Abstract

Kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence) merupakan cabang dari ilmu komputer yang konsern dengan pengautomatisasi tingkah laku cerdas. Pernyataan tersebut juga dapat dijadikan defenisi dari Artificial Intelligence. Definisi ini menunjukan bahwa Artificial Intelligence adalah bagian dari computer sehingga harus didasarkan pada sound theoretical (teori suara) dan prinsip-prinsip aplikasi dari bidangnya. Prinsip-prinsip ini meliputi struktur data yang digunakan representasi pengetahuan, algoritma yang diperlukan untuk mengaplikasikan pengetahuan tersebut, serta bahasa dan teknik pemrograman yang digunakan dalam mengimplementasiakannya. Sistem Pakar (Expert System) adalah aplikasi berbasis komputer yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah sebagaimana yang dipikirkan oleh pakar. Pakar yang dimaksud di sini adalah orang yang mempunyai keahlian khusus yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah yang tidak dapat diselesai kan oleh orang awam. Sebagai contoh, dokter adalah seorang pakar yang mampu mendiagnosis penyakit yang diderita pasien serta dapat memberikan penetalaksanaan terhadap penyakit tersebut. Pada perancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit pneumonia berisikan antara lain konsultasi, knowlagde. Aplikasi sistem pakar ini menggunakan pemograman Mysql dan Microsoft Visual Basic Net 2008.

Abstract

Shiau Printing is one of the businesses engaged in printing. This business often experiences production optimization problems, namely in terms of determining the maximum profit from the two types of products produced, namely banners and billboards. Constraints faced in the form of limited production resources, such as flexi materials. This problem can be solved by implementing linear programming using the simplex method and then testing it using the POM-QM application for Windows. Based on the results of calculations that have been made, a decision was drawn that the Shiau Printing could obtain a maximum income of IDR 15,000,000 -, / month.

Abstract

Pengolahan citra memegang peranan yang cukup penting, dimnana dalam pengolahannya tidak sekedar memberikan efek- efek yang menjadikan suatu citra menjadi lebih artistic tetapi juga harus dapat memperbaiki kualitas dari hasil pencitraan itu sendiri. Gaussian merupakan model noise yang mengikuti distribusi normal standart dengan rata-rata nol dan standard deviasi 1. Proses peningkatan mutu citra bertujuan untuk memperoleh citra yang dapat memberikan informasi sesuai dengan tujuan/kepentingan pengolah citra.proses peningkatan mutu citra ini termasuk memeperbaiki citra ketika proses ekuisisi mengalami gangguan yang signifikan seperti noise dan beberapa gangguan factor alam lainnya. Filter Gaussian bertujuan untuk menghilangkan noise pada citra dan meningkatkan kualitas detail citra. Gaussian merupakan model noise yang mengikuti distribusi normal standart dengan rata-rata nol dan standard deviasi 1. Efek dari gaussian ini, pada gambar muncul titik-titik berwarna yang jumlahnya sama dengan presentasi noise. Kata Kunci: Perbaikan Noise Citra, Filtering Gaussian.

Abstract

The aim of the Best Midwife is to find a midwife who is truly responsible for serving patients in a hospital or carrying out their duties in accordance with the legislation. The selection of the best midwife has a problem, namely the best bida selection system that is still manual as long as it is selected in the collection file to apply as a midwife in a hospital. So that the chosen midwife is not in accordance with what is expected, both in terms of ability, responsibility or others. To overcome this, a decision support system is needed using the MOORA method (Multi Object Optimization On The Base Of Ratio Analysis) that can help General Ridos Hospital in the selection of the Best Midwives.

Abstract

The Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI) method is one method of learning that uses computer equipment as a tool to help together with a knowledge base (basic knowledge). The method of computer-assisted instruction (CAI) is very popular with several teaching institutions in high school in chemistry subjects. One of the material is the periodic system of elements. Where in chemistry learning there are still many in high school in North Sumatra especially in Perbaungan N1 High School whose material includes abstract, memorized and countable things so that it is difficult for students to understand when studied only in the form of two-dimensional images. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to change the learning process from delivering material that only uses books and computers that are very helpful in the application of computer-assisted instruction (CAI) methods, it is also based on research that computers can train concentration in children and can overcome boredom and boredom. In addition computers, today are no longer a rare item and are goods that are almost mandatory for all people and institutions so that the conversion of the media is increasingly possible to be realized.

Abstract

Decision support systems are part of computer-based information systems (including knowledge-based systems). Which is used to support decision making in a system. The decision support system provides a semi-structured decision, where no one knows exactly how decisions should be made. The selection of Honda motorcycle tires always provide the best quality to costumer for use on motorcycle vehicles. To get the best quality costumer needs a decision support system. In this study, the authors apply the method of Multi Objective Optimization On The Basic Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA Method) as a method to be applied in decision support system.

Abstract

The beam notations is officially used as the standard of international music notation, and is often found in scores for both musical instruments and vocals. In Indonesia, the use of numerical notation is more widely used and understood, because the learning process of notation beams is not easy, and takes time for the introduction of each symbol and its meaning. The pattern recognition technology makes it possible to recognize the pattern of the beam notations. The software used for system development is Matlab, utilizing artificial neural network using backpropagation method to recognize the pattern of beam notation. Backpropagation is a supervised learning method, where the system will be given the training first, and then the system can understand and identify patterns based on the knowledge gained. The final result shows that the system is able to recognize patterns from notations that have been previously studied with the highest percentage of 91.20%.

Abstract

This Loki97 algorithm is an algorithm that has been recognized as an algorithm that can secure data so that the data we store in the form of pdf files cannot be opened carelessly by irresponsible parties. By applying Loki97 algorithm data that is confidential and very important data can be stored safely, many have used the Loki97 algorithm for data security such as in the journal Loki97 cryptographic algorithm implementation on video documents.

Abstract

Transmission of information through the internet can involve sensitive personal data that can be tapped, there are many applications and websites that require good security to avoid the safety of theft of documents and confidential information. Stegnography is the art and science of writing stored secret messages that are not separate from the sending and the recipient is asked related to hidden messages, images as one of the many digital media that can be used as objects to insert messages or secret messages using methods Least Significant Bit (LBS) This method determines data by replacing the bits of data that at least means that it is closed with bits of confidential data. From this meode the author will combine with the Quick Response Code (QR), in order to produce encryption that has higher security, the result of embedding the cover image into a stgno image, will be encrypted again to Quick Response Code (QR).

Abstract

This study aims to to build an E-Commerce Business to Consumer application for online invitation card sales utilizing internet technology and payment facilities through paypal. System development methods that are used are E-commerce with flow analysis, Data flow diagrams (DFD). Results of research is an information system that handles order transactions, payments that can be made through paypal facilities, delivery of goods and return facilities so that it can help customers to obtain information about the products offered by UD Printing Matahari, facilitate customers in the process of ordering products, and can help improve sales for the company.
