Abstract

This research aimed to provide empirical evidence a difference of abnormal return and Trading Volume Activity by before and after receiving the award ARA,  ICA, ISRA on companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014.This research is  secondary data in the form of the company's daily closing price and  number of  outstanding shares can be obtained from www.idx.co.id and Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). With a sample of ARA award recipient, ICA, ISRA on companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. The data analysis method used in this study is event study analysis techniques and different test ttest.The results  shows that there  is no difference of abnormal return and trading volume of activity before and after the announcem ent of the award Annual Report Award (ARA), Indonesian CSR Award (ICA), and the Indonesian Sustainability Reporting Award (ISRA) in 2014.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of independent variables group consisting of organizational climate and work environment partially and simultaneously the dependent variable group consisting of effectiveness of employee performance and quality of service in the office of the Regional Development Planning Board Ngawi Regency . Method of sampling using proportional stratified random sampling  number of 45 samples. The data collection techniques using a questionnaire with 51 questions a number of items . Data analysis technique using canonical analysis . The results of the study showed that the organizational climate and work environment partially and simultaneously significantly influence the effectiveness of employee performance and quality of service in the office of the Regional Development Planning Board Ngawi Regency.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of inflation, liquidity and leverage on  corporate performance, the effect of inflation, liquidity, leverage and performance of the company against the value of the company as well as the effects of inflation, liquidity and leverage the value of the company through the company's performance. This research is quantitative. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with a sample of 85 financial statement data. Methods of data collection using secondary data obtained from the web the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.com). Analysis of data in this study using the path analys. Findings from this study indicate that inflation can not contribute to the improvement of the company's performance, liquidity, leverage and inflation may contribute to the increased value of the company, liquidity may contribute to the increased value companies, leverage can contribute increased value of the company, the company's performance can contribute to increase the company's value, inflation contributed to the rise of the value of the company through the company's performance. Abstract

This research is conducted to know students expectation and perception to the quality of education at University of Soerjo Ngawi, in study program of management. The research was using SERVQUAL (Service Quality) method which founded by Parasuraman, et.al. Based on the data analysis, the student’s expectation to quality was not enough than the actual quality. We could see from the result between quality-expectation and quality-perception that showed the big differences result.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create a competitive advantage by maximizing the performance of business organizations is to seek a market-oriented company profile and its impact on innovation in the organization. The target population is 90 rural banks in Solo Raya, while samples taken as many as 45 RBs (50%). Based on the Solo Raya region comprising seven areas, namely Wonogiri, Klaten District, Sragen, Boyolali district, Karanganyar, Sukoharjo regency and municipality Surakarta then each region is taken at random. The results showed environmental uncertainties and no significant negative effect on innovation. Market orientation and significant positive effect on innovation. Environmental uncertainties and significant positive effect on business performance. Market orientation positive and significant impact on business performance. Innovation positive and significant impact on business performance. Environmental uncertainties and market orientation through effective direct path.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the extent of accounting conformity of financing in KJKS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Paciran Lamongan as the owner of the funds with SFAS No. 105. This research method with qualitative approach that is interpretive, where enterprise data is analyzed and compared with the concepts and theories to produce systems and methods of good decision making. Method of data validity using triangulation techniques. Research results mudharabah accounting treatment applied by KJKS can be said to be in accordance with SFAS 105, the suitability contained in the recognition, measurement and presentation, but in the disclosure of accounting is not appropriate because there is no disclosure of the allowance, and the recognition of gains is still calculated with projected results due to constraints financing members who are not able to present the books to the owner.
