store application, supplier and cashier application. What will be discussed in this Journal is the Online Store application. Galeri LAM online store application provides facilities for UMKM Partners to market their products by working with Galeri LAM as a container. Based on the fungski, the Galeri LAM Online Store Application aims to make it easier for UMKM Partners who work together to market their products widely, reach more audiences and as a promotional medium. This application also makes it easier for buyers to find original quality products from RIAU. But in its use there are still many problems. This research focuses on developing application recommendations by analyzing and redesigning the UI and UX of the Galeri LAM Online Store Application using the Design Thinking method. This method is known as a comprehensive thinking process that concentrates on creating solutions that begin with a process of empathy for a certain human-centered need. There are 5 stages in this method, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. Application recommendations are built in the form of prototypes using the Figma application. The prototype that was built was successfully tested on 10 respondents using System Usability Scale (SUS) testing and 76 application prototypes

Abstract

The website is a collection of information services that function as a means of interaction either individually, in groups, or in organizations. The benchmark that makes a website good is a website that has a high level of security so that it can provide comfort for its users. Therefore all agencies try to provide the best through websites that are used as information services, one of which is the Super Indo Company. However, in the running process, there are disturbances on the website, such as bugs found and the absence of security standards applied to the website. The purpose of this research is to find alerts so that bugs are identified using the OWASP ZAP application and to find out the level of security applied to websites using the COBIT 5 standard or method. The results obtained from all activity processes get a capability level value of 3.42 or at the Established process level (a management process). The Super Indo company is already at a fairly good level in the website development process

Abstract

Abstract is a brief summary of the paper to help readers quickly determine the main research problem, solutions to solving problems Utilization of information technology in the field of government administration can improve service quality and the performance of government officials to be more leverage. The distribution process of disposition letters to government agencies often encounters many obstacles, including the absence of authorized officials in the disposition process being the reason an agenda cannot be processed at the right time. Another thing is also related to the paperless reduction campaign in an agency, both public and private, which is being carried out to reduce paper usage. The change from manual to automatic, or from manual paper to electronic documents is natural to do, but the legality process of a document electronics will be a problem if it is not equipped with a digital signature and qrcode. This study takes the idea of utilizing QRCode and Digital signatures with the SHA algorithm which is applied to smartphones with the Android operating system to simplify the process of distributing electronic disposition sheets so as to reduce the use of paper in the government environment. The results of this research are able to create Digital signatures and QRCodes for electronic documents on a system to be more reliable. The signature on the document is replaced with a QRCode which is generated using the SHA Algorithm as a unique marker of a document. This QRCode also helps when related parties validate the validity of digital documents

Abstract

Madrasah is one form of religious education that has contributed greatly to the development of the nation. Through madrasas, they are able to give birth to a generation of Islamic character and national insight, but the selection process for madrasa aid recipients in the city of Gorontalo is currently not optimal in terms of determining madrasa aid recipients, this occurs due to inaccuracies between recipient data and existing requirements, the selection process for recipients of assistance requires a long time, lack of accuracy between the criteria and requirements of the beneficiary so that it is vulnerable to manipulation. The research objective is to design a Madrasah Assistance Selection Decision Support System applying the Website-Based Multi-Attribute Utility Theory Method so that the selection process for providing madrasah operational assistance can be carried out optimally and measurably using decision-making methods so that it is expected to determine more precise selection results. This study uses whitebox and blackbox testing. Whitebox testing is testing with testing techniques on program flow, logical structure and program procedures by mapping flowcharts, then calculating the number of edges and nodes. The black box testing method focuses on the functional importance of the software. Therefore, blackbox testing allows software developers to create a set of input conditions that will train all functional requirements of a program whether it runs as expected or vice versa. Based on the results of whitebox testing on one of the processes in this system, namely the value data module with balanced results, namely Cyclomatic Complexity (CC) = 4, then this system is declared to be running well. Abstract

Health is one of the most important factors besides education and income. Everyone has the same human rights to get good health services. A government agency that functions to serve all people who need medical services in Indonesia, namely the puskesmas. Ujung Batu Health Center which is located in Ujung Batu sub-district, Rokan Hulu Regency as one of the government agencies. The Ujung Batu health center stores patient medical record data, only sorting out the disease. Therefore, the medical record data needs to be processed using clustering or grouping using the K-Means method. This algorithm partitions the data into clusters so that data with the same characteristics are grouped into the same cluster and data with different characteristics are grouped. into another cluster. The data used consisted of 3875 records and 5 attributes, namely Gender, Participant Type, Diagnosis, Return Status, Address. From the test using the K-means algorithm, the clustering results show that cluster 1 has 710 data while cluster 2 has 3165 data. The results of the study show that the use of 2 clusters is the best cluster with a Silhouette Coefficient value showing results with a SC value of 0.646.
