Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan prototipe Sistem Manajemen Dokumen berbasis web untuk memfasilitasi distribusi pengetahuan eksplisit antar-guru di tingkat Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK). Dengan pendekatan SDLC Waterfall, sistem dibangun menggunakan React untuk antarmuka pengguna, Node.js sebagai platform backend, serta Firebase sebagai basis data NoSQL dan penyimpanan file. Fitur utama mencakup unggah dokumen disertai metadata, klasifikasi berdasarkan kategori pembelajaran, dan pencarian cepat melalui kata kunci, kategori, dan rentang tanggal. Kontrol akses berbasis peran menjamin keamanan dan privasi dokumen.

Abstract

Organizational knowledge in the Student Executive Board of Ma Chung University is often lost during leadership transitions. This study aims to develop a web-based Knowledge Management System (KMS) to document and share organizational knowledge in a structured and sustainable manner. The research design follows a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) model. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and literature review. The needs analysis informed the design of system features such as document management, membership, work programs, student complaints, a knowledge portal, and admin dashboard. The system was implemented using a web platform and tested through functionality testing and user evaluation. The results show that the system successfully documented explicit knowledge such as SOPs and templates, and converted tacit knowledge from students into structured data through the complaint feature. The SECI model enabled a continuous and well-documented knowledge cycle. The conclusion of this study is that the developed KMS improves the efficiency of knowledge management and reduces the risk of information loss. The system also provides a foundation for future development of features such as discussion forums or content analysis..

Abstract

Cooperatives are one type of business that can maximize information sources to provide information that supports the smooth running of business processes accurately, efficiently, quickly, and productively. Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Maju Bersama Sejahtera, located on Jl. Asahan, Marihat Baris, Kec. Siantar, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra, which is a cooperative engaged in savings and loans. Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Maju Bersama Sejahtera still uses paper in member registration, deposit management, loans, and cash transactions, which causes a lack of effectiveness, data duplication, and recording errors. This research aims to build a system that is able to facilitate the savings and loan cooperative in managing data related to savings and loans. The system is designed web-based, which is designed with a web engineering development method with a flat interest rate implemented into the system. The results showed that the designed system successfully helped improve efficiency in managing cooperative data, including recording loan transactions, payments, and financial reports. Thus, the implementation of the Web Engineering method has proven effective in systematically structuring the stages of system development so as to produce applications that meet user needs.

Abstract

KB-BA-TPA Restu 2 Malang previously implemented a conventional new student admission procedure that relied on manual recording and physical file management. This condition resulted in data accumulation and a time-consuming verification process. This study aims to build a web-based registration information system to facilitate school administration and independent registration by parents. The system development was carried out using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, coding, and testing stages. System design involved creating flow diagrams and database structures implemented using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of this research is a web application that provides specific interfaces based on user roles, namely administrators, administrative staff, school principals, and parents. The system is equipped with functions for online registration, document and payment validation, interview scheduling, and selection result reporting. The implementation of this system results in the centralization of prospective student data and a structured digital verification mechanism. The conclusion of the study indicates that the developed software is capable of accommodating the school's operational requirements in managing all stages of new student admission, from form filling to graduation announcements.
