Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the mediating role of job satisfaction on the influence of job suitability and job training and employee performance at the Grand Inna Hotel in Kuta. Kuta Grand Inna Hotel has a population and sample of 158 employees and the samples uses a saturated sampling technique. All data obtained by distributing questionnaires is suitable for use and then analyzed using the SEM-PLS program. From the research results, it was concluded that 1) Person job fit has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, 2) Job training has a positive and insignificance effect on employee performance, 3) Person job fit has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 4) Job training positive and significance effect on job satisfaction, 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 6) Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of person job fit on employee performance, 7) Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of job training on employee performance. This research recommends that companies pay attention to problems that can affect employee performance so that employees can make a big contribution to the company so that the company’s goals are achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the impact of rising cooking oil prices on financial allocations for residents of Dega Mugo Rayeuk whose income is below the minimum wage. This study also identifies what obstacles are faced by housewives in allocating their finances. This study uses a research method with a qualitative approach, where the research subjects are residents of the village of Mugo Rayeuk and the collection techniques used are village documents and interviews. Then the data is analyzed using percentages. The results of the analysis show that 66.66% of the residents of Mugo Rayeuk village experienced the impact of the increase in cooking oil prices. There are several obstacles faced by housewives in allocating their finances, namely uncertain income, income that is relatively small and below the minimum wage, and unstable prices of basic commodities, making it difficult for people to allocate their finances and also find it difficult to adjust income with expenses because the price of basic goods unstable and constantly increasing.

Abstract

This study aims at the effectiveness of communication and the level of employee discipline as well as the effect of communication on employee work discipline at Ojas Prana Café & Restaurant Ubud Gianyar at Ojas Prana Cafe & Restaurant Ubud Gianyar. There are 5 methods used to collect data, namely: observation, interview, questionnaire, documentation, and literature study. The analysis technique used, namely: a. Quantitative Analysis, which is an analysis technique for analyzing quantitative data, where the analytical techniques used include 1) Simple Linear Regression Analysis, 2) Simple Correlation Analysis, 3) Determination Analysis. b. Descriptive analysis techniques to explain the results of the analysis and help draw conclusions about research results Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the communication process in operations at Ojas Prana Cafe & Restaurant Ubud Gianyar is running very effectively. Work discipline in operations at Ojas Prana Cafe & Restaurant Ubud Gianyar is very good. Communication has a real or significant effect on employee work discipline at the Ojas Prana Café & Restaurant Ubud company which can be seen from t count (3.753) greater than t table (1.833), which is in the area of ​​rejection of Ho and Ha being accepted. The effect is very strong with a positive correlation coefficient of 0.781 which lies between 0.76 – 1.00 in the very strong criteria. While the influence relationship is positive, where with the improvement of communication one unit causes an increase in discipline of 0.958 units.

Abstract

As a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDES) it has an important task in optimizing village potential in order to realize village development. This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at BUMDES Eka Budi Sakti in Seraya Village. The research uses quantitative data types. The sampling method used a saturated sampling technique, with a sample size of 41. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26.0 for Windows program. Based on the research results, it was found that motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance and employee performance at BUMDES Eka Budi Sakti in Seraya Village is influenced by motivation, work discipline and the environment the remaining work is influenced by other variables

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the influence of self-efficacy, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at Ubud Raya Resort. This study, which became the study population was all employees at Ubud Raya Resort as many as 34 people. The sampling method used is the saturated sampling method, which is a sample collection technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The test techniques used are research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests and F tests. The results obtained in this study are: Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Self-efficacy, work discipline, and physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Ubud Raya Resort. Suggestions that can be given are Ubud Raya Resort employees can increase confidence in work, increase enthusiasm at work to be able to motivate themselves, obey applicable regulations, be responsible and have self-awareness of duties and obligations at work in order to work with maximum results.

Abstract

This research was carried out in an effort to prove the effect of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra. The population of this research are all employees at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra is 50 people. Determination of the sample using the total sampling method with a sample of 50 people. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination, partial significance test (t-test), and simultaneous significance test (F-test). The results of the analysis provide information that partially job satisfaction and job stress have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra. Simultaneously job satisfaction and job stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra. The conclusions from the results of this research include: Job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra, Work Stress partially negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra, and job satisfaction and job stress simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Kisel Group Regional Bali Nusra.
