Abstract

The implementation of distance learning in Informatics Engineering has many problems, one of which is the lack of student engagement during learning. The purpose of this study is to improve student engagement by using a feature called Lesson in Quizizz. Lecture teaches on video teleconference and instructs students on Lesson in Quizizz to interact and give feedback about the lesson. The survey method is the research method used for this study. At the end of the semester, students are given a questionnaire regarding increasing interest in learning with conventional methods and the Lesson Quizizz added. The results showed that the student engagement using the Lesson Quizizz features increased by 4.5% compared to conventional learning. Indicators of student engagement have a high increase along with the improvement of student concentration. Thus, Quizizz can encourage students who usually are not active in class

Abstract

Student learning potential can be seen or meansured in various ways, one of them by concluding it’s success in learning. The value of subjects is one indicator that isused as a references to conclude studentlearning success academically. Artificial Neural Networks have the ability to learn and produce rules or operations from some input examples that are entered and make predictions. Backpropagation isone method that is often used in solving complex problems because the network with this method is trained using guided learning methods.

Abstract

The national education department's inventory record is unique because the goods are in schools under service, not in the office. Inventory complexity has increased due to the procurement of different schedules and reports, not only for internal but also for other institutions concerned. A structured and accessible inventory from anywhere is the right choice for the effectiveness and efficiency of this work. This research aims to design a website-based information system for goods inventory in the National Education Office (DISDIKNAS). The software development method used in this study is the Rational Unified Process. The study results obtained a web-based application that can help DISDIKNAS inventory goods in a structured and accessible anywhere

Abstract

Community complaints are an effort to form the community to contribute to the government's efforts to improve the quality of public services and improve the Cirebon Regency DPRD, the Democratic Party faction in responding to public complaints. Communities who will be able to assist the government in providing information about the quality of services and problems that exist in the environment or their place of residence through government agencies to be followed up immediately. Community complaints in the Cirebon Regency DPRD The Democratic Party faction currently still uses manual recording and still uses WhatsApp messages so that data is not accommodated properly so that complaints that should not be lost and are very helpful both from the community or from the Cirebon Democratic Regency DPRD. So in this final study, we will build an Android mobile-based public complaint application, in the Cirebon Regency DPRD the Democratic Party Fraction and public complaints can be integrated directly to the agencies related to complaints in the community. Public complaints are expected to provide convenience for the government and relevant agencies in providing responses, responses and handling complaints more easily

Abstract

Exchange of documents based on a computer such as exchanges of messages via email on the internet has been done as a commercial transaction. Although it looks practice but there are also so many negative impacts that occur. This is the message sent can be opened by anyone who has access to enter the email. So that it can lead irresponsible people to steal information of documents. To ensure the documents sent are authentic until the intended part, one way that can be done is to use cryptography. In this study applying cryptography of AES and DSA algorithms. AES algorithm is a symmetry key that is using the same key to process of encryption and decryption while DSA algorithm is an asymmetric key which is the process of encryption using a private key and using public key for decryption. Then use a hybrid algorithm to combine AES and DSA algorithm. The results of this study is an application of encryption and decryption with a success rate of 86% for file encryption and 83% for decryption. File size after encrypted has increased by 32% and return to its original size after decrypted

Abstract

Determining the best ranking of districts in the Province of North Sumatra is done by determining the existing criteria, so the North Sumatra provincial government will easily determine which districts will be ranked as the best districts. selection is done by looking at the data that is in the North Sumatra provincial government and how the district has performed for the previous year. The problem faced by the selection team is how to determine the best districts from a number of alternatives that have advantages and disadvantages of each district so that they are not well targeted in providing the best assessment to be analyzed. This system is a Decision Support System (SPK) which was built using the WASPAS method and designed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and using a Microsoft Access database. Data processing will be carried out by the Selection Team from North Sumatra provincial government by entering data or criteria for the district. then the system will perform calculations according to the WASPAS principle which will eventually produce a ranking of the best districts in the province of North Sumatra.

Abstract

The Village Office is the lowest level government agency that carries out public services in the field of population administration based on Law Number 6 of 2014 one of which is in serving community administration. The process of archiving activities at the village office is still done manually using archive books, and archival documents are stored in cabinets or filing places. Likewise, in the community service process, especially in making correspondence, it is still not optimal, due to the limited staff working at the village office so that it takes a long time to process correspondence. In this study, an E-Government system was developed which has the ability to perform digital archives and correspondence so as to improve village administration services. The research started from data collection methods (interviews, observations and documentation) using the prototype development method, making system designs using UML with use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. The results of the ISO 25010 test that has been carried out by involving 10 respondents that the conclusion of the quality of the resulting software feasibility has a success percentage with a total average of 95.92%.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Abiansemal is an educational institution with a state status located on Jalan Majapahit, Blahkiuh Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency which accommodates approximately 1,300 students. This school has a scholarship program for underprivileged and high achieving students. In this case study, four criteria are used, including information about being unable, parents' income, number of dependents, and average report cards. In this study, the authors conducted a comparative analysis of two methods, namely the SAW method (Simple Additive Weighting) and Profile Matching to find out which method was most suitable for use in determining the award of scholarships at SMA Negeri 1 Abiansemal by looking at the results of the comparison on the sensitivity test, then the method that has higher sensitivity values will be used in future system implementations so that the results obtained are more accurate. From the sensitivity test that has been carried out, the results obtained that the percentage sensitivity of the SAW method is 5.9166% or rounded to 6% while the Profile Matching method is 27% which can be concluded that the suitable method in this case is the Profile Matching method because this method has higher sensitivity than the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method.

Abstract

The Smartphone is one of the needs for everyone at this time, especially in terms of communication with others, but with the development of technology that is also increasingly sophisticated, sometimes we as users do not know there are crimes or attacks that can occur to our smartphone and threaten personal information or data self that is in it, especially android users, where on Android devices can be inserted a malware with the type of RAT or often we call the Remote Access Trojan which is deliberately made using ngrok tools, where the RAT can be made using various file extensions such as. jpg,. MP4, or .apk as was done and will be discussed in this journal. In this journal, an experiment will also be carried out planting RATs on a target, namely an android smartphone which will finally get full access from the smartphone to get full access to any directory that exists shortly after the installation of the RAT hidden in the .apk form file, besides that with this test it is expected that smartphone users, especially Android users, do not root privately, because by rooting the device can open a security hole of the device that we are using and it will be easier to attack from irresponsible parties

Abstract

RSUD Temanggung has an important role and task in ensuring the continuity and quality of health services for the entire Temanggung residence. Hospital accreditation assessment is an effort to improve the quality of health services in hospitals. The Quality and Patient Safety Program (PMKP) is one of the accreditation committees at the RSUD Temanggung that handles hospital quality programs and patient safety incidents. To complete the quarterly work program made by the PMKP committee, data were collected in all units in the Temanggung Hospital. There is a need for a system to collect data in real-time so that the quality of health services at the RSUD Temanggung can be improved. The measured quality indicators are divided into 3 types, namely national quality indicators, priority quality indicators, and unit quality indicators. The system is built with 3 actors, namely admin, nurse, and director. The admin actor acts as a web manager on the access rights menu, the quality indicator menu, and the patient safety incident menu. The nurse actor acts as the manager of the quality indicator data. The director's role is to overview the graph of quality achievement in all units at the RSUD Temanggung. The results of system testing with beta testing instruments for admin actors (87%), nurse actors (88%), and director actors (94%) are based on several parameters to test the system's functionality according to each actor with a very feasible category. In addition to functionality testing, this system was also tested for performance, ease of searching for hospital quality/safety incident data, as well as ease of making and recapitulating quarterly reports by the PMKP committee with a success percentage of 95%.
