Abstract

Kompresi merupakan suatu teknik untuk memperkecil jumlah ukuran data dari data aslinya. Prinsip umum yang digunakan pada proses kompresi video adalah mengurangi duplikasi data dalam video sehingga memori yang dibutuhkan untuk merepresentasikan video menjadi lebih sedikit daripada representasi video semula. Banyak video yang hasilkan mengandung duplikasi data. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menerapkan metode DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform) untuk melakukan video MP4. Yang mana Metode ini akan melakukan pengkompresan dengan mengelompokkan pixel ke dalam bentuk makroblok 8x8. Dan ditambahkan dengan proses kuantisasi untuk mengecilkan nilai pixel, sehingga proses DCT(Discrete Cosine Transform) bekerja dengan lebih baik pada pemampatan video MP4.Semua nilai pixel RGB yang didapat akan dilakukan proses kompresi menggunakan metode DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform), dengan sebelumnya melakukan proses transformasi nilai pixel original sesuai dengan ketetapan DCT(Discrete Cosine Transform) terlebih bisa berguna untuk citra Grayscale karena DCT bergerak untuk citra atau video yang menghasilkan grayscale. Abstract

Radang paru-paru (Pnuemonia) adalah keradangan paru-paru dimana sinus terisi cairan radang, dengan atau tanpa disetai infiltrasi dari sel radang ke dalam dinding alveoli dan rongga. Sebagian besar pneumonia disebabkan oleh infeksi, akan tetapi dapat juga disebabkan oleh bahan-bahan zat pelarut organik atau uap kimia yang mengandung senyawa organik. Sistem pakar mendiagnosa penyakit paru-paru (pneumonia) yang disebabkan oleh zat organic solvent ini merupakan suatu sistem pakar yang dirancang sebagai alat bantu mendiagnosa penyakit paru-paru (pneumonia) yang disebabkan oleh zat organic solvent dengan basis pengetahuan yang dinamis. Dimana komputer sebagai alat bantu untuk penalaran seorang pakar denga suatu kehalian tertentu. Metode sistem pakar yang di pakat adalah certainty factor. Sistem pakar ini menampilkan pilihan gejala yang dipilih oleh user, dimana sertiap pilihan gejala akan membawa user kepada pilihan gejala yang sampai mendapatkan hasil akhir. Sistem tersebut memberikan hasil berupa kemungkinan penyakit yang dialami, persentase keyakinan, serta nilai keyakinan yang berikan oleh pengguna dalam menjawab pertanyaan selama sesi konsultasi ketika menggunakan sistem ini.

Abstract

Good performance for a student during a course is important because it can affect the student's final index. However, in general, student performance can only be seen at the end of the semester, so if a student has a poor performance before the course ends, they do not get enough opportunity to improve. Therefore, it is necessary to have an early analysis of students who have poor performance in a course. Since most student learning activities in this pandemic era are currently on the LMS, the LMS activity log can reflect student performance. The main objective of this study is to classify the LMS activity log in a course using a probabilistic classifier algorithm. This study chose Naïve Bayes to classify student performance into three categories – good, satisfactory, and poor. The dataset is separated into two scenarios – the half-semester and the full-semester - in the Modeling and Database Implementation course at Telkom University. The results show that the Naïve Bayes Algorithm successfully predicts student performance early and provides information about students experiencing changes in performance with the highest accuracy of 93%. The practical implication of this study is that teachers can use the LMS activity log for early prediction of student success in passing a course. The learning analytics developed in this study prove that Naïve Bayes has a fairly good performance for small dataset sizes based on recall and accuracy to classify student performance. However, as the study focuses solely on a specific course and small dataset sizes, it lacks generalizability. Therefore, it needs to be tested for other courses and larger dataset sizes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to build a system that can predict the feasibility of prospective car rental service users. It is not easy for car rental service providers to determine which consumers can use car rental services, with procedures that are still manual and it is difficult to obtain user data information. To be able to predict the feasibility of car rental service users, it is necessary to use an information system that can predict whether users are eligible or not. This research uses the waterfall system development method. The waterfall method has several stages, including analysis, design, coding and testing. The results of the research obtained from the feasibility test of the feasibility prediction system for car rental service users using algorithmic 4.5 that the results of the alpha test were tested for the feasibility of the system with an overall value of 3.6 by system that has been made feasible to use

Abstract

In accordance with the vision of Indogrosir who wants to become a National Asset, since September 2001, Indogrosir has also introduced a modern minimarket franchise system under the name OMI (Outlet Partner of Indogrosir). Indogrosir cooperates with government and private cooperatives, MSMEs, gas stations or general entrepreneurs who want to develop their business in the form of modern minimarkets. Decision support system is a computer-based system that helps in making decisions to solve unstructured problems. The Naive Bayes method is a probabilistic classification technique based on the Bayes theorem which uses the assumption of attribute independence (there is no link between attributes) in the classification process. In an easy rule, a Naive Bayes classification is assumed that the presence or absence of certain features of a class has nothing to do with the characteristics of other classes. With the existence of this decision support system, it is expected to facilitate decision making in determining the recipient of new partners where policies and decisions are made based on predetermined criteria

Abstract

Notary Office and PPAT I Wayan Pastika is one of the offices that offer services in the field of notary which is located at street Kebayan Number 11 Sumbawa Besar. Currently, administrative activities at the Notary's office and PPAT Wayan Pastika are still manual or not computerized, such as in recording and checking incoming and outgoing data. This is Research is needed to help the notary office and PPAT I Wayan Pastika in the data processing. This study aims to build an application for notary deed and PPAT order data recording, which was built using the waterfall method software design and data collection methods with interviews, observations, and literature studies. This application is built using the Laravel framework with the PHP programming language, and Java Script and Mysql database. The final result of this research is an application for notary deed order data recording and PPAT to assist office staff in processing data

Abstract

The need for data security arises because of the many threats made by outside parties to retrieve data and use it for personal interests. Security for medical images is carried out because medical images store patient health information data that is confidential. In this study, the image data used specifically uses radiological medical images. There are many techniques and algorithms that can be used to secure image data. This study uses the AES and Camellia algorithms which in their application use several different operating modes. To measure the quality of the encrypted image, the randomness level of the image was tested using the NPCR and UACI tests. Evaluation is used to determine the best algorithm and operating mode for encryption. Based on the measurement of image randomness on AES CBC, AES CFB, AES OFB, Camellia ECB, Camellia CBC, and Camellia OFB with NPCR values for encrypted images of 99.60%, 99.608%, 99.6093%, 99.6296%, 99.6072 %, and 99.6124%. Measurement of image randomness on AES CBC, AES CFB, AES OFB, Camellia ECB, Camellia CBC, and Camellia OFB with UACI values for encrypted images of 34.714%, 34.754%, 34.603%, 34.983%, 34.615%, and 34.707%.

Abstract

Tindakan kejahatan yang terjadi pada jaman modern ini semakin berkembang dan bermacam-macam, kejahatan yang terjadi saat ini juga sudah merambah kedunia maya, yang berupa kejahatan Phising, dimana korban akan dimintai informasi pribadi yang berkedok menggunakan web palsu yang sengaja disebar melalui jejaring sosial seperti email, chatting, broadcast, dll. Kejahatan ini akan memanfaatkan data dan informasi yang di dapatkan untuk melakukan tindak kejahatan yang dimana sang korban tanpa sadar menginputkan data pribadi mereka ke dalam web pancingan yang sengaja disiapkan dan  disebar, dimana data dan informasi tersebut menjadi salah satu akses untuk masuk ke dalam layanan yang korban miliki.Dengan menggunakan metode Incident Respon Plan (IRP) dan Incident Handling yang dimana membantu seseorang dalam melakukan perlindungan terhadap data pribadi yang dimiliki oleh setiap individu dan dimana kita sebagai pengguna selayaknya untuk dapat melindungi data dan informasi diri yang dimana menjadi akses untuk masuk kedalam layanan. Dengan IRP dan Incident Handling  seseorang akan mengetahui hal apa saja yang dapat dilakukan untuk melindungi setiap informasi yang ada, mulai dari persiapan sebelum terkena serangan phising ataupun jika kita sudah terkena serangan Phising.

Abstract

Money is anything that can be accepted by the general public as a medium of exchange in economic traffic. In general money is used as a means of payment for the purchase of goods and services and other valuable assets even for the payment of debts. Countries in the world have a very large number, each country in the world each has a different currency based on a predetermined unity. The problem that often occurs in the general public about the currencies of countries in the world is the difficulty to find information on names the currencies of countries in the world in a fast and precise time. To overcome the above problems, the author builds an application for introducing currency in a mobile-based world by applying the Crochemore-Perrin algorithm to minimize the time needed in the process of finding information about the currencies of each country in the world. The application of the introduction of state currencies in the world based on mobile in this study can be used offline or online and has a display of user experience or interaction that is more convenient and enjoyable so that it can be used easily anywhere and anytime by the general public to find information about the country's currency in the world. The Crochemore-Perrin algorithm is a string matching algorithm published by Maxime Crochemore and Dominique Perrin in 1991. This algorithm factifies the pattern into two parts. The matching phase of this algorithm consists of two parts, first matching the right pattern character from left to right, then matching the left pattern pattern from right to left.Keywords: Introduction to Currency, String Matching, Crochemore-Perrin, Mobile.
