Abstract

STIKesWiraMedika Bali as a private higher education, has made efforts to obtain quality health workers who are capable of realizing change, growth and renewal as well as optimal health services for the entire community. This was done because he realized that as an institution in the field of education there were many competitors in its business activities, thus making STIKesWiraMedika Bali continue to improve the performance of its employees. Performance appraisal in the 2019 period shows that there are several aspects of the assessment that have decreased the performance of the employees.This research is a quantitative research. The number of samples was 92 peoples with the sampling technique used was Non Probality Sampling, namely total sampling. The data collection used questionnaires and data analysis was performed using the multiple linear regression method. The results showed that leadership has an influence on the performance of employees, the t value is 2,062 with a probability value (sig value) of 0,042. Motivation has an influence on employee performance, the t value is 5,019 with a probability value (sig value) of 0,000. Work discipline has an influence on the performance of employees with a t value of 2,008 with a probability value (sig value) of 0,048. Leadership, Work Motivation, Work Discipline jointly influence the performance of employees with a calculated F value of 13,427 with a probability value (sig value) of 0,000.

Abstract

In the implementation of national resilience, there are many ways to do it. Digital literacy is the solution and goal of implementing certain elements in national security. Focusing on research on the effectiveness of existing features on Twitter social media. The results of this study are used as an answer to the form of successful interpretation of digital literacy. The topic of this discussion is expected to provide knowledge about the importance of mastering digital literacy as a guide for social media and emphasizes that the form of implementing national resilience can vary. This research was carried out with quantitative and qualitative methods. Using primary and secondary data in the research process. The distribution of the questionnaire survey is a form of the use of quantitative methods that recruit respondents according to the conditions given. The secondary data used are literacy studies from books, articles, websites, and indirect observations as a form of qualitative method. The results of this study used a qualitative descriptive approach in accordance with the findings of supporting data in the study. Thus, national resilience can be maintained because the practice of digital literacy can be carried out well among the Indonesian people. After that, peace between individuals and the people can be realized properly.

Abstract

This research uses a case study with a qualitative approach. This study aimed to analyze the role of the Paseban Village Government as a facilitator in managing dynamic archives owned by the village government. As a facilitator, the village government plays a role in creating conducive conditions for the implementation of record management. This has been done even though it is not optimal. Concerning record management, it consists of 1) sorting letters, 2) opening the cover, 3) issuing letters from inside the envelope, 4) examining letters, 5) reading letters, 6) delivering letters (internally), 7) recording letters, and 8) storage of letters related to the Management of incoming mail and procedures for managing incoming letters, there is no SOP. There are four main activities: 1) drafting, 2) approval of letter concepts, 3) typing of letter concepts, and 4) letter delivery. There are also steps for managing outgoing mail, which include: 1) receiving a dictation or written concept from the leadership, 2) drafting a letter, 3) recording the outgoing registration book, 4) typing the letter in its final form, 5) asking for the leadership's signature, 6) checking the mail to be sent, and 7) distributing the mail. However, there is no SOP in the Management of outgoing letters and steps for managing outgoing letters. The criteria for the selection of archival equipment have been carried out. Borrowing archives is no precise loan circulation data because they do not have procedures and do not use archive borrowing books. In addition, there are no restrictions on borrowing archives and determining the period for borrowing archives, so the archive is vulnerable to lose. Record inventory and archive retention at the Paseban Village Office have never been carried out.

Abstract

Arak Bali, became a local commodity of Balinese society that has existed for generations. Balinese wine is produced traditionally, distributed locally independently by traditional arak craftsmen. With the affordable price, Balinese wine can be consumed by various groups including children who are still underage. Consumption of Balinese wine is an integral part of Balinese culture, especially in religious ceremonies. The existence of Balinese wine is not only for consumption but has a special role as a means of "tetabuhan" ceremony. This is a special concern of the Governor of Bali Wayan Koster, where the governor of Bali is trying to raise the degree of Balinese arak so that it can compete with other alcoholic beverages that have a high selling value, and it is even possible to become an export commodity as a drink with the character of Balinese khan. In Bali Governor Regulation Number 1 of 2020 concerning Management of Balinese Fermented and/or Distilled Drinks, the provincial government of Bali tries to regulate the licensing and distribution of Balinese wine. However, the government regulation is deemed ineffective due to two factors, namely: first, the regulation does not regulate criminal sanctions so that it does not provide a deterrent effect to violators of the rules which causes weak public awareness to comply with these regulations. Second, a strong Balinese culture is not easy to change and requires consistency to build Balinese public awareness to comply with Bali Governor Regulation Number 1 of 2020 concerning Governance of Balinese Fermented and/or Distilled Drinks.

Abstract

Development supports every nation and state to achieve a better level of life, as is the case with the State of Indonesia in the fourth paragraph of the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution which was formulated by the founders of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia that the aim of the National Development of the Indonesian Nation is to protect the Indonesian nation and its blood. from all over Indonesia and to advance the general public, educate the nation's life and participate in implementing world welfare. This study aims to determine the level of community participation in development in Canggu Village, North Kuta District, Badung Regency. The location of this research is Canggu Village, North Kuta District, Badung Regency. The population in this study was Canggu Village Government Apparatus who found 27 people. The theory used in this research is Uceng's participation theory; (2019). The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, the data collection method used is the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that community participation in Canggu Village is still not maximized. The factors that have not been maximized in Canggu Village are caused by the lack of development active community participation. The impact obtained from community participation in village development has not been maximized, namely the results obtained in development are not optimal and are not in accordance with the needs and conditions of Canggu Village.

Abstract

As we know that the island of Bali is known as the Island of the Gods or the Island of a Thousand Temples. The majority of Balinese people are Hindus and they live in traditional village areas. Traditional villages in Bali have been heterogeneous from the start, when viewed in terms of caste/household, soroh or class. This heterogeneity is getting higher, due to the migration (migration) of non-Balinese ethnic groups to the Bali area. They carry customs, traditions, culture, religion, and other ethnic identities. With globalization, global culture can freely enter Bali. The existence of this condition certainly requires empowerment so that traditional villages still exist in the midst of the wave of globalization. The direction of empowerment is to develop the various capitals they have, without ignoring the normative principles that apply to the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), because Bali is part of the Republic of Indonesia. Likewise, global demands cannot be ignored, because Bali is part of the world. In this context, the principle of pluralism becomes very important for traditional villages in Bali.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Denpasar. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah mengapa kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada BAPENDA Kota Denpasar belum maksimal? Faktor-faktor apakah yang menyebabkan belum maksimalnya kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada BAPENDA Kota Denpasar? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan penerapan teori. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara yang mendalam dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan analisis data kualitatif bersifat induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Denpasar belum maksimal. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh dua dari lima faktor yaitu: produktifitas, kualitas layanan yang belum berjalan secara maksimal karena capaian Anjab tidak mencapai 80% serta masih kurangnya ASN pada BAPENDA Kota Denpasar. Adapun faktor-faktor penghambat peningkatan kinerja pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Denpasar, yaitu dari faktor pedidikan, kedisiplinan, kuantitas dan kualitas.
